Estrategias de afrontamiento del burnout en centros de secundaria

Presentam un estudi sobre la síndrome d’esgotament professional (burnout) i els diferents models teòrics d’aquesta síndrome. Intentam explicar les causes d’aquesta problemàtica psicosocial analitzant les variables que hi incideixen. La finalitat és desenvolupar diferents estratègies d’afrontament de la síndrome mitjançant un model d’actuació que tingui com a fonaments l’escola saludable, és a dir, una escola crítica amb si mateixa, flexible, no burocràtica, igualitària, que cerca l’harmonia entre els docents, ja que aquests són la base per desenvolupar persones lliures.This article presents a study of burnout, together with different theoretical models relating to this syndrome. We attempt to shed light on the causes of this psychosocial problem by analysing variables with a bearing on it. Our goal is to develop different strategies aimed at tackling this syndrome through an approach based on healthy schools; that is, self-critical, flexible, non-bureaucratic, egalitarian schools. They are schools that seek to forge harmonious relations among teachers in their capacity as the foundation for the development of free human beings

Evolución del concepto y de la significación social del patrimonio cultural.

En este artículo se hace un recorrido por las distintas formas de percibir y entender el patrimonio cultural que se han producido a lo largo de la historia. El enfoque pretende ser amplio e interdisciplinar, con el fin de facilitar la comprensión del concepto de patrimonio como algo relativo, que se ha ido construyendo a lo largo de los siglos mediante un complejo proceso de atribución de valores, sometido a continuos cambios de gusto y al propio dinamismo de las sociedades. Como conclusión se analizan las ideas más actuales acerca del patrimonio cultural, a la luz de las distintas disciplinas e instituciones que se han ocupado de su estudio

La restauración del Palacio Arzobispal de Alcalá de Henares en el siglo XIX

En este artículo se propone un análisis sistemático de las obras de restauración monumental que se desarrollaron en el Palacio Arzobispal de Alcalá de Henares durante el siglo XIX, con el fin de convertirlo en sede del Archivo General Central. Primeramente se hace una descripción de los principales elementos y del proceso constructivo de este singular edificio, poniendo especial atención en el Salón de Concilios. A continuación se valora el estado de conservación en que se hallaba su arquitectura a mediados del siglo XIX. Finalmente se analiza cada una de las etapas del proceso de rehabilitación, deteniéndose en las intervenciones más significativas.In this article it is proposed a systematic analysis concerning monumental restoration works developed in Alcalá de Henares Archbishop's Palace during the 19th century, with the aim of conversing it into the National Central Archives. Firstly, I make a description of the main parts of the palace and the building process, attracting your attention to the great Council Chamber. Then, I evaluate the architectural conservation status in the middle of the 19th century. Finally, I analyse each phase of the restoration process, dwelling upon the most important operations

Burnout y prevención de riesgos laborales, seguridad y salud

Presentam un estudi pel que fa a la normativa internacional, comunitària i espanyola sobre la base dels plans de prevenció dels riscs laborals, seguretat i salut, en el context educatiu de l’ensenyament públic obligatori de les Illes Balears, amb la finalitat d’estudiar els fonaments pels quals es dóna la síndrome d’esgotament professional o burnout i les mesures de prevenció que s’han d’assumir per poder desenvolupar un model d’escola al més saludable possible. Per tant, analitzarem les directrius que reben els centres educatius de secundària de la Conselleria d’Educació de les Illes Balears i determinarem si s’adapten o no a la normativa vigent.We present a study of international, European and Spanish regulations based on occupational health and safety plans, within the context of compulsory public education in the Balearic Islands, with the aim of studying the foundations upon which burnout is produced and the prevention measures that must be taken in order to develop the healthiest model of school possible. Therefore, we analyse the guidelines given to secondary schools by the Education Department of the Balearic Islands and determine whether or not they comply with current regulations

Bioenergy and Food Security Modeling Income Effects in a Partial Equilibrium Model

Bioenergy has been politically promoted as a means to mitigate air pollution, climate change, and scarcity of fossil energy sources. This study addresses the question whether increased agricultural incomes from bioenergy production will improve food security despite increasing food prices. We use a small partial equilibrium to analyze bioenergy policies. Through an iterative procedure, income changes are used to shift food demand curves until equilibrium. Low-Cost Compressive Sensing for Color Video and Depth

A simple and inexpensive (low-power and low-bandwidth) modification is made to a conventional off-the-shelf color video camera, from which we recover {multiple} color frames for each of the original measured frames, and each of the recovered frames can be focused at a different depth. The recovery of multiple frames for each measured frame is made possible via high-speed coding, manifested via translation of a single coded aperture; the inexpensive translation is constituted by mounting the binary code on a piezoelectric device. To simultaneously recover depth information, a {liquid} lens is modulated at high speed, via a variable voltage. Consequently, during the aforementioned coding process, the liquid lens allows the camera to sweep the focus through multiple depths. In addition to designing and implementing the camera, fast recovery is achieved by an anytime algorithm exploiting the group-sparsity of wavelet/DCT coefficients.Comment: 8 pages, CVPR 201
