    International audienceThis study concerns the emotional values associated with the suffix -ito within the context of colloquial Chilean Spanish writing which is conversational in nature. We propose an extension to the classification of the emotional values and suggest that the "value of moderation" is positioned as the main focus of the emotional expression of the Chilean linguistic community.Cet article porte sur les valeurs affectives associées au suffixe -ito dans le cadre de l'espagnol familier d'écriture oralisée au Chili.     Low X-ray Luminosity Galaxy Clusters. III: Weak Lensing Mass Determination at 0.18 << z << 0.70

    This is the third of a series of papers of low X-ray luminosity galaxy clusters. In this work we present the weak lensing analysis of eight clusters, based on observations obtained with the Gemini Multi-Object Spectrograph in the gg', rr' and ii' passbands. For this purpose, we have developed a pipeline for the lensing analysis of ground-based images and we have performed tests applied to simulated data. We have determined the masses of seven galaxy clusters, six of them measured for the first time. For the four clusters with availably spectroscopic data, we find a general agreement between the velocity dispersions obtained via weak lensing assuming a Singular Isothermal Sphere profile, and those obtained from the redshift distribution of member galaxies. The correlation between our weak lensing mass determinations and the X-ray luminosities are suitably fitted by other observations of the MLXM-L_{X} relation and models

    Low X-Ray Luminosity Galaxy Clusters. II. Optical properties and morphological content at 0.18 < z < 0.70

    This is the second of a series of papers on low X-ray luminosity galaxy clusters, in which we present the rr^\prime, gg^\prime and ii^\prime photometry obtained with GMOS-IMAGE at Gemini North and South telescopes for seven systems in the redshift range of 0.18 to 0.70. Optical magnitudes, colours and morphological parameters, namely, concentration index, ellipticity and visual morphological classification, are also given. At lower redshifts, the presence of a well-defined red cluster sequence extending by more than 4 magnitudes showed that these intermediate-mass clusters had reached a relaxed stage. This was confirmed by the small fraction of blue galaxy members observed in the central regions of \sim 0.75 Mpc. In contrast, galaxy clusters at higher redshifts had a less important red cluster sequence. We also found that the galaxy radial density profiles in these clusters were well fitted by a single power law. At 0.18 << z << 0.70, we observed an increasing fraction of blue galaxies and a decreasing fraction of lenticulars, with the early-type fraction remaining almost constant. Overall, the results of these intermediate-mass clusters are in agreement with those for high mass clusters.Comment: 16 pages, 13 figures, 5 tables. Accepted for publication in MNRA

    Effect of Terminal Groups of Dendrimers in the Complexation with Antisense Oligonucleotides and Cell Uptake

    Indexación: Web of Science.Poly(amidoamine) dendrimers are the most recognized class of dendrimer. Amino-terminated (PAMAM-NH2) and hydroxyl-terminated (PAMAM-OH) dendrimers of generation 4 are widely used, since they are commercially available. Both have different properties, mainly based on their different overall charges at physiological pH. Currently, an important function of dendrimers as carriers of short single-stranded DNA has been applied. These molecules, known as antisense oligonucleotides (asODNs), are able to inhibit the expression of a target mRNA. Whereas PAMAM-NH2 dendrimers have shown to be able to transfect plasmid DNA, PAMAM-OH dendrimers have not shown the same successful results. However, little is known about their interaction with shorter and more flexible molecules such as asODNs. Due to several initiatives, the use of these neutral dendrimers as a scaffold to introduce other functional groups has been proposed. Because of its low cytotoxicity, it is relevant to understand the molecular phenomena involving these types of dendrimers. In this work, we studied the behavior of an antisense oligonucleotide in presence of both types of dendrimers using molecular dynamics simulations, in order to elucidate if they are able to form stable complexes. In this manner, we demonstrated at atomic level that PAMAM-NH2, unlike PAMAM-OH, could form a well-compacted complex with asODN, albeit PAMAM-OH can also establish stable interactions with the oligonucleotide. The biological activity of asODN in complex with PAMAM-NH2 dendrimer was also shown. Finally, we revealed that in contact with PAMAM-OH, asODN remains outside the cells as TIRF microscopy results showed, due to its poor interaction with this dendrimer and cell membranes.http://nanoscalereslett.springeropen.com/articles/10.1186/s11671-016-1260-

