Mener une telle étude, c'est accomplir le projet même de Perec, puisque les enveloppes de Lieux devaient lui permettre d'étudier, entre autres, le vieillissement de sa mémoire - ou son épanouissement...Guided by the drafts of W ou le souvenir d'enfance, and especially by the texts Perec sealed in envelopes between 1969 and 1974, this article follows the transformation of his first memory, that of being praised at the age of three for having identified a Hebrew letter. In the process of transformation from the first to the seventh version, many details are changed (including the name and shape of the letter recognized) and the memory expands, taking on a mythological dimension. Carrying on such a study is, in fact, completing Perec's own experiment, for the envelopes of Lieux were meant to enable him to learn, among other things, about what happens as the memory ages or, perhaps, grows.
Models for the re-use of learning scenarios
Full transcript of the chat at http://moodle.learningnetworks.org/course/view.php?id=34The aim of this paper is to
contribute to increased reuse of pedagogical
scenarios by teachers and trainers. We focus
on the educational modelling languages
framework, and propose a life cycle model
for learning scenarios and describe the
different aspects of a learning scenario
through a second model. We also look at the
functions that could be made available to
users within new computer based

Medicaid spending burden among beneficiaries with treatment-resistant depression.
AIM: To evaluate Medicaid spending and healthcare resource utilization (HRU) in treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
MATERIALS & METHODS: TRD beneficiaries were identified from Medicaid claims databases (January 2010-March 2017) and matched 1:1 with major depressive disorder (MDD) beneficiaries without TRD (non-TRD-MDD) and randomly selected patients without MDD (non-MDD). Differences in HRU and per-patient-per-year costs were reported in incidence rate ratios (IRRs) and cost differences (CDs), respectively.
RESULTS: TRD beneficiaries had higher HRU than 1:1 matched non-TRD-MDD (e.g., inpatient visits: IRR = 1.41) and non-MDD beneficiaries (N = 14,710 per cohort; e.g., inpatient visits: IRR = 3.42, p \u3c 0.01). TRD beneficiaries incurred greater costs versus non-TRD-MDD (CD = US8294; p \u3c 0.05).
CONCLUSION: TRD is associated with higher HRU and costs versus non-TRD-MDD and non-MDD. TRD poses a significant burden to Medicaid
