    Currently, more and more companies follow the principles of sustainable development and implement ESG practices in corporate strategies. At the same time, a number of Russian companies experience barriers to implementing ESG practices and do not have the necessary competencies to build work on the implementation of sustainable development practices. In this context, it is important to understand the factors contributing to the implementation of ESG practices in Russian industrial companies.The research presented in the article is based on the data of a survey of 167 industrial companies. The results obtained allow us to speak about a variety of factors influencing the implementation of environmental, social and managerial initiatives.  Thus, new technologies, consumer expectations, companies’ work on international markets, and regulatory requirements are the key factors in the implementation of environmental practices by industrial companies. Costs of current operations, the presence of a division and/or manager responsible for achieving sustainability goals, investment attractiveness, profitability of operations and operational efficiency improvements are drivers for the introduction of social practices by industrial companies. The implementation of management practices is most influenced by the factors of having units responsible for achieving sustainability goals, consumer expectations, companies’ performance in international markets, investment attractiveness and costs of current operations.The results of the study lead to conclusions about the need to create specialized units responsible for the implementation of sustainable development goals, to introduce new technologies, to pay attention to employee development and their social security in order to successfully achieve sustainable development goals.В настоящее время все больше компаний следуют принципам устойчивого развития и имплементируют ESG-практики в корпоративные стратегии. Вместе с тем ряд российских компаний испытывает барьеры на пути их внедрения и не обладает необходимыми компетенциями для выстраивания работы по реализации практик устойчивого развития. Важным в данном контексте является понимание факторов, способствующих внедрению ESG-практик в российских промышленных компаниях.Представленное в статье исследование основано на данных опроса 167 промышленных компаний. Полученные результаты позволяют говорить о многообразии факторов, влияющих на внедрение экологических, социальных и управленческих инициатив.  Так, новые технологии, ожидания потребителей, работа компаний на международных рынках, требования регулятора выступают ключевыми факторами для внедрения промышленными компаниями экологических практик. Затраты на текущую деятельность, наличие подразделения и/или менеджера, ответственного за достижение целей в области устойчивого развития, инвестиционная привлекательность, рентабельность деятельности и повышение операционной эффективности являются драйверами внедрения социальных практик промышленными компаниями. На внедрение управленческих практик наибольшее влияние оказывают факторы наличия подразделений, ответственных за достижение целей устойчивого развития, ожидания потребителей, работа компаний на международных рынках, инвестиционная привлекательность и затраты на текущую деятельность.Результаты исследования позволяют сделать выводы о необходимости создавать специализированные подразделения, отвечающие за реализацию целей устойчивого развития, внедрять новые технологии, уделять внимание развитию сотрудников и их социальному обеспечению с целью успешного достижения целей устойчивого развития

    Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals is impossible without the active participation of business, including contributing to the environment, improving the quality of human capital, supporting significant initiatives in the field of ensuring economic growth and creating new jobs; ensuring the well-being and health of citizens; ensuring responsible consumption and production. A significant task for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals is the development of mechanisms to protect the domestic market from illegal trafficking of industrial products, which will lead to the protection of public health and increase jobs. And the increase in tax collection will strengthen the social protection of the population.In Russia in 2021, the turnover of counterfeit products amounted to 7.2 billion rubles and, according to experts, will continue to grow. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze the risks of existing mechanisms of protection against counterfeit products and develop measures to reduce them.The object of research in this article is labeling, which is the application of a special DataMatrix code to the packaging and the entry of this unit of goods into the database.The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations on the use of additional visual control tools on the material carriers of the DataMatrix code, protected from forgery, and to assess the probability of the level of risk reduction and the level of possible losses when using them.The novelty of this study was: identification and analysis of risks of possible threats to the security of the mandatory labeling system for various categories of goods; development of a risk register of possible threats to the security of the system with a grouping of qualitatively assessed and quantifiable risks; development and verification of a model for assessing the probability and possible losses for a group of quantifiable risks; assessment of the probability of risks and possible budget losses from non-payment of taxes and excise duties; assessment of the probability of risks and possible losses for a bona fide manufacturer and end user; formation of management measures aimed at reducing the likelihood of risks and reducing the consequences of the potential implementation of risks; assessment of the residual level of probability and exposure to risks when using additional means of visual control on the material carriers of the DataMatrix code; assessment of the residual level of probability and exposure to risks when using additional visual inspection tools on tangible media protected from counterfeiting in similar systems and Track&Trace marking systems implemented in foreign countries.The results obtained can be applied by federal executive authorities in the formation of state policy in the field of increasing the level of security of Russians, significantly reduce the amount of counterfeit and low-quality analogues, effectively combat smuggling, protect legal businesses and consumers, and also allow the state to increase tax collection.Достижение целей устойчивого развития невозможно без активного участия бизнеса, включая вклад в экологию, повышение качества человеческого капитала, поддержку значимых инициатив в области обеспечения экономического роста и создания новых рабочих мест; обеспечение благополучия и здоровья граждан; обеспечение ответственного потребления и производства. Значимой задачей для достижения целей устойчивого развития является выработка механизмов защиты внутреннего рынка от незаконного оборота промышленной продукции, что приведет к защите здоровья населения и увеличению рабочих мест, а повышение собираемости налогов позволит усилить социальную защиту населения.В России в 2021 году оборот контрафактной продукции составил 7,2 млрд руб. и, по оценкам специалистов, продолжит расти. В этой связи необходим анализ рисков существующих механизмов защиты от контрафактной продукции и выработка мероприятий по их снижению.Объектом исследования в данной статье является маркировка, представляющая собой нанесение специального DataMatrix-кода на упаковку и внесение этой единицы товара в базу данных.Цель статьи – разработка рекомендаций по использованию дополнительных средств визуального контроля на материальных носителях DataMatrix-кода, защищенных от подделки, и оценка вероятности уровня снижения рисков и уровня возможных потерь при их использовании.Новизной исследования стали идентификация и анализ рисков возможных угроз безопасности системы обязательной маркировки по различным категориям товаров; разработка реестра рисков возможных угроз безопасности системы с группировкой качественно и количественно оцениваемых рисков; разработка и верификация модели оценки вероятности и возможных потерь для группы количественно оцениваемых рисков; проведение оценки вероятности рисков и возможных потерь бюджета от неуплаты налогов и акцизных платежей; оценка вероятности рисков и возможных потерь для добросовестного производителя и конечного потребителя; формирование управляющих мероприятий, направленных на снижение вероятности реализации рисков и снижения последствий от потенциальной реализации рисков; оценка остаточного уровня вероятности и подверженности рискам при использовании дополнительных средств визуального контроля на материальных носителях DataMatrix-кода; оценка остаточного уровня вероятности и подверженности рискам при использовании дополнительных средств визуального контроля на материальных носителях, защищенных от подделки в аналогичных системах и системах маркировки Track&Trace, реализованных в зарубежных странах.Полученные результаты могут быть применены федеральными органами исполнительной власти при формировании государственной политики в области повышения уровня безопасности россиян, существенно снизить количество контрафакта и некачественных аналогов, эффективно бороться с контрабандой, защищать легальный бизнес и потребителей, а также позволить государству повысить собираемость налогов

