O marketing viral cria consciência da marca? Um estudo exploratório com estudantes universitários
Viral Marketing has attracted the attention of many schoolers and people from the field of marketing because of the broad reach the message it shares can get. Recent studies investigated what leads people to share viral content and which content is most likely to become viral. However, there is no proved correlation between virilization and brand awareness generating. Considering that the main purpose of any Marketing is make the target audience identify and remember a brand, the current study investigated through an exploratory survey whether the videos that went viral on 2016 were able to generate brand awareness in a group of students of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo-PUC / SP. The results showed limited impact on the creation of brand awareness, because of previous experience of the public in recognition of the brand displayed on the video. In addition to the results the study also contributes by questioning the content displayed in viral videos and shows how the time of exposure of a brand on a video influences directly in the creation of brand awareness.O marketing viral atraiu a atenção de muitos estudantes e pessoas da área de marketing devido ao amplo alcance que a mensagem que compartilha pode ter.

On the worldwide and belorizontino landscape, Diseases and Non Communicable Diseases grow considerably and lead to cardiovascular disease morbidity and mortality. To prevent and address these diseases and conditions is necessary for the incorporation of multiple knowledge, skills and coordinated actions of several professionals. However, what is observed in practice is fragmented work of professionals in different levels of care. With the lifting of the problem, the objective is to develop an action plan for the development of an interdisciplinary and intersectoral to face cardiovascular risk factors of the population assisted by the Family Health Team, involving in particular professionals Physical Education. In the method of literature review were raised about interdisciplinary, intersectoral and cardiovascular risk factors that favored the construction of the tree that explains the problems with two regional health centers Monte Azul and São Miguel Arcanjo and the Academies of the city of Monte Azul and Vila Fatima. The action plan was developed to cope with critical nodes "Difficulty of communication among professionals", "Fragmented Process Training", "Procedures for monitoring and evaluating ineffective or nonexistent," "Management Process little participation", "Smoking and other drugs "and" Physical inactivity / obesity / dyslipidemia "that resulted in operations that are called" Communicate SUS "," Education Network "," Monitors BH "," Let's build together? "," Drugs for what? " "Move with quality activities in the city" and "BH nutri in action." Were constructed spreadsheet monitoring and indicators for monitoring the implementation of actions to bring about intersectoral and interdisciplinary work in combating cardiovascular disease. For this implementation it is important that the construction of change strategies is built by the manager for the service (descending: institutionalized decision), or service to the network (upstream, with successful experiments to show the manager that plans for coping work for the problem at hand). No cenário mundial e belorizontino, as Doenças e Agravos Não Transmissíveis crescem consideravelmente e as Doenças Cardiovasculares lideram as morbidades e mortalidades.
How do flexible working time policies, telework from home and work fatigue impact on the work-life balance?
Purpose: Human resource management (HRM) has become one of the main tools for improving organisational performance and satisfaction. Numerous research studies have shown the importance of promoting work-life balance (WLB), as it influences individual and family well-being. In this context, organizations are looking for strategies such as flexible working hours (FWH) or telecommuting from home to facilitate WLB. The aim of this study is to analyse how these practices, together with physical and mental fatigue, impact both WLB and overall performance, offering implications for HRM.
Methodology: A theoretical model with 4 variables was designed. To test the hypotheses, a structural equation model with partial least squares was applied. A subsample of 13,724 responses from the 2021 special edition of the European Working Conditions Telephone Survey was analysed.
Findings:Teleworking from home (TWH) is shown to negatively impact WLB, highlighting the challenges of balancing work and personal spheres simultaneously. However, the impact of TWH on work fatigue was not statistically significant. In contrast, flexible work schedule policies showed a positive impact on both improving WLB and reducing work-related fatigue (WF). Furthermore, WF emerged as a key factor in the relationship between flextime and WLB, but not in the relationship with TWH. Finally, TWH acted as a moderator in the relationship between flextime and WLB, suggesting that the combination of both practices contributes to reduced fatigue and improved WLB.
