ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВОЇ СТІЙКОСТІ ГІРНИЧО–ЗБАГАЧУВАЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ НА ОСНОВІ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ІНТЕГРАЛЬНИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ РІВНЯ БАНКРУТСТВА

The article deals with basic modern theoretical and practical aspects of financial stability of mining and concentrating enterprises with full cycle of mining and processing of minerals.It was found that nowadays there is no clearly developed system of quantitative and target indicators of strategic management of sustainable development of modern mining and concentrating enterprises in conditions of economic instability.Results. Basing on the usage of key models of multiple discriminant analysis – assessing the probability of bankruptcy, we have developed appropriate recommendations that reflect negative trends of further development of certain mining and concentrating enterprise and likelihood of termination of his activity in the short term.Novelty. Obtained research results and relevant financial and economic calculations must be used in considered mining and concentration enterprises in order to improve the efficiency of their production and business activities, implementation of anti–crisis management measures and possibility of strengthening of competitive positions in the market of iron ore in conditions of uncertainty.Practical significance. Basing on systematic research, we proposed scientific and methodical approach to substantiation of impact of priority aspects of the development of mining and concentrating enterprises on the effectiveness of their activity taking into account the development of competitive strategies of support and efficient exploitation of deposits in difficult economic conditions.В данной статье освещены современные теоретические и практические аспекты финансовой устойчивости горно–обогатительного предприятия. Рассчитаны и проанализированы ключевые модели оценки вероятности банкротства. На основе проведенного анализа разработаны соответствующие рекомендации по принятию антикризисных управленческих мероприятий в контексте определенных факторов и негативных тенденций повышения вероятности банкротства отечественных горно–обогатительных предприятий.У даній статті висвітлено основні сучасні теоретичні та практичні аспекти фінансової стійкості гірничо–збагачувального підприємства. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The aim&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; of the article is to study the urbanonyms of the city of Dnipro as a fact of historical communication, in which the values returned and formed by modern society are passed on to the next generation through the nomination of spatial units of culture (time through space); to trace the process of decommunization in the city of Dnipro as a fact of social communication, which allows to determine its current quality and degree of transparency.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The research methodology&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; is determined by the purpose of the work: the theoretical basis of the work was a well-developed theory of chronotope (M. Bakhtin, 1975) in its social dimension, when «social space generates social time, which, in turn, manifests itself through social space»; the value aspect of modern urbanonyms is determined by the method of comparison with the historical names of urban space.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The results &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;of the study &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;allow us to admit that the process of decommunization (Ukrainization) of urban space in the post-Maidan period was somewhat chaotic and spontaneous. The scientific basis of the process of renaming squares and streets of the city of Dnipro has been well developed by historians, but has not always been used effectively by the city authorities. The process of communication between the three groups – the government, historians, citizens – was not optimally organized, which led if not to the rejection of new names of squares and streets by city dwellers, then to lack of interest in decommunization (Ukrainization) and, consequently, unwillingness to change their language habits.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The scientific novelty&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; is the consideration of urbanonyms as, on the one hand, a discussion topic for the modern communicative space of Ukraine, on the other hand, as messages to future generations about Ukrainian values formed in the first thirty years of Ukrainian independence.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The practical significance&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; of the study in identifying the complexities and contradictions of the multilevel process of decommunization (Ukrainization), which the country is undergoing at the present stage of development.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Key words:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; social chronotope, cultural communication, urbanonyms, historical experience, historical heritage.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</jats:p

