Efektivitas Pengawasan Kampanye Berbasis Digital : Pencegahan Pelanggaran Praktek Kampanye Berbasis Digital)
Penyelenggaraan kampanye berbasis digital sulit untuk diawasi sehingga diperluan pengawasan partisipasi bersama masyarkat dan pengawasan terintegrasi dengan seluruh stake holder untuk mencegah pelanggaran praktek kampanye berbasis digital diperlukannya pengawasan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan segala usaha yang dilakukan peneliti untuk menghimpun informasi yang relevan dengan topik atau masalah yang akan atau sedang diteliti. Informasi itu dapat diperoleh dari buku-buku ilmiah, laporan penelitian, karangan-karangan ilmiah, tesis dan disertasi, peraturan-peraturan, ketetapan-ketetapan, buku tahunan, ensiklopedia dan sumber-sumber tertulis baik tercetak maupun elektronik lain dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang mendukung tema penelitian diantaranya literatur tentang kepengawasan pemilu, kampanye pemilu, pemilihan umum. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan konten analisis (menganalisis data, fakta) dari data yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Proses penelitian ini dimulai dengan tahapan yakni: mengidentifikasi dan mendapatkan pengetahuan serta informasi yang relevan dengan tema penawasan dan kampaye pemilu, kemudian menganalisis hasil temuan masalah, mengkomparasikan telaah teori yang dipakai, mengguji metode penelitian yang dipakai serta menganulir keabsahan data yang digunakan untuk menjadikan sebuah hasil penelitian selanjutanya memengembangkan dan mengekspresikannya menjadi temuan baru Pengawasan kampanye berbasis digital harus menajdi perhatian serius dalam penangannya untuk mencegah pelanggaran praktek kampanye digital, bawaslu sebagai lembaga pengawasan dalam pemilu memiliki peran yang cukup penting dalam praktik pemilu untuk menjamin pemilu berkepastian hukum adil, akuntabel dan berjalan sesuai dengan koridor dan berpegang pada prinsip besifat langsung, umum, bebas, adil, dan rahasia sesuai dengan perundang undangan Perlu dan pentingya efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas bawaslu dalam menganalisis tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan kampaye berbasis digital sepeti 1. social media campaign, 2. digital campign, dan integrated marketing comunication melalui integrasi akun dan sosial media Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, tiktok, hingga media konvensional seperti televisi, koran dan radio sehingga melahirkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemilu yang baik yakni berlangsung secara langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia (luber), jujur dan adil (JURDIL), Pencegahaan dan pelanggaran praktek kampanye digital secara efektif harus memaksimalkan program pengawasan partisipatif bersama masyarakat dan pengawasan terintegrasi dengan menyediakan forum koordinasi formal antar- lembaga pengawas, yang terdiri dari perwakilan dari pengawasan pada rezim etik (DKPP), pemerintahan (APIP), pelayanan publik (Ombudsman), penegakan hukum (Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, dan KPK), dengan Bawaslu sebagai koordinatornya
Les administrateurs et les missionnaires face aux coutumes au Congo français
L’évangélisation et la colonisation se sont confondues dans leurs actions et méthodes pour civiliser ou christianiser les Noirs. Mais, les deux ont travaillé dans un projet de construction d’une société analogue aux sociétés occidentales, notamment française, considérée par les Spiritains comme un modèle de société chrétienne. TEACHER PERCEPTIONS ABOUT TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF MADRASAH HEAD WITH TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT THE MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI KABANJAHE
Teacher performance is the level of work success accomplished by a teacher with the skills and expertise in carrying out the task in accordance with the task. Teachers are instrumental in the teaching and learning process. The teacher's performance can be influenced by the leadership in the Madrasah, with the transformational leadership delivered by the head of the madrasah. The problems in this research are how the Teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the head of the Kabanjahe Schoolis the transformation? How is the performance of Guru in kabanjahe Madrasah tsanawiyah? Is there a teacher perception relationship about the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah with the teacher performance at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Kabanjahe?. The purpose of this research is to know the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah in the state madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe, to know the performance of the teacher in the state madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe, to know the relationship of teacher perception about transformational leadership of Madrasah head with teacher performance in madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe. This Research is a quantitative study conducted in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri kabanjahe. The number of samples in this study was 30 teachers. Data collection is done using a poll to find out the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head and teacher performance. The analysis in this study uses correlation analysis. The results showed that the teacher's perceptual relationship to the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head was in a very strong category of 8.1% against the teacher's performance. Based on the results of the analysis is known that the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head is a positive and significant relationship to the teacher's performance, the proven pearson corelation value (0.284) is greater than the significant value of 0.128
