One of the major e-commerce sites in Indonesia, namely Shopee. Before consumers buy products online, they first look for information related to these products to reduce uncertainty and risk. This information can be obtained by looking at the reviews and ratings that other consumers have given to the product. The data collection technique in this study is a communication technique using a questionnaire via Google Form which is distributed to 150 consumer respondents who are domiciled in North Jakarta. The results of this study are proven that online customer reviews have a positive effect on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee in North Jakarta and online customer ratings have a positive effect on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee in North Jakarta. The conclusion of this study is that all existing hypotheses have been shown to have a positive effect. The author suggests that Shopee must provide the best quality of service and products and evaluate by looking at the reviews and ratings that consumers provide

The development of society at this time has experienced changes in lifestyle (lifestyle). This lifestyle change has greatly influenced the mindset, behavior and culture of the community, one of which is the habit of certain community groups who like to gather in cafes or coffee shops. There are several customer reviews about product quality and product prices, therefore it is necessary to do this research to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction Starbucks Coffee at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading 3. The independent variables in this study are product quality and price while the dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers who consumed Starbucks Coffee at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading 3 in the last 6 months in February 2022 via Google Form. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire distribution were analyzed using descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests and then processed using the SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that respondents strongly agreed that the product quality and price of Starbucks Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is good. This study found that product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on Starbucks customer satisfaction at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading 3

Pengembangan Microsite Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Supervisi Akademik Pada Guru Paud Kecamatanan Ungaran Barat

The development of a microsite to improve the quality of academic supervision for early childhood education teachers is an application development using Information Communication Technology (ICT)-based microsite.s.id as a tool in carrying out academic supervision. The aim is to describe the implementation of factual academic supervision, develop microsite products, validate microsite products and analyze the validity of microsite products. This research method is Research and Development. Preliminary study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and observation. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The development stage involved experts and practitioners who refined the Delphi technique. The validity stage was carried out with a limited trial questionnaire, to determine the validity of the microsite development. Academic supervision carried out by school principals currently finds several challenges, namely: material guiding the quality of the learning process which is not yet understood by teachers, including; (1) learning planning (2) learning approach strategies, (3) learning content and (4) learning assessment to improve further learning. Based on the results of preliminary research, it is necessary to develop a microsite as a tool to carry out academic supervision. The conceptual model was then validated by experts and practitioners to produce a valid hypothetical model and then limited trials were carried out. The conclusions in this research are: (1) the factual model for implementing academic supervision still has weaknesses; (2) the microsite product developed is validated with a very good level of validity. It is hoped that the suggestions from this research will not only stop at validity, it can be tested on a limited scale and will continue with model trials on a wider scale

Yousee Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam mengukur lalu lintas kendaraan untuk visibilitas iklan. Menggunakan teknologi AI YOLOv8. Metode ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui Roboflow, anotasi data dengan kotak pembatas, dan pelatihan model dengan YOLOv8 nano. Dataset dibagi menjadi 70% pelatihan, 20% validasi, dan 10% pengujian. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa performa model bervariasi antar kelas, dengan grafik Recall-Confidence menunjukkan penurunan nilai dan Precision-Confidence menunjukkan peningkatan nilai seiring peningkatan confidence. Meskipun rata-rata F1-score mencapai 84%, evaluasi menunjukkan kesulitan model dalam mendeteksi objek dan memprediksi label dengan tepat, khususnya untuk kelas ‘bus’ dan ‘truk’. Implementasi YOLOv8 memungkinkan pengumpulan data trafik yang akurat untuk analisis pola lalu lintas dan strategi iklan yang lebih efektif

Partisipasi Politik Pemilih Pemula dalam Pemilian Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Makassar Tahun 2013 (Studi pada Pelajar di Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Makassar)

