Model Baru Pelayanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Daerah dalam Era New Normal di Indonesia
This study departs from a new habit adaptation movement that changes people's social interactions as a rational choice amid the threat of the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this article is to empirically test that the current model of local government administration services in the island sub-district is very inefficient and less productive so that it has an impact on meeting the basic needs of the community comfortably and equitably. Furthermore, the study offers a new model for Duo-TM, namely Face and Machine Meeting. This article demonstrates the need for empirical studies in the development of local government administrative service models to trace the difficulties and geographical risks caused by the Covid-19 outbreak. This is especially relevant if the author refers to the reasons for massive changes in various social dimensions and forces the adaptation of new habits. Single electron transfer reactions and the synthesis of Chiral BODIPYs
PhD ThesisThis thesis is divided into two parts. Part one covers single electron transfer reactions
of electron deficient carbonyls and Grignard reagents whilst part two discusses our progress
towards the synthesis of axially chiral BODIPYs.
Part 1:
Reaction of 2,2,2-trichloro-1-arylethanones with PhMgBr resulted in a reduction to
give 2,2-dichloro-1-arylethanones. We have shown through by-product analysis and EPR
measurement that this reaction proceeds through a Single Electron Transfer (SET)
mechanism with PhMgBr acting as the electron donor. Addition of electrophiles to the
intermediate magnesium enolates, formed in the reaction, gave aldol, Claisen and
aldol/Tishchenko products.

Resolution of a racemic axially chiral BODIPY was performed by preparative chiral
HPLC.

Electronic Circular Dichroism (ECD) spectroscopy and measurements showed
that the separated BODIPYs were enantiomeric. Comparison of measured and
computational ECD spectra allowed assignment of the absolute stereochemistry.

Pengaruh Financial Distress, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Utang Dagang Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial distress, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap utang dagang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mengajukan beberapa saran secara teoritis dan praktis berdasarkan temuan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling jenis judgement sampling dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh financial distress, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Terdapat 25 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini 25 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesulitan Keuangan (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap utang dagang(Y), dapat diterima dengan tingkat sig 0,611> 0,05: Tidak Signifikan [Positif]. Ukuran perusahaan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap utang dagang (Y), dapat diterima dengan tingkat Sig. 0.000 <0.05: Signifikan [Positif]. Pertumbuhan penjualan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap utang dagang (Y) dapat diterima dengan tingkat Sig. 0,026 <0,05: Signifikan [Positif]
PENERAPAN MESIN PENGASAP BAGI USAHA RUMAH TANGGA SE’I IKAN DI SEKITAR PANTAI KELURAHAN OEBA KOTA KUPANG
ASBTRAKIkan merupakan salah satu spesies yang banyak diminati oleh konsumen termasuk di Kota Kupang. Salah satu perolehan ikan di Kota Kupang di dapat dengan cara tangkapan dari laut yang jumlahnya cukup melimpah. Ikan-ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan selain langsung dijual untuk dikomsumsi ada pula yang dikeringkan secara alami dengan proses penggaraman dan bantuan sinar matahari. Setelah kering maka ikan tersebut dapat disimpan dan dijual segera. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan yaitu pengeringan ikan sangat tergantung dengan kondisi alam dan kadang cepat busuk karena kurangnya proses pengeringan sehingga menyebabkan nilai jual, cita rasa ikan yang dijual oleh nelayan ini menjadi jatuh. Selain itu ada juga yang mengolah hasil tangkapan dengan metode pengasapan. Untuk menghasilkan ikan asap bermutu, perlu pengetahuan tentang teori kesegaran ikan yang meliputi proses kemunduran mutu ikan, penanganannya untuk mempertahankan kesegaran ikan, penilaian kesegaran ikan baik secara subjektif (organoleptik) maupun secara objektif (laboratory). Selanjutnya, teknik pengolahan mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, bahan asap, bahan pembantu, waktu dan suhu pengasapan, pengemasan, penyimpanan yang baik dan sesuai dengan SNI ikan asap,Dari pantauan dan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu usaha pengasapan ikan di kelurahan Oeba diperoleh data bahwa mereka sudah memulai usaha sejak tahun 2012 dengan kebutuhan ikan bahan baku sekitar 40 kg/hari namun peralatan yang digunakan masih sangat tradisionil. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mencoba memberikan aplikasi praktis terapan di bidang perikanan dengan cara, pembekalan soft skill kepada beberapa masyarakat yang tergabung dalam sebuah usaha industri rumah tangga untuk dapat menerapkan teknik pengasapan ikan. Sementara itu mitra se’i ikan, berperan dalam penyediaan lahan untuk bagi pemanfaatan mesin pengasap. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mesin pengasap telah berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat dioperasikan oleh mitra tanpa hambatan yang berarti. One of the fish harvests in Kupang City is caught by catching them from the sea, which is relatively abundant. Apart from being directly sold for consumption, the fish caught by fishermen are also dried naturally with the salting process and the help of sunlight. Once dry, the fish can be stored and sold immediately. This condition raises problems, namely, the drying of fish is very dependent on natural conditions, and sometimes it spoils quickly due to a lack of drying process, causing the selling value and taste of the fish sold by these fishermen to fall. Apart from that, some process their catch using the smoking method. To produce quality smoked fish, knowledge of fish freshness theory is needed. It includes decreasing fish quality, handling it to maintain freshness, and assessing fish freshness subjectively (organoleptic) and objectively (laboratory). Furthermore, processing techniques start from selecting raw materials, smoked ingredients, supporting materials, smoking time and temperature, packaging, good storage, and following SNI smoked fish. They started their business in 2012 with a raw material fish requirement of around 40 kg/day, but the equipment used is still very traditional. This community service program tries to provide practical applications in fisheries by providing soft skills to several members of the home industry to apply fish-smoking techniques. Meanwhile, the fish se'i partners play a role in providing land for smoking machines. PRA RANCANG PABRIK ARANG AKTIF DARI BAMBU DENGAN SISTEM FAST PYROLISIS DENGAN KAPASITAS 5000 TON/TAHUN
The raw material for the manufacture of activated charcoal is very abundant. The raw materials can be made into activated charcoal is any substance containing carbon, both derived from plants, animals, and minerals such as coal. Bamboo so far is only used as an interior material and also with in the development period bamboo is used as an ingredient raw craft. To increase the added value of bamboo, bamboo utilization efforts are required to be processed into charcoal, through pyrolysis technology. Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition process of biomass with limited oxygen and high temperature. For particles of 5-8 mm, the composition of the pyrolysis are 5% Tar, 46.82% Char, 7% gas, 41.18% liquid smoke. Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition process of biomass with limited oxygen. Product Impulsive Buying on Online Shops
Purpose: This research is aimed at assisting academics and business professionals in creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales turnover through consumers' impulsive buying behavior to consider the factors of internet addiction, browsing and hedonistic lifestyles in planning and implementing online marketing.
Design/methodology/approach: This research employed quantitative analysis utilizing data analysis approaches based on structural equation modeling (SEM) and a Likert scale for the measurement.
Findings: The results of the analysis of the direct effect indicate that the internet addiction and browsing variables have a significant and positive effect on the hedonistic lifestyle. Furthermore, browsing has a significant and positive effect on the impulsive buying, whereas the internet addiction and hedonistic lifestyle variables have no significant effect and are positive with regard to product impulsive purchasing on online shops by the residents of Kupang City.
Practical Implications: Impulsive online buying behavior is a substantial market potential for MSMEs in Kupang City to market or promote their products using highly effective and efficient online shop media.
