    Green Work Engagement Can Moderate The Effect Of Green Human Resource Management Variables On Employee Performance

    Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from distributing online questionnaires to 500 PTPN employees throughout Indonesia. The data obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Green Human Resource Management variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​value is below the minimum acceptance standard and the significant level is 0.05, namely 0.002. This is because environmental/green-based Human Resource Management in companies can make the environment comfortable, the quality of workers increases, costs related to potential environmental damage are reduced, and income remains stable. Apart from that, the second hypothesis in this research also shows the same thing if the Green Work Engagement variable can strengthen the influence of the Green Human Resource Management variable on employee performance because the P-Values ​​value is below the acceptable level and below the significance level. With employee involvement in HR management, the Company can create indicators or causes that explain the reasons why Green Human Resource Management variables can influence employee performance to become stronger. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran dari kualitas pelayanan akademik di Akademi Pariwisata Mataram, (2) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (3) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan akademik terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, (4) pengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, dan (5) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan akademik terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa melalui kepuasan mahasiswa. Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 255 orang sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 100 orang. Perhitungan sampel dengan Slovin dan penentuan sampel menggunakan Proportionate random sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan alat bantu menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil deskrifsi keseluruhan aspek pada kualitas pelayanan akademik digambarkan dengan kualitas sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan, yaitu uji F, dan uji hipotesis secara parsial, yaitu uji t, ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan loyalitas mahasiswa, juga ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan akademik terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa melalui kepuas-an mahaiswa

    This study is designed based on phenomenon that the implementation of regional regulation (Perda) in viewing Lombok halal tourism was not optimum but in the other hand several awards had achieved. This context existed a gap which needs to be investigated especially in the policy. Moreover, this study is aimed to analysis the implementation of Perda based on the principles of conduct and the scopes. The method used in this study is qualitative. The data gathered by in depth interview to panel experts. Hermeneutic analyses were employed to obtain comprehensive result. The result revealed that transparency, accountability, justice, and participative were identified as the basic principles in its implementation. Meanwhile, destination, promotional and marketing, industrial, institutional, controlling and budgeting were employed as the scopes of halal tourism development

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai bentuk sikap dan perilaku wisatawan non-Muslim terhadap wisata halal, untuk menganalisis niat mereka untuk mengunjungi kembali wisata Lombok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei di tempat di mana siswa terlibat sebagai surveyor. Selain itu, data dianalisis dengan analisis isi dan teori perilaku terencana juga digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima dimensi yang teridentifikasi, yaitu sikap dan perilaku terhadap praktik umum pariwisata halal di Lombok, makanan halal, etika Islam, segregasi gender, dan kode dess Islami. Secara umum, teori perilaku terencana memiliki peran penting dalam membuat wisatawan non muslim berkunjung kembali ke wisata Lombo

    The Effect of Psychological Empowerment on Self-Efficacy, Burnout, Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, and Individual Performance (An Empirical Study on Tour Guides in West Nusa Tenggara)