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed metode reseach, yaitu metode penelitian yang menghubungkan antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif atau mengombinasikan kedua pendekatan dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 informan pelajar untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan KPU Kota Makassar. Kemudian dilakukan penyebaran angket dengan menggunakan responden 100 pelajar dari beberapa sekolah menengah atas (SMA) sebagai sampel dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui pengetahuan pemilih pemula mengenai pilwali Makassar, tingkat partisipasi pemilih pemula dalam Pilwali, dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi pemiih pemula dalam pemilihan umum. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi politik pemilih pemula dalam pilwali Makassar tahun 2013. Hal ini merupakan akibat dari rendahnya pengetahuan pemilih pemula mengenai pemilu. Partisipasi politik yang dipahami oleh pemilih pemula hanya sebatas pemberian suara dalam pemilu. Faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi pemilih pemula adalah faktor keluarga, pengaruh teman sebaya, media massa, dan pengetahuan politik

Integrating UAV-Enabled Base Stations in 3D Networks: QoS-Aware Joint Fronthaul and Backhaul Design

The emerging concept of 3D networks, integrating terrestrial, aerial, and space layers, introduces a novel and complex structure characterized by stations relaying backhaul loads through point-to-point wireless links, forming a wireless 3D backhaul mesh. A key challenge is the strategic placement of aerial platform such as drone base stations (DBSs), considering the locations and service demands of ground nodes and the connectivity to backhaul gateway nodes for core network access. This paper addresses these complexities with a two-fold approach: a novel Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (HC) algorithm that optimizes DBS locations to satisfy minimum backhaul adjacency and maximum fronthaul coverage radius requirements; and a Genetic Algorithm (GA) that designs backhaul connections to satisfy the cumulative load across the network and maximize the throughput margin which translates to network resilience to increasing demands. Our results showcase the effectiveness of these algorithms against benchline schemes, offering insights into the operational dynamics of these novel 3D networks

Tahap pencapaian pelaksanaan Program Kebun Komuniti oleh pihak berkuasa tempatan

Persaingan guna tanah di dalam bandar telah menyekat aktiviti pertanian untuk dibangunkan dan secara tidak langsung masyarakat di bandar perlu bergantung kepada sumber makanan atau produk pertanian dari kawasan luar bandar. Namun begitu, kewujudan tanah-tanah terbiar termasuk di kawasan bandar adalah amat membimbangkan. Program Kebun Komuniti adalah salah satu konsep di bawah Program pertanian Bandar yang amat popular di kebanyakan negara pada masa kini termasuk di Malaysia. Oleh itu, matlamat kajian ini adalah supaya terdapat satu garis panduan yang menyeluruh dan standard berkaitan pelaksanaan Program Kebun Komuniti kepada semua PBT sebagai satu program yang dapat memberi manfaat kepada komuniti melalui aktiviti bercucuk tanam, meningkatkan imej bandar melalui pengurusan ruang-ruang kosong dan terbiar dan ke arah pemeliharaan alam sekitar yang lestari. Ke arah itu, objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti kaedah pelaksanaan Program Kebun Komuniti oleh Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan dan mengkaji tahap pencapaian pelaksanaan Program Kebun Komuniti dari perspektif komuniti. Pengkaji telah memilih kawasan pentadbiran Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) sebagai kajian kes kerana mempunyai penglibatan aktif dalam pelaksanaan Kebun Komuniti sejak tahun 2014. Kajian ini dilaksanakan secara kualitiatif di mana data primer diperoleh menerusi temu bual semi struktur melibatkan 16 Pengerusi Kebun Komuniti dan dua pegawai daripada MBSA yang terlibat secara langsung dalam Pelaksanaan Program Kebun Komuniti. Selanjutnya, analisa deskriptif dilaksanakan terhadap dapatan temu bual tersebut. Berdasarkan penemuan kajian, pelaksanaan Program Kebun Komuniti oleh MBSA ini berjaya mencapai objektif dan matlamat asal penubuhannya seperti mengurangkan kawasan terbiar, mengurangkan kos perbelanjaan harian, menggalakkan interaksi sosial dan meningkatkan amalan kitar semula. Namun, terdapat dua matlamat tidak dapat dicapai iaitu dari segi meningkatkan penglibatan belia dalam aktiviti pertanian dan menambahkan pendapatan melalui jualan hasil. Berdasarkan penemuan tersebut, beberapa cadangan dikemukakan dan diharapkan kajian ini dapat membantu memberi input yang bermanfaat kepada semua pihak yang terlibat dalam membangunkan polisi Program Kebun Komuniti yang holistik dan efisyen pada masa hadapan
