Difficulties of College Students’ Business Startups Under Economic New Normal and Their Countermeasures

    Get PDF
The economic new normal has become a necessary stage of China’s economic development. In order to promote effective business startups of college students under economic new normal, research on influences of economic new normal on college students’ business startups and main difficulties faced by college students during business startups under economic new normal was carried out. Findings of research: The economic new normal generated more needs of business startups, needed more entrepreneurship participation of college students and required impressive promotion of the entrepreneurship efficiency. However, the present entrepreneurship environment cannot satisfy urgent needs of college students’ business startups. What’s more, factors such as lack of entrepreneurship capital, insufficient education on college entrepreneurship, low entrepreneurship quality of college students and social prejudice seriously impeded the development of college students’ business startups. Hence, support of college students’ business startups should be strengthened in aspects of entrepreneurship environment optimization, fund-raising channel innovation for entrepreneurship, innovation of the college entrepreneurship education system and social support etc.

Rotor Speed and Stator Resistance Identification Scheme for Sensorless Induction Motor Drives

    Get PDF
This paper proposes a rotor speed identification method for sensorless induction motor drives based on a model reference adaptive system (MRAS). In this scheme, the error between estimated stator current and real stator current is regarded as the system error to estimate the rotor speed. Adaptive full-order flux observers for estimating the rotor speed are developed using Lyapunov’s stability theory. The stator resistance identification algorithm is developed with rotor speed estimating method in a systematic manner. Because of the stator resistance varies with inner temperature of the motor, the influence of motor speed estimation due to stator resistance identification error is analyzed. The error compensation method for stator resistance estimation is also proposed. Simulation and experimental results show the good performance for the proposed scheme in speed and robustness for sensorless induction motor drives. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i1.186

Viability Discrimination of a Class of Control Systems on a Nonsmooth Region

The viability problem is an important field of study in control theory; the corresponding research has profound significance in both theory and practice. In this paper, we consider the viability for both an affine nonlinear hybrid system and a hybrid differential inclusion on a region with subdifferentiable boundary. Based on the nonsmooth analysis theory, we obtain a method to verify the viability condition at a point, when the boundary function of the region is subdifferentiable and its subdifferential is convex hull of many finite points

Stability in Terms of Two Measures for Nonlinear Impulsive Systems on Time Scales

    Get PDF
We investigate some stability problems in terms of two measures for nonlinear dynamic systems on time scales with fixed moments of impulsive effects. Sufficient conditions for (uniform) stability, (uniform) asymptotic stability, and instability in terms of two measures are derived by using the method of Lyapunov functions. Our results include the existing results as special cases when the time scale reduces to the set of real numbers. Particularly, our results provide stability criteria for impulsive discrete systems in terms of two measures, which have not been investigated extensively. Two examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed results
