    The article discloses concordance in demand and supply of qualified workforce in Ukraine. The analysis of demand and supply for qualified workforce and dynamics of employed and unemployed with the number of vacancies for qualified workers in Ukraine were carried out. The approaches to solve the problems of present and perspective deficit of qualified workforce on labour market were suggested. Основна мета статті полягає в проведенні аналізу тенденцій розвитку ринку праці в розрізі невідповідності попиту і пропозиції кваліфікованих робітничих кадрах, визначення чисельності зайнятих та безробітніх з кількістю вакансій кваліфікованих робітників в Україні та визначення напрямів збалансування ринку праці. Стаття присвячена розгляду відповідності попиту і пропозиції кваліфікованих робітничих кадрів в Україні. Проаналізовано попит і пропозицію на кваліфіковані робітничі кадри, динаміка зайнятих та безробітніх з кількістю вакансій кваліфікованих робітників в Україні. Запропоновані напрями для вирішення проблеми поточного та перспективного дефіциту робітничих кадрів на ринку праці. Перехід України до новітньої моделі розвитку, в якій джерелом економічного зростання мають стати єдиний освітній простір, наукові знання, технологічні інновації та інформація, потребує кардинального перегляду методів та механізмів регулювання ринку праці з метою забезпечення необхідного перерозподілу зайнятості за видами діяльності та секторами економіки. У період реструктуризації економіки вагомого значення набуває не тільки рівень і якість підготовки робітничих кадрів, а вміння орієнтуватися в потребах ринку праці та бути конкурентоспроможними й затребуваними на ринку праці

    The Use of Plasmapheresis in Treatment of Patients with Infertility, Peritoneal Endometriosis and Nat2 Gene Polymorphism

    It is known that 30–40 % of patients with peritoneal endometriosis suffer from infertility. Half of the patients with endometriosis are identified point mutation in NAT2 – gene, which plays an important role in the acetylation of aromatic and heterocyclic amines, in the accumulation of endotoxins, activation of free radical oxidation, impaired microcirculation. These factors involve the use of methods of gemapheresis which have detoxification, the blood rheology corrective and immune corrective effects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic plasma exchange in treatment of patients with peritoneal form of endometriosis, infertility and point mutations in the gene NAT2. The study included 140 patients with infertility, peritoneal form of endometriosis and point mutations in the gene NAT2. All patients are performed laparoscopy, coagulation foci of endometriosis. In the following 93 (66.4 %) patients were treated with a the course of therapeutic plasmapheresis using the apparatus «PCS-2» with the removal of 20–25 % the volume of circulating plasma with replacement plasma of crystalloid and colloid solutions. Before treatment were shown the signs of endotoxemia, activation of oxidative stress. After treatment with the use of plasmapheresis was revealed the significant reduction of endogenous intoxication parameters and oxidative stress. Also is noted the increase in the pregnancy rate, both independently and in IVF programs, especially during the first 3 months after treatment. The findings suggest that the efficiency of the proposed comprehensive treatment techniques (laparoscopy and subsequent course of therapeutic plasmapheresis) of patients with peritoneal endometriosis and infertility and with point mutations in the gene NAT2. The use of plasmapheresis is pathogenetically justified in patients of the studied group

    N-acetyltransferase 2 (NAT2) Gene Polymorphisms and the Effectiveness of Infertility Treatment in Patients with Peritoneal Endometriosis

    Today, infertility has become a global issue. WHO ranks it the fifth among the major diseases of those below 60 years, after alcoholism, depression, injuries and eyesight disorders. Numerous studies conducted on the problems of infertility in endometriosis still do not offer clear answers regarding the pathogenesis and mechanisms of this disease and its influences on fertility. According to the survey results, point mutations of the NAT2 gene (NAT2*5 and NAT2*6) have been identified in 75.6% of the patients with infertility problems and the peritoneal form of endometriosis, that create “slow” allelic variants, which exceed the average index in the population. The peculiarities of the NAT2 gene polymorphisms have been proven to be associated with the effectiveness of the infertility treatment of female patients with peritoneal endometriosis. In the group of non-pregnant patients, the presence of с.341Т>C, c.481C>T, c.590G>A and c.803A>G heterozygous point mutations are 73.2, 73.2, 5.4, and 62.5%, respectively. The significant difference in the comparison of the allelic polymorphism during the various stages of the endometriosis was not identified. At stage III-IV endometriosis the frequency of three and more point substitutions was significantly higher. NAT2 gene polymorphisms can find use as an additional criterion for predicting the effectiveness of the infertility treatment of patients with peritoneal endometriosis

    Проведены сравнительные расчеты эмиссии диоксида углерода – парникового газа – при различных сочетаниях коксовых (доменная печь + конвертер, доменная печь + электродуговая печь или ЭДП) и бескоксовых (HyL-3 + ЭДП, MIDREX + ЭДП, ROMELT + ЭДП, COREX + ЭДП, ЭДП на ломе) процессов производства стали. Для сравнительной оценки технологических процессов приведено ранжирование по значению сквозной интегральной эмиссии парникового газа CO2. При производстве стали выявлены преимущества по значению эмиссии CO2 для процессов HyL-3 + ЭДП, Midrex + ЭДП.Comparative calculations of carbon dioxide emission - greenhouse gas at various combinations coke oven (a blast furnace – the converter, a blast furnace - the electric arc furnace or EAF) and the coke-free (HyL-3-EAF, MIDREX-EAF, ROMELT-EAF, COREX-EAF, EAF on scrap) processes for the production of steel are carried out. For comparative assessment of technological processes in the framework of the power-ecological analysis it is considered parameter of emission of CO2 greenhouse gas.     Еколого-біологічні показники представників роду Quercus L. у зелених насадженнях Кривого Рогу

