VALUATION BUSINESS IN PEER TO PEER LENDING WITH DISCOUNTED CASH FLOW (DCF) METHOD
Start-up companies are businesses that are now very popular in Indonesia. To support the business moving fast, these businesses need investors by offering the company's fair value. With similar but not the same calculation, in which start-up companies have different financial indicators and financial assumptions with conventional companies, in this case, the valuation is included innovation value and disruption probability. This research is a descriptive study which is based on case studies in the research object. The object of research is PT ABC, a company engaged in the field of Financial Technology. Data collection is done by collecting secondary data from the company and observation during the internship. The analysis is done by conducting a sensitivity analysis with the DCF method using Microsoft Excel. Valuation is also very closely related to Financial Projection to predict the state of the industry pear to pear landing in the future. The data shows that the enterprise value is Rp. 46,084,735,403,742. Then, EV/Revenue is 1,748 times, and the percentage of raise is 100%. According to DCF Valuation, the author suggests investors invest in the company. Because the valuation is very good.</jats:p
Role of Infliximab in Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-Induced Pneumonitis
ABSTRACTIntroductionSince immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) blockade has become standard therapy for many cancers, immune-related adverse events (irAEs) have increased. ICI-pneumonitis is infrequent but potentially fatal. In cases not responsive to corticosteroids, additional immunosuppression is recommended. Data for use of infliximab in ≥ grade 3 pneumonitis is sparse.Materials and MethodsA retrospective review of patients who received infliximab for ICI-pneumonitis from March 2016 to October 2018 was performed. Clinical characteristics were reviewed.ResultsNine patients (44% women) with ≥ grade 3 pneumonitis were included. Concurrent/prior irAEs were present in 55%. Bronchoscopy was performed in 67%. Median corticosteroid dose was 1.2 mg/kg prior to infliximab, and time from administration of corticosteroids to infliximab ranged from 2 to 34 days. Four patients improved, but the remainder died.ConclusionWe report improvement of ICI-pneumonitis with infliximab in 4 out of 9 patients in a small, retrospective cohort. Further prospective randomized controlled trials are needed.</jats:sec

Aburrimiento académico: Concepto y medida
Academic boredom is a psychosocial phenomenon that affects people in the academic context, and instruments to measure it in the Spanish-speaking context are relevant. This study aimed to develop a scale to measure academic boredom. The sample consisted of 1,151 university students in Puerto Rico between the ages of 21 and 57 years (60% female and 40% male). The Academic Boredom Scale was developed and adapted from a Work Boredom Scale. The results showed that the scale has excellent psychometric properties. It is concluded that having a reduced scale that adequately measures the experience of academic boredom will allow the expansion of the development of research on this phenomenon in Spanish-speaking educational contexts that could contribute to the improvement of the academic experience of students.El aburrimiento académico es un fenómeno psicosocial que afecta a las personas en el contexto académico y es pertinente la existencia de instrumentos para medirlo en el contexto hispanoparlante. El propósito de este estudio fue desarrollar una escala para medir el aburrimiento académico. La muestra constó de 1,151 estudiantes universitarios en Puerto Rico entre las edades de 21 a 57 años (60% femenino y 40% masculino). Se desarrolló la Escala de Aburrimiento Académico adaptada de una Escala de Aburrimiento Laboral. Los resultados demostraron que la escala cuenta con excelentes propiedades psicométricas. Se concluye que el tener una escala reducida que mida adecuadamente la experiencia del aburrimiento académica permitirá expandir el desarrollo de investigaciones sobre este fenómeno en contextos académicos hispanoparlantes que podrían contribuir en el mejoramiento de la experiencia académica en los estudiantes

Nutrition competencies for undergraduate medical education: results of an international interdisciplinary consensus
Background
The gap between the nutrition education provided to medical students and the nutrition competencies and attitudes needed for physicians to provide adequate nutrition care is a global concern. There is no universally accepted benchmark on nutrition competencies for doctors. The objective of this study was to establish, by expert consensus, the objectives of undergraduate nutrition medial education, the nutrition core competencies, and strategies for curriculum development in medical nutrition education.
Methods
We administered a Delphi survey to systematically gather the opinion of a panel of Latin American experts in nutrition. The survey questionnaire was constructed considering scientific literature by using a 5-point Likert scale. Consensus was defined as >70% agreement on the importance of an item (Likert scale 4 and 5).
Results
A four-round Delphi survey was conducted for this research. In the second, third, and fourth rounds, we validated a total of 130 competencies by consensus, which were distributed into four different thematic areas: (1) basic nutrition concepts, (2) public nutrition and nutrition prevention throughout the life cycle, (3) nutrition status and disease, and (4) nutrition care process.
Conclusion
The curricula for general physician education in medical school must include health promotion, prevention, and treatment of diseases related to nutrition. This goal can be reached by integrating ≤130 competencies into four different fundamental areas
