    Penelitian ini hendak membahas tentang perjanjian perkawinan yang dibuat secara sah, tetapi tidak didaftarkan atau disahkan oleh Pegawai Pencatat Perkawinan. Di dalam prakteknya masih terdapat perjanjian kawin yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 29 Undang - Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang - Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang - Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan (selanjutnya disebut Undang – Undang Perkawinan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keabsahan perjanjian perkawinan menurut hukum di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang diambil penulis Penelitian hukum normatif ( normative law research ) karena dalam penelitian ini hukum dikonsepkan sebagai norma norma positif dalam sistem perundang-undangan. Selain itu dalam peneltian hukum ini penulis menggunakan metode Pendekatan Undang - Undang (statute approach) dilakukan dengan menelaah semua Undang - Undang dan regulasi yang bersangkutpaut dengan isu hukum yang sedang ditangani

    Physicochemical and Sensory Properties of Goat Meat Sausages Prepared With Different Levels of Goat Liver

    Anemia, a common issue among children and teenagers in Indonesia, is characterized by hemoglobin levels below normal. Iron is essential for producing hemoglobin in red blood cells, which helps prevent anemia. Innovation to provide a popular goat liver-based product that is convenient to consume and easily marketable underpins the development of this goat liver-enhanced sausage. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of partially substituting goat meat with different levels of goat liver on physicochemical and sensory properties of goat meat sausages. Sausages containing 100:0, 75:25, and 50:50 goat meat to goat liver ratios and goat meat (%, w/w) , and then added with other ingredients (tapioca flour, skim milk, garlic, pepper, coriander, salt, STPP, and ice water) were prepared and cooked for 30 minutes. The sausages were then analyzed for physical properties, including pH, texture and water holding capacity (WHC), iron content, and sensory quality. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance for a completely randomized design, and then if there were significant differences between means, they were tested using Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test. The results showed that substitution of goat liver significantly (p0.05). In conclusion, substituting up to 50% of goat meat with goat liver will improve the iron content of goat meat sausages with minimal impact on the sensory and proximate composition of the product

    Gambaran Work Life Balance bagi Guru PAUD yang Sudah Berkeluarga dengan Guru PAUD Single pada PAUD Satria Tunas Bangsa Salatiga

    Dalam perkembangan, terjadi peralihan konsep dan nilai pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat mengenai wanita. Wanita tidak hanya terpatok pada konsep wanita sebagai ibu rumah tangga, namun wanita sudah memiliki peluang untuk bekerja salah satunya menjadi Guru PAUD. Hal ini bukan hanya bagi wanita single saja, wanita yang sudah berkeluarga juga memilih untuk tetap bekerja. Wanita yang sudah berkeluarga, memiliki anak, dan bekerja akan menghadapi tanggung jawab dan tantangan dalam membagi waktu. Untuk menjalani tanggung jawab tersebut, wanita dituntut menyeimbangkan waktu untuk pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadinya atau sering disebut work life balance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran work life balance dan mengidentifikasi faktor pembeda work life balance bagi guru PAUD yang sudah berkeluarga dengan guru PAUD single pada PAUD Satria Tunas Bangsa Salatiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jumlah responden 8 (delapan) orang atau seluruh Guru pada PAUD Satria Tunas Bangsa Salatiga. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara secara tertutup dengan seluruh responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru yang sudah menikah memiliki gambaran work life balance baik, sedangkan bagi guru single gambaran work life balance sudah baik namun masih ada hal baru yang belum dapat dicapai. Selain itu, hasil dari faktor pembeda work life balance terdiri atas faktor individu, faktor organisasi, dan faktor sosial.In the development, there has been a transition of concepts and values in the social life of women. Women are no longer confined to the role of being a housewife, but women already had the opportunity to work, one of them is being a PAUD teacher. This appllies not only for single women, but also for married women who choose to stay in work. Women who are married, have children, and work will face the responsibilities and challenges to divide their time. To carry out those responsibilities, women are expected to balance time for their work and personal lives called 'work life balance'. The purpose of this research is to describe the idea of work life balance and identify differentiating factors in work life balance between married PAUD teachers and single PAUD teachers in PAUD Satria Tunas Bangsa Salatiga. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a total of 8 (eight) respondents, which include all the teachers at PAUD Satria Tunas Bangsa Salatiga. Data was collected through closed interviews with all the respondents. The results of this research indicate that married teachers understand the work life balance well, while single teachers also have a good work life balance although there are something new that still need improvement. Furthermore, the results of the work life balance consist of individual factors, organizational factors, and social factors

    The crucial influence of nano-copper (nano-Cu) on rumen function, ruminant productivity, and reproduction

    The requirements and factors that affect dietary requirements for various trace minerals and vitamins in ruminants remain poorly defined. Copper (Cu) is recognized for its pivotal role in the cellular osmotic balancing system, thereby contributing to numerous metabolic mechanisms in livestock. However, the provision is still often neglected to be given. Nanoparticle technology has emerged as promising approach to pursuit of optimizing the functionality and efficacy of feed mineral consumption. The objective of this article was to review the criteria and effects of supplementary feeding of nanomineral copper (nano-Cu) on rumen function, productivity and reproductive ability in ruminants. Additionally, the manufacturing process of nano-minerals was also briefly discussed that has not been widely published.     Blood and Hormone Profile of Kacang Goats with a Palisada perforata (Bory) K.W.Nam Supplemented Diet

