NH2+ implantations induced superior hemocompatibility of carbon nanotubes
NH(2)(+) implantation was performed on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) prepared by chemical vapor deposition. The hemocompatibility of MWCNTs and NH(2)(+)-implanted MWCNTs was evaluated based on in vitro hemolysis, platelet adhesion, and kinetic-clotting tests. Compared with MWCNTs, NH(2)(+)-implanted MWCNTs displayed more perfect platelets and red blood cells in morphology, lower platelet adhesion rate, lower hemolytic rate, and longer kinetic blood-clotting time. NH(2)(+)-implanted MWCNTs with higher fluency of 1 × 10(16) ions/cm(2) led to the best thromboresistance, hence desired hemocompatibility. Fourier transfer infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses showed that NH(2)(+) implantation caused the cleavage of some pendants and the formation of some new N-containing functional groups. These results were responsible for the enhanced hemocompatibility of NH(2)(+)-implanted MWCNTs
The Development and Application of Emotion and Values in Primary School
Based on the effective teaching of primary school English class, this paper starts from studying the application of emotion attitude goal in class, and relies on the human-oriented version of primary school English textbook to discuss how primary school English teachers adopt effective teaching strategies to organize and implement English teaching activities, so as to achieve the goal of “emotion attitude and values” in English teaching. This paper explains the significance of realizing “emotion, attitude and value” in primary school English classroom and how to excavate emotion elements in English textbooks so as to effectively realize the three-dimensional goal of primary school English teaching. By studying the current status of primary school English teaching and existing problems, this paper points out that teachers should update their teaching concepts in time, and discuss and explore the aspects of lesson preparation, class, teaching test evaluation and so on around the theory of “unit integrated design”, so as to improve the efficiency of class and promote students’ emotions, attitudes and values while grasping knowledge. At the same time, the author emphasizes classroom practice, timely reflection after class and timely adjustment of the taught content so as to achieve the ultimate goal of “emotion, attitude and values”
The effect of diffusion on giant pandas that live in complex patchy environments
The habitat loss and fragmentation is almost the greatest threat to the survival of the wild giant panda. In this paper, we construct a mathematical model to consider the effect of diffusion on giant pandas that live in complex patchy environments. Our discussion includes the studying of a diffusive n-dimensional single species model, sufficient conditions are derived for the permanence and extinction of the giant panda species. Especially, we also discuss the situations of diffusion of giant pandas between two patches, and numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the results. Furthermore, we consider the existence, uniqueness, and global stability of the positive periodic solution of the n-dimensional single species model. The implications of these results are significant for giant panda conservation
