The authors inoculated the guinea pigs intraplantar, in the hind legs. The weight of the animals is 350.0450.0. For infection, 0.2 cm3 was injected, diluted 10 times and filtered through virus fexe gauze. This method of infection provides the possibility of further application of local treatment.</jats:p