    The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the direct relationship effect of psychological empowerment on individual performance, he direct relationship effect of psychological empowerment on self-efficacy, burnout, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction. In addition, it also aimed at explaining the effect of psychological empowerment on individual performance through self-efficacy, burnout, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction. The population of this study consisted of 563 tour guides. Sample was chosen based on stratified proportionate random sampling technique, as members of the population in this study are stratified based on the license they have namely junior, intermediate, and senior. This study was a survey because the data was collected by a questionnaire distributed to 150 guides as respondents. Data was analyzed using descriptive analyses employing SPSS version 20.0, and inferential analyses employing Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The results of this study confirms that out of 15 hypotheses proposed in this study, 12 hypotheses are  accepted or result in significant effects, and 3 hypotheses are rejected result in non-significant effects, namely (a) self-efficacy on burnout, (b) burnout on emotional intelligence, and (c) burnout on job satisfaction. The results provide a comprehensive contribution associated with the activity of tour guides and tourism service in West Nusa Tenggara.     Tourism Indonesia is ranked 7th in the world for best tourism tourism visit in 2019, the Government's commitment to make tourism as a choir in development accelerates the increase of Indonesia's competitiveness up 8 points from the top 50 to 42 Lombok as a priority tourist destination begins to improve in the development of facilities and tourism infrastructure including its human resources. The city of Mataram as a buffer for special economic zones has the highest number of units and hotel rooms among districts and cities in West Nusa Tenggara has the second highest number of workers after West Lombok regency with 1,993 hotel rooms with 363 workers and no workers foreign, so Education is very important in improving the quality of human resources (HR). The development of tourism facilities and infrastructure needs to be balanced with the need for professional and competent human resources in the field of tourism, especially in the field of hotel and restaurant accommodation. It will be a problem if the human resources employed do not attempt to identify, map competency levels, gaps, and penta helic models for developing HR competencies for tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this study is 1). To identify tourism workers in the hotel sector and 2). To analyze the level of competency of tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector, 3). To analyze the gap between human resources and the competencies of tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector. 4). To build a penta helic model of HR competencies for tourism workers in the hotel and restaurant sector in the city of Mataram. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative research methods with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used by data collection through observation, interviews, surveys, and expert justification, with descriptive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study were identified competency indicators referring to the SKKNI based on the Determination of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards in the Tourism Sector in the Hotel and Restaurant Sectors. In the area of work receiving and processing reservations, reception, room preparation, providing accommodation services, providing restaurant services, and Cook food services. Tourism competency profile of tourism workers as a whole has not obtained a perfect score of 5, meaning that the real competence of employees is still below the expected competence. Mapping the gap of tourism workers is carried out through the vocational education institution (LPK) capacity building strategy, and the HR competency improvement strategy through the LPK so that the involvement of the government, employers, academics, and media in the penta helic model is very effective as a reference in the development of tourism HR.     Program Ipteks bagi Masyarakat di Desa Lembah Sari, Batu Layar Kabupaten Lombok Barat ditujukan untuk memberdayakan potensi yang ada pada kelompok usaha kolang kaling sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan mendukung pengembangan destinasi wisata dan ekonomi kreatif dalam menyangga pembangunan pariwisata di kabupaten Lombok Barat mempunyai peran dan fungsi sangat strategis. Kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat pada produk kolang kaling ini lebih ditekankan pada penganekaragamannya (diversifikasi), menjadi beberapa produk, seperti; kerupuk kolang kaling, es kolang kaling, manisan dan dodol kolang kaling dengan maksud agar secara teknis proses pembuatan kolang kaling dalam diversifikasi produk olahan camilan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu berteknologi kekinian, karena adanya temuan bahwa dalam proses pengolahan masih dilakukan secara tradisional dan kurang memperhatikan aspek hyginitas, demikian juga dalam pemasaran pun masih sederhana karena dijanjakan dilapak-lapak pasar dan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat ini, dilakukan dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut; a) melakukan sosialisasi, b) menyusun rencana program, c) melak-sanakan program Ipteks bagi Masyarakat, d) melakukan monitoring, evaluasi dan menyusun laporan. Hasil kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat ini, antara lain; a) terlaksananya penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemeliharaan tanaman Enao atau Aren sebagai bahan baku kolang kaling dan meyakinkan pengusaha/masyarakat bahwa camilan kolang kaling dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu paket wisata kuliner dan wisata agro, b) terlaksananya pelatihan dalam proses pembuatan produk olahan camilan kolang kaling sehat dengan kemasan yang vareatif agar memiliki nilai jual kompetitif, c) terlaksananya kegiatan bimbingan untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dengan memanfaat media sosial

    Sasaran Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah Kelompok Natural Bamboo Straw me-rupakan perajin sedotan bambu di Dusun Emboan Desa Mangkung Kecamatan Praya Barat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Permasalahan yang diha-dapi mitra, antara lain: Pertama, aspek produksi berkaitan dengan keterbatasan peralatan, masih menggunakan peralatan sederhana dan manual. Kedua, aspek manajemen, meliputi; a) ijin usaha dan Akta pendirian belum ada, b) pemasaran, pasar masih terbatas karena dilakukan dari mulut kemulut dan belum memiliki web/blog dan atau toko online sebagai media iklan, dan juga belum memanfaatkan media sosial lainnya, seperti istagram, facebook, twuitter, WhatsApp sebagai alat promosi dan c) mitra belum melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Solusinya; Pertama, aspek produksi, mengadakan penambahan alat kerja untuk pembuatan sedotan bambu. Solusi kedua untuk aspek manajemen, antara lain; a) melakukan pelatihan pembuatan AD dan ART dan pendampingan pembuatan Akta pendirian dan ijin usaha, b) memperluas pasar, melakukan pelatihan pemasaran tentang pembuatan web/blog dan atau toko online sebagai media iklan, juga melakukan pelatihan memanfaatkan media sosial lainya seperti, istagram, facebook, twuitter, WhatsApp untuk meningkatan promosi, dan c) melakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan dalam membuat pencatatan pelaporan keuangan. Hasil capaian luaran kegiatan tim pelaksana PKM ini belum 100%, karena adanya keterbatasan pada saat latihan membuat web/blog di lokasi pelatihan, sinyal internet tidak stabil dan bahkan hilang. Saran untuk pemerintah terhadap kendala tersebut mengupayakan adanya tower/pemancar dari salah satu penyedia layanan/vendor telekomunikasi, agar sinyal dari telekomunikasi dapat stabil dan terjangkau, sehingga pemanfaatnya lebih luas untuk memasarkan produk sedotan bambu yang telah ada di Desa Mangkung saat ini