Practical implications: This study offers key guidance for the design of human resource policies focused on employee well-being. Findings show that combining home-based teleworking with flexible schedules enhances WLB and reduces WF. Organisations can improve performance and job satisfaction by adopting strategies that integrate both practices. Additionally, clear boundaries for digital disconnection and workload adjustment are recommended
Is Irritable Bowel Syndrome Considered as Comorbidity in Clinical Trials of Physical Therapy Interventions in Fibromyalgia? A Scoping Review
Evidence supports the presence of comorbid conditions, e.g., irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), in individuals with fibromyalgia (FM). Physical therapy plays an essential role in the treatment of FM; however, it is not currently known whether the IBS comorbidity is considered in the selection criteria for clinical trials evaluating physiotherapy in FM. Thus, the aim of the review was to identify whether the presence of IBS was considered in the selection criteria for study subjects for those clinical trials that have been highly cited or published in the high-impact journals investigating the effects of physical therapy in FM. A literature search in the Web of Science database for clinical trials that were highly cited or published in high-impact journals, i.e., first second quartile (Q1) of any category of the Journal Citation Report (JCR), investigating the effects of physical therapy in FM was conducted. The methodological quality of the selected trials was assessed with the Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro) scale. Authors, affiliations, number of citations, objectives, sex/gender, age, and eligibility criteria of each article were extracted and analyzed independently by two authors. From a total of the 412 identified articles, 20 and 61 clinical trials were included according to the citation criterion or JCR criterion, respectively. The PEDro score ranged from 2 to 8 (mean: 5.9, SD: 0.1). The comorbidity between FM and IBS was not considered within the eligibility criteria of the participants in any of the clinical trials. The improvement of the eligibility criteria is required in clinical trials on physical therapy that include FM patients to avoid selection bias

Candida glabrata : a review of its features and resistance
Candida species belong to the normal microbiota of the oral cavity and gastrointestinal and vaginal tracts, and are responsible for several clinical manifestations, from mucocutaneous overgrowth to bloodstream infections. Once believed to be non-pathogenic, Candida glabrata was rapidly blamable for many human diseases. Year after year, these pathological circumstances are more recurrent and problematic to treat, especially when patients reveal any level of immunosuppression. These difficulties arise from the capacity of C. glabrata to form biofilms and also from its high resistance to traditional antifungal therapies. Thus, this review intends to present an excerpt of the biology, epidemiology, and pathology of C. glabrata, and detail an approach to its resistance mechanisms based on studies carried out up to the present. The authors are grateful to strategic project PTDC/SAU-MIC/119069/2010 for the financial support to the research center and for Celia F. Rodrigues' grant
Myofascial Trigger Points, Pain, Disability, and Sleep Quality in Patients with Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain
[EN] Objective: To investigate the difference in the presence of trigger points (TrPs) between patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain (LBP) and healthy people, and to determine the relationship of TrPs with the intensity of ongoing pain, disability, and sleep quality.
Design: A cross-sectional study.
Setting: The role of TrPs in LBP has not been determined.
Patients: Forty-two patients with nonspecific LBP (50% women), aged 23-55 years old, and 42 age- and sex-matched controls participated.
Outcome measures: TrPs were bilaterally explored within the quadratus lumborum, iliocostalis lumborum, psoas, piriformis, gluteus minimus, and gluteus medius muscles in a blinded design. TrPs were considered active if the subject recognized the local and referred pain as familiar symptoms, and TrPs were considered latent if the pain was not recognized as a familiar symptom. Pain measures were collected with a numerical pain rate scale, disability was assessed with the Roland-Morris questionnaire, and sleep quality was determined with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.
Results: Patients with nonspecific LBP exhibited a greater disability and worse sleep quality than healthy controls (P < 0.001). Patients with nonspecific LBP exhibited a mean of 3.5 ± 2.3 active TrPs. Further, patients with nonspecific LBP showed a greater (P < 0.001) number of latent TrPs (mean: 2.0 ± 1.5) than healthy controls (mean: 1.0 ± 1.5). Active TrPs in the quadratus lumborum, iliocostalis lumborum, and gluteus medius muscles were the most prevalent in patients with nonspecific LBP. A greater number of active TrPs was associated with higher pain intensity (rs = 0.602; P < 0.001) and worse sleep quality (rs = 0.338; P = 0.03).
Conclusions: The local and referred pain elicited by active TrPs in the back and hip muscles contributes to pain symptoms in nonspecific LBP. Patients had higher disability and worse sleep quality than controls. The number of active TrPs was associated with pain intensity and sleep quality. It is possible that a complex interaction among these factors is present in patients with nonspecific LBP