    Blood and hormone profile analysis can reliably determine the health status of an animal. This study aimed to test the inclusion of two levels of one red seaweed species, Palisada perforata (Bory) K.W.Nam (PP), at 2.50 to 5.00% organic matter (OM) in a basal diet (total mixed ration/TMR) on the blood (metabolite and hematology) and hormone (glucagon and ghrelin) profiles of Kacang goats. The study employed a randomized complete block design with three treatments and four replicates, involving 12 female Kacang goats with live weights of 23.84±5.26 and 26.96±4.10 kg. The result revealed that for the blood metabolites, supplementation of PP at 2.50% and 5.00% OM (2.97% and 5.94% dry matter, respectively) on the TMR as a basal diet increased (p < 0.05) the glucose and iron concentration, tended to increase (p < 0.1) the total protein, decreased (p < 0.05) the ureum and blood urea nitrogen concentration, and did not affect the cholesterol concentration in the blood of Kacang goats. TMR supplemented with PP at 5.00% OM had the lowest counts (p < 0.01) of white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, and neutrophils. This treatment also increased (p < 0.01) the red blood cells and tended to increase (p < 0.10) the hemoglobin and hematocrit but did not affect the mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration of the blood. The plasma glucagon and ghrelin levels decreased (p < 0.01) at 5.00% OM supplementation with this seaweed. Therefore, supplementing a basal diet with PP at 5.00% OM is the optimum treatment to increase the health status of Kacang goats because it exhibits ideal blood and hormone profiles

    Various Saccharides Addition of Extender Ram Efficiency to Improve Cryopreservation in Semen Etawah Crossbreed Bucks with Seminal Plasma Replacement

    Phospholipase in buck seminal plasma will trigger a coagulation incident resulting in the demise of the spermatozoa during liquid semen processing using milk or egg yolk substrates diluent. A plasma replacement process is performed to avoid this possibility. The cryopreservation process leads to sperm cell damage due to the freezing process, therefore cryoprotectant agents such as saccharides are required as protective agents. This study aimed to investigate the effect of various types of saccharides on the quality of frozen semen of etawah crossbreed (PE) bucks during cryopreservation and thawing with plasma replacement using Priangan ram semen plasma. Semen was collected using an artificial vagina once a week. Fresh PE bucks semen centrifuged at 3,000 RPM for 30 min. The supernatant (seminal plasma) was removed and replaced in equal volume with Priangan ram seminal plasma. Semen was divided into four treatments: goat semen with sheep semen plasma in Tris diluent (control); control with 0.6% dextrose added (monosaccharides); control with 0.6% sucrose added (disaccharides); control with 0.6% raffinose added (trisaccharides). Semen quality including percentages of motile spermatozoa, live spermatozoa, and intact plasma membrane (IPM) were evaluated after diluted, equilibrated, and thawing, respectively. Results of this study showed that viability and IPM of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and trisaccharides were significantly (P<0.05) higher than control (54.40 and 51.40; 55.00 and 53.60; 55.60 and 52.20 vs 48.40 and 52.20, respectively). The motility of disaccharides was significantly (P<0.05) higher compared to control and other diluent (47.00 vs 41.00, respectively). In conclusion, different types of saccharides were effective in maintaining the quality of etawah crossbreed buck frozen semen. The addition of disaccharides seems more effective compared to monosaccharides and trisaccharides in tris extender on the quality of etawah crossbreed buck frozen semen

    Genetic External Characteristics of Tukong: Indonesian Rumpless Indigenous Chicken

    Tukong chicken, also known as rumpless chicken due to the absence of a tailbone, is one of the indigenous chicken breeds in Indonesia currently at risk of extinction. Due to its scarcity, genetic information on the Tukong chicken remains limited, and its potential has not been fully explored. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the genetic external characteristics of the Tukong chickens. Data were collected from 205 chickens (52 males; 153 females) raised in Landak and Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. The varieties are based on feather color, plumage color, feather pattern, feather flicker, comb shape, and shank color. The data were used to analyze the rate of the original gene, the frequency of autosomal genes, sex-linked genes, feather pattern, introgression rate, gene frequency, and expected heterozygosity. The majority of the Tukong chickens had colored feathers (88.78%), columbian feather type (47.80%), plain feather pattern (61.46%), silver feather flicker (54.63%), yellow-white shank (62.44%), and pea comb (77.07%), which were controlled by ii, ee, bb, SS, IdId, and P_ genes, respectively. The introgression rate from exotic breeds into Tukong chicken is 53.2%, with the original gene at 46.8%, while the average expected heterozygosity was 0.416±0.025, indicating a high level of genetic diversity of the traits. This observed variation in qualitative morphological characteristics might benefit both the conservation and utilization of the Tukong chicken