Barthélemy Boganda et l’Église catholique en Oubangui-Chari
Barthélemy Boganda, originaire de la Lobaye en pleine forêt équatoriale, devenait le premier prêtre catholique oubanguien le 27 mars 1938. Orphelin très tôt, ses parents ayant été tués par les miliciens, il fut recueilli par les missionnaires catholiques de la congrégation du Saint-Esprit. Ses tuteurs le poussèrent à faire de la politique en le faisant élire député de l’Oubangui-Chari à l’Assemblée de l’Union française en 1946. C’était l’objectif de Boganda depuis son baptême : défendre les intérêts des Oubanguiens qui étaient considérés par les Blancs comme moins que rien. Boganda, le plus instruit des fils du pays avait une très forte réputation fondée sur trois éléments : prêtre, il était censé être en rapport avec le monde invisible ; fils de sorcier, il était craint. Il était ainsi censé être capable de découvrir des choses cachées maintenant les indigènes dans un état d’infériorité d’où ils espéraient sortir. The most educated son of the country had a very strong reputation based on three elements: as a priest, he was supposed be in contact with the invisible world; as a sorcerer, he was feared—he was deemed capable of discovering what kept indigenous people in the state of inferiority from which they wanted to extract themselves; finally, as the husband of a white woman, he had become an equal of the whites. An analysis of the relation between Boganda and the Church must take into account all these intertwined elements, and Boganda himself was very aware of this. The resurging memory of concession companies martyring people with the support of the colonial administration, the increasingly conflictual relations resulting from the racism of his superiors and fellow Spiritans, and his sacerdotal practice are all elements that have substantially influenced his relationship with the Catholic Church
Potential Of Aqueous Extracts From Weeds And Food Crops In Oil Palm Plantations As Bioherbicides
Purpose: This study aims to test water extracts derived from weeds and plants in oil palm plantations on the germination of test plants. The extract was prepared from June to July 2024 in Arga Makmur, North Bengkulu Regency, and the bioassay test was conducted from July to August 2024 in Pematang Gubernur, Muara Bangkahulu, Bengkulu City. Methodology: The study used a single-factor, completely randomized design. Twenty-one treatments were applied, namely, the source of extracts from broadleaf weeds, grass weeds, and teki weeds of 5 types each, as well as the control. The experimental unit was a Petri dish, and the experiment was repeated four times. The petri dish bioassay method was applied in this experiment. Each petri dish was given 10 mL of water extract, and 25 mung bean seeds of the Vima 2 variety were planted and incubated for three days. Results: The results showed that water extracts derived from weeds and plants in oil palm plantations significantly affected almost all variables. Findings: Water extracts that inhibit the germination of the highest test plants come from broadleaf weeds, namely Ageratum conyzoides, Chromolaena odorata, Stenochlaena palustris, Wedelia trilobata, and Amaranthus sp. Food crop groups are Oryza sativa, Manihot esculenta, Ipomoea batatas, and Vigna radiata. Grass weeds were Leersia hexandra and Eleusine indica, and no weeds were in the weed class. Novelty: This study provides insight into the potential of allelopathy sourced from weeds and food crops. Originality: This study offers a detailed analysis of the bioherbicidal effects of weed and food crop extracts on seed germination or test plants. Conclusion: Aqueous extracts of broadleaf weeds dominated the inhibition of seed germination and have great potential as bioherbicides. Document type: empirical research article.

Learning media is an important part that cannot be separated in achieving learning goals. This research aims to describe MP3 learning media in improving memorization of the Al-Qur'an for PAUD IT students at Father and Mother, Merbau, North Labuhanbatu District. This research uses the classroom action research method. The results of this research are that learning carried out using the MP3 Al-Qur'an learning media becomes active, students' curiosity becomes greater so that learning activities run well and there is an increase in students' ability to memorize short letters. In the pre-action there were 8 people ( 40%) students complete individually, and 40% complete classically. In cycle I there were 13 students (65%) who completed individually, and only 65% completed classically, while in cycle II there were 18 students (90%) who completed individually, and 90% classically, which is said to have completed classically. if the class average score is ≥ 65 with an achievement level of 85% of the total number of students

Recruitment of Educators: Efforts to Improve the Quality of Education in MTS Negeri 2 Medan
This study examines how the recruitment management pattern was carried out by Madrasahs at MTs Negeri 2 as an effort to improve the quality of education, how recruitment is in its implementation, and whether there are obstacles during implementation and the solutions offered by madrasah management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study technique. The results of the study include the recruitment process which includes the socialization of the announcement of the admission of new educators, administrative selection, written tests, Madrasah interview tests, and school tests (microteaching, school interviews, computer tests, and Al-Qur'an reading and writing tests) carried out accordingly. procedures prepared by the Recruitment Team.