СВІТОГЛЯДНА ПУБЛІЦИСТИКА: ВІД ЗБІРКИ «НЕРВИ ЛАНЦЮГА» (2003) ДО ZBRUC-ЕСЕЇСТИКИ

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Purpose of the study&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Comparative analysis of essays by Ukrainian writers-publicists, in which the philosophical category «freedom» is investigated by literary methods (collection «Nerves of the chain», 2003); further development of the ideas of political and personal freedom formulated by the authors is investigated (the section «Discourses» of the Internet edition «Zbruc», founded in 2013).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Research methodology.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; The texts of the collection of essays «Nevras of the chain» (2003) in thematic and semantic unity were subject to analytical research. Additionally, in order to create an appropriate context for a deeper study of the topic, the texts of the «Discourses» section of the Internet edition «Zbruc» were analyzed. In the course of the study, the following general scientific methods were used: descriptive, analysis, synthesis and generalization, which made it possible to study the retrospective and current state of the issue of the genre specificity of the essay. The semantic factors of the author's interpretations of the category «freedom» are considered in the national communicative context. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Results.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; At present, the essay genre, which has long been on the margins of journalism, is dynamically developing and is one of the most popular genres in the system of journalistic genres. Essay writing has become the most common form of journalistic writing in modern Ukraine. The genre nature of the essay presupposes an accentuated originality of thought, which does not allow works to get lost in the information space filled with texts. Analysis of modern Ukrainian essays from the collection «Nerves of the chain» (2003) and the rubric «Discourses» of the Internet edition «Zbruc» made it possible to talk about the literary and philosophical nature of these texts. Twenty-five variants of the interpretation of the theme of freedom, which are presented in the collection Nerves of the Chain (2003), are primarily due to different author's experience, differences in their social environment. Comprehension of the category of «freedom» in its correlation with the national specifics of history and modernity generates an endless discussion, which, in turn, generates new directions in the development of the eternal theme of freedom. A space of two-level dialogue is formed (writer - writer, writer - reader), in the process of which freedom of thought is brought up. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Novelty.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; An attempt was made to study the ideological evolution of the Ukrainian essay discourse. A comparative analysis of the texts of popular authors (Y. Andrukhovych, O. Zabuzhko, Y. Vinnychuk, etc.) made it possible to «construct» an inter-author dialogue in which one of the fundamental problems of Ukrainian culture is discussed - freedom. Assessment of the enterprises competitive advantages on the basis of financial and economic activity indicators

Object of the research is the level of competitiveness, competitive behavior and efficiency of making logistic decisions at PJSC «AVK» as key representative of national confectionery market. One of the most problematic aspects is the absence of mechanism of support of sustainable competitive status of domestic enterprises in conditions of crisis that requires daily and permanent monitoring and strategic assessment of the state of ensuring competitiveness and existing advantages, analyses of the key factors of leading competitors functioning at current confectionery market. The objective of this investigation is theoretical overview of the concepts of competitiveness and competitive behavior, analysis of competition in the domestic confectionery market in Ukraine in conditions of accelerating globalization and maintaining negative trends in the world economy, as well as identifying prospects for logistics in further development of domestic enterprises in conditions of crisis. In order to achieve this goal, the authors applied such research methods as: analysis and synthesis, comparison, method of classification and generalization, due to which the final conclusions are made. Also, economic and statistical methods are used in this paper, namely: horizontal analysis and index method for the determination of competition intensity in the market, traditional methods of statistical information processing, SWOT-analysis, methods of economic analyses, method of five forces of competition by M. Porter, method «Square of potential» to assess the effectiveness of making logistics decisions in the nearest future. The priority meaning of recommendations, proposed in the paper, is to form a set of organizational, managerial, financial, economic and logistical measures to increase the competitiveness of PJSC «AVK», which is implemented by means of management of key competitive advantages at tactical and strategic levels, and will have a positive impact on future results of production and economic activity of the enterprise and its financial indicators while maintaining negative trends in world and domestic economy. The authors proposed the set of organizational and economic measures based on systematization of sectoral peculiarities of financial and economic activities that will ensure stable competitive advantage of PJSC «AVK» and provides, first of all, introduction of new types of bar chocolate, and its further implementation will increase net income of the enterprise, performance, and accordingly – will allow to predict potential competitive advantages and improve the level of competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole in the domestic confectionery market.</jats:p

