The adjustment work canal on the Amudarya in the areas of the damless water intake

The paper presents the results of field research in the area of the damless water intake of the KMC on the Amudarya River. The article developed the optimal route and boundaries of the pioneer digging location, depending on the area of the main stream of the river relative to the point of the damless intake. It also provides hydraulic calculations for improving the condition of a damless water intake and recommendations for the rational use and placement of a dredgers fleet when laying a route of a ditch and cleaning it

Physico-chemical properties of nanocomposites based on multi-component hybrid quantum dots

Composites of inorganic nano-objects such as quantum dots (QDs) and organic materials such as luminescent or polymers can be developed based on them for special applications such as optical devices, electro-optical devices and computing. In the study, nanocomposites based on multi-component quantum dots were obtained and nanocomposites were obtained by inserting them into polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). First, core-shell hybrid quantum dots were synthesized, then core/shell/shell systems were obtained, and their absorption, luminescence spectra and sizes were obtained. In this work, information is presented about the opening of wide opportunities for the use of semiconductor nanocrystals related to obtaining new hybrid nanocomposite systems for nanomedicine and biomedicine

:Turkey and Turkmenistan Relations within the framework Interdependence

Türkmenistan ve Türkiye arasındaki ilişkiler 1991 yıllından sonra oldukça derinleşmiştir. Gelişen bu ilişkide öne çıkan kısım Türkmenistan ve Türkiye arasındaki ekonomik ilişkilerin geldiği seviyedir. Bu çalışmada, Joseph S. Nye ve Robert O. Keohane’nin 1980’lere doğru ortaya koydukları karşılıklı bağımlılık çerçevesinde analiz birimi olarak Türkmenistan ve Türkiye ilişkileri ele alınmış ve incelenmiştir. Bu iştigalde, Türkmenistan ve Türkiye ilişkileri, Türkmenistan ile Türkiye’nin siyasi ve ekonomik profili, dış politika stratejisi ve Türk kimliğine bakışları özetlenmiştir. Türkmenistan ve Türkiye’yi karşılaştırırken Türkiye’nin 100. yılını kutlamaya hazırlanan, güçlü bir imparatorluk mirasına sahip devlet olduğunu, Türkmenistan’ın ise 2019 yılı itibariyle henüz otuz yılını doldurmamış bağımsız ve egemen bir devlet olduğunu göz ardı etmemek gerekir. Türkiye ile Türkmenistan arasındaki ilişkilerde ekonomik olarak bir maliyet söz konusu olup asimetrik bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. İki ülke arasındaki ilişkiler genel çerçevede tartışılmış ve ilişkilerin gelişmesi için öneriler sunulmuştur.Relations between Turkey and Turkmenistan rather deepened after the year 1991. Emerging prominent part in this relationship is the level at which economic relations between Turkmenistan and Turkey. In this study, Turkmenistan and Turkey relations as the unit of analysis in the framework of interdependence theory put forth towards 1980 by Joseph S. Nye ve Robert O. Keohane discussed and examined. In this study, Turkmenistan and Turkey relations, Turkmenistan and Turkey’s political and economic profile, and foreign policy strategies and the views on Turkish identity are summarized. When comparing Turkmenstan and Turkey those are should not be ignored: Turkey’s preparing to celebrate its 100 th anniversary, that the state has a strong imperial heritage, beside this Turkmenistan is an independent state that has not yet completed its thirty years as of 2019. There is a trade relationship between Turkey and Turkmenistan. An asymmetrical relationship was found in the finding part. SYNTHESIS OF NANOCRYSTALS IN THE CORE/SHELL

On the basis of a semiconductor material, a hybrid CdSe/ZnS quantum-sized (1-10 nm) hybrid of cadmium selenide with a “core-shell” structure was synthesized. The absorption and luminescence spectra of quantum dots were studied and quantum yield was calculated theoretically. The values of the theoretical and experimental dimensions of CdSe nanocrystals were studied comparatively. Optimal temperature conditions for efficient synthesis were determined