    A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DAS CORE COMPETENCES DA FACIERC COM BASE NA PERCEPÇÃO DE SEUS GESTORES

    Este trabalho preleciona contextualizar os principais conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes inerentes à gestão institucional da FACIERC com base na percepção de seus gestores, contribuindo para o delineamento de práticas voltadas a Gestão da Instituição, construindo uma identidade que atenda suas necessidades estratégicas e de posicionamento de mercado. A digressão teórica elenca aspectos relacionados ao ensino superior e seus dados qualitativos e quantitativos, além dos conceitos que se voltam as competências e seu delineamento no processo de gestão. Para tanto, será desenvolvida uma pesquisa acadêmica, aplicada, exploratório - descritiva, quantitativa, qualitativa e quanto aos procedimentos técnicos pode ser classificada como uma pesquisa de levantamento, com amostra intencional de quinze gestores da FACIERC. Para a coleta de dados serão consideradas as bases voltadas à entrevista semi-estruturada. Os resultados permitem concluir, entre outros aspectos, que a identificação das competências essenciais dos gestores da FACIERC determina as Core Competences da Instituição que orientam suas ações de mercado e tem influência na construção de métodos e técnicas para o desenvolvimento das competências dos colaboradores da Instituição

    El femicidio : análisis de un delito de lesa humanidad.

    El femicidio/ feminicidio es un neologismo acuñado para referirse a la acción criminal de producir la muerte de una mujer por el simple hecho de serlo. Diana Russell (en 1990) propone esta denominación, considerando que este tipo penal debe ser considerado de manera diferente al homicidio, por cuanto este tipo penal y término, solo hace referencia al asesinato de un hombre, dejando por fuera el asesinato de una mujer como producto de la violencia de género y la desigualdad social imperante. Así, el presente trabajo pretende evidenciar en primer lugar, la problemática de la violencia que genera y como ésta puede desembocar en la muerte de una mujer. Se analiza también, la creciente escalada de este delito, las medidas que han tomado organismos internacionales y nacionales para propender a mejorar y normar en materia penal el cometimiento de esta infracción. Se analiza además el significado y concepto de los dos términos ya mencionados, relacionándolos con la tipificación del femicidio en la nueva ley penal del país (Código Orgánico Integral Penal, COIP), vigente desde el 2014

    El presente trabajo, es producto del proceso de formación desde el Diplomado y ahora la Segunda Especialidad en gestión Escolar y Liderazgo Pedagógico con la Universidad Champagnat y el Ministerio de Educación, Esta investigación esta titulada como propuesta de un plan de formación continua a docentes en dirección participativa y toma de decisiones en una institución educativa de Iquitos, región Loreto, presenta como objetivo general: Diseñar una propuesta de un plan de formación continua a docentes en dirección participativa y toma de decisiones en una institución educativa de Iquitos, región Loreto; esta investigación ha sido diseñada para mejorar el trabajo docente de manera colaborativa donde a través de la investigación aplicada permite un trabajo holístico fundamentado en la mejora y desarrollo de capacidades de los docentes empleando instrumentos valorativos como encuestas, fichas de monitoreo donde se evidencien la problemática. Acciones que se presentan consisten en la recuperación del proceso aplicado en la institución en la que laboro cuya característica principal es que una escuela debe estar preparada para los diferentes cambios que pueden mejorar el sector y por ende mejoren los aprendizajes en los estudiantes.The present work is the product of the training process from the Diploma and now the Second Specialty in School Management and Pedagogical Leadership with the Champagnat University and the Ministry of Education.