    Objective – to study basic biometrical, ecological and biological characteristics of the genus Quercus L. representatives in green plantations of Kryvyi Rih and in the arboretum of Kryvyi Rih Botanical Garden of the NAS of Uk raine. Material and methods. Modern state of the genus Quercus species in green plantations of Kryvyi Rih and the arboretum of Kryvyi Rih Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine is studied. To study the age of trees, the diameter of trunk was measured at a height of 1.3 m and their whole height. The vital state of plants was assessed by L.S. Savelieva 8-point scale (1975), drought resistance – according to S.S. Pyatnitsky 6point scale (1961), frost resistance – according to I.A. Dobrovolsky 5-point scale (1961), the intensity of blossoming and fruiting – acording to A.G. Golo vach 6-point scale (1980). Results. The most of introduced species of the genus Quercus in the collection of Kryvyi Rih Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine reach the sizes corresponding to their age. The trees have a high viability score (VIIVIII). According to the results of the analysis in the park plantations of Kryvyi Rih city, Q. robur L. trees aged from 7 to 200 years were found. The 30–40 yearsaged trees are predominating, their height is 15–18 m, a trunk diameter – 25–40 cm. The vital state of the most of plants corresponded to VII and VIII scores, but there were oaks, the index of which did not exceed V and VI scores. Plants of the genus Quercus are well developed, regularly bloom and bear fruit and are practically unaffected by pests and diseases, except for the less stable species Q. robur. Conclusions. The genus Quercus in parks and squares of Kryvyi Rih is represented by three species and one cultivar, in the collection of Kryvyi Rih Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine – 10 species and one cultivar. They have a good vital state and high decorativeness. Perspective for regional culture by complex of ecological and biological properties are following species: Q. castaneifolia C.A. Mey., Q. imbricaria Stev., Q. macranthera Fisch. et Mey. which were held in Kryvyi Rih Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine for many years introductory test.Мета – вивчити основні біометричні та біолого-екологічні характеристики представників роду Quercus L. у зелених насадженнях Кривого Рогу і дендрарії Криворізького ботанічного саду НАН України (КБС). Матеріал та методи. Вивчено сучасний стан видів роду Quercus, які використовують в озелененні Кривого Рогу, і в колекції дендрарію КБС. Для визначення віку дерев вимірювали діаметр стовбура на рівні 1,3 м та їх висоту. Життєздатність оцінювали за 8-бальною шкалою Л.С. Савельєвої (1975), посухостійкість – за 6-бальною шкалою С.С. П’ятницького (1961), зимостійкість – за 5-бальною шкалою Т.А. Добровольського (1961), інтенсивність цвітіння та плодоношення – за 6-бальною шкалою А.Г. Головача (1980). Результати. Більшість інтродукованих видів роду Quercus у колекції КБС досягають розмірів, які відповідають їх віку. У дерев виявлено найвищий бал життєвості (VII–VIII). У паркових насадженнях Кривого Рогу виявлено дерева Q. robur L. віком від 7 до 200років. Переважають дерева віком 30–40років, висота яких становить 15–18 м, діаметр стовбура – 25–40 см. Життєвий стан більшості рослин відповідав VII та VIII балам, у деяких – V і VI балів. Представники роду Quercus добре розвинені, регулярно цвітуть та плодоносять, не вражені шкідниками і хворобами, окрім менш стійкого виду Q. robur. Висновки. У насадженнях парків і скверів Кривого Рогу рід Quercus представлений трьома видами та одним культиваром, в колекції КБС – 10 видами і одним культиваром. Більшість рослин мають гарний життєвий стан та високу декоративність. Перспективними для регіональної культури за сукупністю еколого-біологічних властивостей є такі екзоти: Q. castaneifolia C.A. Mey., Q. imbricaria Stev., Q. macranthem Fisch. et. Mey., які пройшли багаторічне інтродукційне випробування в КБС

    Alteration of SH-group Contents in Red Beet Roots and Vacuoles under Osmotic Stress

    The content of sulfhydryl groups in homogenate of red beets and isolated vacuoles under the conditions of osmotic stress was determined. It was demonstrated that the common content of sulfhydryl groups in the isolated vacuoles was 2.4 times higher, than in the homogenate. Under the conditions of osmotic stress, it was primarily denoted the reduction of common content of sulfhydryl groups in homogenate and in the isolated vacuoles. The most interesting results were obtained in determination of correlations between protein and non-protein SH-groups. Under the conditions of osmotic stress, while the contents of non-protein SH-groups in the isolated vacuoles was reduced, non-protein SH-groups in homogenate was greatly increased. This may be explained by the influx of the substances containing SH-groups out of vacuoles. Obtained results allow us to conclude that vacuoles play an important role in plant cell antioxidant processes and in maintenance of intracellular redox-homeostasis

Обращение к рассматриваемой теме вызвано присоединением России к Болонской декларации по высшему образованию. С этого начались реформы в отечественной системе образовании. Реформирование происходит как в содержательном, так и в организационном направлениях. В результате введено трехуровневое образование: бакалавр, магистр, аспирант. Были разработаны и утверждены Федеральные государственные стандарты образования нового поколения. Нововведения анализируются на примере преподавания дисциплинстудентам Строительного и Механико-машиностроительного институтов Уральского федерального университета имени первого Президента России Б.Н.Ельцина (УрФУ).This article deals with the teaching of the most important disciplines for undergraduates: strength of materials, physics, hydraulics. Appeal to the topic due to Russia's accession to the Bologna Declaration on Higher Education. This started a reform of our education system. Reforming occurs both in substance and in organizational directions. As a result, introduced a three-level education: Bachelor, Master and PhD student. Federal State Educational Standards of a new generation were developed and approved.
