    Peran Bengkel Kereta Api Pengok Dalam Perawatan Lokomotif Milik Nederlandsch Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij Jalur Semarang-Vorstenlanden 1914-1950

    Kereta api merupakan alat transportasi yang berperan penting pada masa Kolonial di Hindia Belanda. Dibangun pertama kali oleh Nederlandsch Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij dengan rute awal Semarang-Vorstenlanden. Dalam menunjang perjalanan kereta api dibangunlah Bengkel Kereta Api Pengok sebagai tempat perawatan lokomotif milik NIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang pembangunan Bengkel Kereta Api Pengok di Yogyakarta, mengetahui perkembangan Bengkel Kereta Api Pengok pada masa Kolonial, Jepang, hingga Indonesia Merdeka, dan mengetahui dampak Bengkel Kereta Api Pengok dalam perkembangan masyarakat Yogyakarta Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode historis yang meliputi tahapan heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Heuristik adalah mencari dan menemukan sumber untuk memperoleh data-data peristiwa sejarah. Verifikasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sumber yang otentik dan dapat dipercaya. Pada tahap selanjutnya, sumber yang telah diyakini otentisitas/keaslian dan kredibilitas informasinya tersebut diinterpretasi sehingga fakta-fakta sejarah yang telah ditemukan dapat tersusun dan menjadi sebuah kisah peristiwa. Selanjutnya disusun dalam bentuk historiografi untuk menghasilkan tulisan sejarah yang berlandaskan fakta-fakta yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bengkel Kereta Api pertama milik NIS awalnya berada di Semarang. Setelah jalur kereta api NIS mengalami perkembangan, akhirnya dibangunlah Bengkel Kereta Api yang lebih besar dan memadai di daerah Pengok. Sejak masa Kolonial hingga Kemerdekaan Indonesia, Bengkel Kereta Api Pengok berperan penting dalam perbaikan lokomotif milik NIS. Keberadaan bengkel kereta api Pengok juga berpengaruh bagi masyarakat sekitar Yogyakarta, terutama memberikan lapangan pekerjaan serta tempat tinggal bagi para pekerja.     Development of Mobile Indoor Positioning System Application Using Android and Bluetooth Low Energy with Trilateration Method

    The development of information technology and the concept of smart city began to grow. Information technology needed by the public that is looking for information position and location of destination in the building (indoor positionting). Indoor positioning using WiFi has limits on location placement. To overcome these shortcomings are used sensor beacon bluetooth low energy with the advantages of having low power consumption and relatively small dimensions that can be placed in various places that are difficult to reach by WiFi. Indoor Positioning System (IPS) is a system for knowing the position of objects or people in a room by using radio waves, magnetic fields, or other sensors obtained by mobile devices. The indoor positioning method is divided into deterministic and probabilistic. Deterministic can determine the position faster by using measurement techniques such as Trilateration and Triangulation. Trilateration is a method for determining location with known three location information and device distance to each access point. This research used Trilateration method with measurement technique based on RSSI value. Based on the results of the test, RSSI of the beacon is strongly affected by objects that have thickness and density. In line of sight conditions, Android devices are able to receive signals properly and determine the location of the device using trilateration with quite accurate

    The growing population causes increasing clean water demand. This leads to a crisis of water demand due to high water consumption. During the dry season, water availability becomes increasingly rare for crop needs. To obtain maximum crop production, the availability of water should be sufficient. Therefore, an application for Android was created to assist monitoring of soil moisture. This application obtains data from the sensor which is connected to Raspberry Pi 3. This data will be sent to the server and displayed on Android application. LED indicator is provided to notify the water supply for the plants. The final result of this research is a system application development where a sensor with analog data can be converted into percentages and displayed in the Android application. From this percentage, users can set the indicator for the sensor to turn on the LED. Users can also view graphs from percentage data, manage plant data for the database, and set the application configuration

One of the methods used by teachers in teaching is the Total Physical Response associated with body movements.Thust the system utilize the use of accelerometer sensors that record the movement on smartphones to increase interest in children's learning.Overall this system can help children to gain knowledge about the English vocabulary so hopefully with this application, children can be more interested in mastering the English language so that it can be a start for success in the future
