    Способы расчета эффективного атомного номера многокомпонентного объекта

    Recently, synthesis and secretion of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)/CYR61/CTGF/NOV-family member 2 (CCN2) in cultures of hepatocytes were shown, which are sensitively up-regulated by exogenous TGF-β. In this study TGF-β-dependent CTGF/CCN2 expression in hepatocytes cultured under completely TGF-β-free conditions was analysed by Western-blots, metabolic labelling, and CTGF-reporter gene assays. In alkaline phosphatase monoclonal anti-alkaline phosphatase complex (APAAP)-staining of cultured hepatocytes it was demonstrated that latent TGF-β within the hepatocytes becomes rapidly detectable during culture indicating an intracellular demasking of the mature TGF-β antigen. Subsequent signaling to theCTGF/CCN2 promoter occurs via p-Smad2, whereas p-Smad3 does not seem to be involved. Cycloheximide did not abolish the rapid immunocytochemical appearance of mature TGF-β, but calpain inhibitors partially suppressed intracellular TGF-β activation and subsequently CTGF up-regulation. Calpain treatment had the reverse effect. None of the inhibitors of extracellular TGF-β signalling was effective in the reduction of spontaneous CTGF synthesis, but intracellularly acting Alk 4-/Alk 5-specific inhibitor SB-431542 was able to diminish CTGF expression. The assumption that latent intracellular TGF-β is activated by calpains during culture-induced stress or injurious conditions in the liver in vivo was further validated by a direct effect of calpains on the activation of recombinant latent TGF-β. In conclusion, these data are the first to suggest the possibility of intracrine TGF-β signalling due to calpain-dependent intracellular proteolytic activation leading to transcriptional activation of CTGF/CCN2 as a TGF-β-sensitive reporter gene. This mechanism might be deleterious for keeping long-term hepatocyte cultures due to TGF-β-induced apoptosis and, further, might be of relevance for induction of apoptosis or epithelial-mesenchymal transition of hepatocytes in injured liver

    Асинхронный электропривод механизма передвижения крана

    В работе реализована система регулируемого электропривода "преобразователь частоты - асинхронный двигатель" с возможностью реализации законов скалярного управления по разомкнутой структуре. В результате исследования статического режима установлено, что электропривод обеспечивает заданную область работы в указанном диапазоне регулирования скорости. В ходе имитационного моделирования динамических режимов работы установлено, что разработанная система устойчиво работает в требуемом диапазоне. Проведены выбор и обоснование принципиальной схемы электропривода, составлена смета капитальных затрат, рассчитан экономический эффект. Рассмотрены вопросы безопасности и экологичности проекта.The system of the regulated electric drive "frequency converter - asynchronous motor" is realized in the work with the possibility of realizing the laws of scalar control in the open structure. As a result of the static mode study, it is established that the electric drive provides a predetermined range of operation in the specified speed control range. During the simulation of dynamic operating modes it was established that the system developed steadily operates in the required range. The choice and justification of the electric drive basic scheme were made, the capital cost estimates were compiled, and the economic effect was calculated. The issues of safety and environmental friendliness of the project are considered

    Effect of the separation method on the structure and phase composition of powders of the Y2O3-Al2O3 system

    It is necessary to synthesize powders with a given phase composition, as well as the size and shape of the particles to obtain transparent ceramics based on yttrium-aluminum garnet. These parameters are directly affected by the method of powder separation. In this work, the phase composition and morphology of the particles isolated by filtration and spray drying methods are analyzed. As a result, it can be concluded that these methods allow to obtain powders with a particle size from 0.1 to 100 µm, and the spray drying method allows to synthesize powders with a smaller particle size

    В процессе исследования проводились изыскания и полевые исследования родников в соответствии с описанием в отчете [4], наблюдение за состоянием родников в местах их выхода, отбор проб на химический и микробиологический анализы, сбор архивных данных. В результате исследований изучен химический и микробиологический состав родников. Основные конструктивные, технологические и технико-эксплуатационные характеристики: выполнение данной работы позволяет ускорить решение о варианте обустройства Университетских родников и создании на их базе рекреационной зоны в центре города.In the course of the research, investigations and field studies of springs were conducted in accordance with the description in the report [4], monitoring the condition of the springs at their exit points, sampling for chemical and microbiological analyzes, and collecting archival data. As a result of the research, the chemical and microbiological composition of the springs was studied. The main design, technological and technical and operational characteristics: the execution of this work makes it possible to expedite the decision on the design of the University springs and the creation on their base of a recreational zone in the city center