    Association of IgG4 response and autoimmune pancreatitis with intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasms

    Objectives: Concurrent intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) and autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) was observed in a patient (index case) at our institution. Cases of coincidental IPMN and type 1 AIP and concurrent ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and AIP have been previously reported. In this study we evaluate the hypothesis that IPMN elicits an IgG4 response. Methods: Twenty-one pancreases (including the index case) with IPMN resected at our institution were studied. H&E stained slides were reviewed and blocks of peritumoral pancreas were immunostained with IgG4 to look for IgG4-positive plasma cells. Results: We found evidence of variable IgG4 overexpression in 4/21 (19%) of IPMN. These included the index case and three others without stigmata of AIP. Conclusion: A small subset of pancreatic neoplasms including intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasms (IPMN) is associated with an IgG4 autoimmune response that sometimes progresses to peritumoral type 1 AIP and less often to diffuse AIP and IgG4-related systemic disease

    The influence of technologies of the Industry 4.0 on optimization business processes of the industrial companies for achievement of a sustainable development is analyzed. Effects of the changes caused by technologies of the Industry of 4.0 in the Russian and foreign companies are considered. It is shown that achievement of a sustainable development is impossible without the process innovations caused by introduction of new technologies. The algorithm of carrying out audit and an assessment of the new technologies “business processes” most ready to introduction is offered for their introduction.

    Work is devoted to application of neural network technologies for management development of systems. In article the analysis of efficiency of introduction of neural network technologies is carried out to business processes of three Russian companies and the positive effect locates when using neural networks in several parameters.The case analysis is added with the analysis of economic feasibility of introduction of neural networks by means of an assessment of studied indicators, an assessment of satisfaction of clients, control of the personnel, an assessment of efficiency of each employee. Recommendations about application of neural networks in the organization are made.In article it is shown that in spite of the fact that many actions necessary for introduction of system, are costly and long-term, they will positively affect company activity

    SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

    Business process management to date has not explicitly focused on sustainability as a change objective or driver. Although, approaches relating BPM and Sustainability already exist, e.g. Green BPM is the sum of all management activities that help to monitor and reduce the environmental impact of business processes in their design, improvement, implementation, or operation stages, as well as lead to cultural change within the process lifecycle. The intention behind Green BPM is the incorporation of environmental objectives into the management of business processes. To achieve this objective, BPM has to be extended by ecologically oriented complements, as are the consideration of environmental strategy as a part of the process strategy, or the awareness for energy consumption and pollution. Together with an earlier article consolidates several contributions of the BPM foundations in three underlying process change traditions: (1) the Quality Control tradition, (2) the Business Management tradition, and (3) the Information Systems (IS) tradition. These three traditions propose different approaches to business process change and each emphasizes some practices over others. Currently, there is a tendency of combining the various traditions in a comprehensive BPM approach

    Terahertz Radiation of a Low-inductance Discharge in Vacuum with Laser-plasma Initiation

    The results of the study of terahertz radiation, which is generated by the plasma of a low-inductance discharge with micropinchs, are presented in this paper. The discharge was initiated by focused radiation from a pulsed Nd:YAG laser (pulse duration is 10 ns, pulse energy is 0.8 J). The energy that was stored in the capacitor of the discharge system was ∼ 40 J. The principal role of micropinch for the generation of THz radiation was proposed. The oscillogram of the diode current was obtained to visualize the presence of micropinch plasma. The power of the THz source was calculated and an experimental study of the spectrum of this source was carried out