This article highlights theoretical and practical aspects of financial stability of modern domestic and foreign industrial companies with full cycle of extraction and processing of minerals. It was detected that nowadays there is no clearly developed system of quantitative and target indicators of management of sustainable and efficient development of modern domestic and foreign industrial companies in conditions of uncertainty, economic instability and aggressive business environment. Basing on the usage of world’s experience of usage of key models of multiple discriminatory analysis of assessment of probability of bankruptcy, we have developed relevant recommendations that disclose influence of negative trends on peculiarities of functioning of modern industrial leading companies and probability of termination of their activity in the nearest future. Received scientific results and relevant financial and economic calculations must be used in context of making justified management decisions in modern industrial companies concerning provision of their successful functioning and increasing of the efficiency of their business activity with the possibility of strengthening of competitor positions on the external market of iron ore raw materials by means of implementation of programs of financial rehabilitation and anti-crisis measures in order to solve the priority tasks of updating energy-intensive and physically-worn technological complexes. Basing on system research, the authors proposed scientific and methodical approach to substantiation of influence of key aspects of functioning of modern industrial domestic and foreign companies on the efficiency of their activity considering implementation of financial strategies of support and further effective usage of mineral deposits in difficult economic conditions.Висвітлено теоретичні та практичні аспекти фінансової стійкості сучасних вітчизняних і зарубіжних промислових компаній із повним циклом видобутку і переробки корисної копалини. Виявлено, що в теперішній час не існує чітко розробленої універсальної системи кількісних і цільових індикаторів управління успішним та ефективним функціонуванням сучасних вітчизняних і зарубіжних промислових компаній в умовах невизначеності, економічної нестабільності та агресивності бізнес-середовища. На основі світового досвіду застосування ключових моделей множинного дискримінантного аналізу оцінки ймовірності банкрутства розроблено відповідні рекомендації, що відображають вплив негативних тенденцій на особливості функціонування сучасних промислових провідних компаній і вірогідність припинення їхньої діяльності в найближчій перспективі. Modelling of Management Activity of the Organization Considering the Impact of Implicit Factors in Business Processes

The article presents a further development of theoretical investigation of management activity of the organization considering implicit factors of influence of the economic system and questions of effective usage of intangible resources. The authors substantiate the objective need for improvement of the mechanism of assessment of implicit factors from the position of maximizing the efficiency of business processes of the enterprise and formation of its potential. Creation of such mechanism, in the term, allows developing the economic and mathematical hierarchical model of the assessment of the influence of implicit factors on further successful activity of the organization, which is aimed at improvement of the process of business process management in conditions of informational economy.The essence of the proposed method is to use expert assessments, which quantitatively characterize the object of the research, for the description of the economic problem. In the future, reasonable management decisions are made on their basis. At the same time, the traditional mathematical apparatus does not include tools that can help to reflect the fuzziness of the assessments of the group of experts. During the modelling of complex business processes, it is also necessary to consider a significant number of subjective and implicit factors. Therefore, the traditional quantitative analysis will not be practical under the condition of its acceptable accuracy.The methodology of expert assessment was proposed in this paper. It is based on the main provisions of the fuzzy set theory and the construction of the membership function by means of analytical procedures. For this purpose, two interconnected tasks were consistently solved. Firstly, we made a quantitative assessment of the degree of expert consistency based on the calculation of fuzzy indexes. Secondly, we made aggregation of the results obtained by means of construction of the membership function, which is adequate to the investigated system. Practical realization of these tasks was accomplished by means of the well-known algorithms of the apparatus of the fuzzy set theory.The effectiveness of the proposed model was tested on the example of the assessment of the investment potential of the sustainable development of the mining exporting company “Limited Liability Company “Hlukhiv quartzite quarry” ” (Ukraine) with the usage of the expert method. The article includes the comparison and economic substantiation of the results of the assessment of the influence of implicit factors on the specified company before and after application of the proposed methodology.The proposed mechanism of taking into account implicit factors on the basis of the hierarchical economic and mathematical model allows optimizing management decisions in business processes and provides the possibility of developing the adaptive management system of the modern manufacturing organization.Thus, the proposed methodology allows quantifying the influence of implicit factors on the investment potential of the sustainable development of the enterprise in the form of aggregated assessment. The last one is determined by means of the expert method. This will give the possibility to make economically sound management and technological decisions on major business processes. In particular, regarding the expediency of increasing the volume of quartz production at the enterprise under review in the short run
