    The purpose of this research is to increase children creativity at group B TK Tunas Ceria Kendon Bolon District, Colomadu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency 2014/2015 academic year with painting. The research is a classroom action research. The subjects of are a student 5-6 years old in TK Tunas Ceria Kendon, Bolon District, Colomadu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency learn year 2014/2015 that’t amounts 15 children, a consist of 11 male dan 4 female. The research is done in two cycles. The data children creativity to collect by observation method, field notes and interview. That’s analysis technical use include technic analysis comparative, critical analysis and one way anova. Before the action cycle result has been obtain of kids that’s got up development agree expectation 40%. First cycle 66,66%, and second cycle 86,66%. On the others hands, F result has been obtain Fhitung is better than Ftabel or 11,476≥ 3,22, so Ho is get the mitten and Ha can be accepted there is are significant different between result children creativity on the first cycle and second cycle.     Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Penyakit Ginjal Kronik pada Penderita Hipertensi di Indonesia

    Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK) berkontribusi pada beban penyakit dunia karena prevalensinya terus meningkat dan menempati beban biaya kesehatan paling tinggi kedua di Indonesia setelah penyakit jantung. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor dominan yang menyebabkan penyakit ginjal kronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui prevalensi dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian PGK pada penderita hipertensi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data bersumber dari data sekunder hasil Riskesdas tahun 2013. Data dianalisis menggunakan chi square dan regresi logistik. Didapatkan prevalensi PGK pada penderita hipertensi di Indonesia sebesar 0,5%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel usia kategori 45-54 tahun (OR=4,7; p<0,05; 95% CI=1,103-20,125), usia kategori 55-64 tahun (OR=4,7; p<0,05; 95%CI=1,094-20,434), jenis kelamin (OR=1,78; p<0,05; 95% CI=1,072-2,967), riwayat DM (OR=4; p<0,05; 95% CI=1,926-8,444), dan riwayat batu ginjal (OR=132,2; p<0,05; 95% CI=79,5- 219,9) dengan kejadian PGK pada penderita hipertensi di Indonesia. Riwayat DM, riwayat batu ginjal dan kadar kolesterol total merupakan variabel dominan kejadian PGK pada penderita hipertensi di Indonesia

    This research aims to find out and describe: 1) Islamic education teachers’ professional competence. 2) Headmaster’s efforts in developing Islamic education teachers’ professional competence. 3) Problems faced by headmaster in developing Islamic education teachers’ professional competence. 4) Solutions for headmaster’s problem related to development of Islamic education teachers’ professional competence in MIM GonilanKartasura. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data legitimacy can be shown by triangulation technique of source and method. Analysis technique consists of data reduction, serving, and conclusion. Based on data analysis result, it could be concluded that (1) Islamic education teachers’ professional competence was shown from: material, structure, concept and scientific thinking pattern mastering that support teaching-learning activity, mastering Competence Standard (SK) and Basic Competence (BC) of development field subject, developing learning material creatively, developing 2 sustainable professionalism by doing reflection, using technology for better communication support and self-development. (2) Headmaster’s efforts in developing Islamic education teachers’ professional competence were drawn by the increase of teachers’ professional competence, clinical supervision, working motivation increase, and working coaching. (3) Problems faced by headmaster in developing Islamic education teachers’ professional competence were: insufficient infrastructure, headmaster’s attention, the lack of headmaster’s ability to communicate effectively to other teachers, and the absence of activities outside the school time for developing Islamic education teachers’ professional competence. (4) Solutions for headmaster’s problem related to development of teachers’ professional competence were: doing effort by making financial proposal, scheduling supervision, learning to communicate effectively to teachers for headmaster, and urging cooperation with universities for social service

    The Correlation Between Students’ Learning Strategies And Text Types In Students’ Reading Comprehension

    The objectives of this research are to find out whether there is any correlation between students’ learning strategies and text types in students’ reading comprehension; and to investigate which learning strategy is mostly applied by students in reading. The design of this research is a co-relational study of ex post design. The sample of the research was class VIII B consisting of 30 students. The result shows that there is a correlation between students’ learning strategies and text types in students’ reading comprehension with rxy are 0.416 (on descriptive text) and 0.403 (on recount text) with N 30 at ï¡ = 0.05 while rtable is 0.3494. Thus, rxy > rtable; meaning that there is correlation of the two variables which are categorized as moderate correlation. Another result shows that metacognitive strategies are mostly applied by students in reading. It has been found that the mean of cognitive learning strategies is 32.1; metacognitive strategies is 32.33; and socio-affective strategies is 28.5. The researcher suggests that the English teacher should apply metacognitive strategies in teaching reading comprehension as one of alternative strategies especially because it has been found that the strategy can make them successful in learning reading

    Kurikulum sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pendidikan. Agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat dilaksanakan dan tercapai, guru harus mengikuti kurikulum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru tentang penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah. SMP Taruna Dra Zulaeha Leces Probolinggo menjadi lokasi penelitian. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif interaktif untuk pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian, serta untuk menarik kesimpulan, yang semuanya dilakukan secara bersamaan dan berkesinambungan untuk menjamin validitas penelitian. Catatan lapangan dan wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan guru PAI digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menghasilkan hasil yang valid. 1) Beberapa guru menanggapi Kurikulum Merdeka dengan baik, sementara yang lain tidak. Ini terungkap dari hasil temuan penelitian. 2) Menurut guru, Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kurikulum dinamis yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru, siswa, dan sekolah. Untuk mempertahankan dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan di Indonesia, guru percaya bahwa kurikulum merdeka memiliki prinsip-prinsip yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan siswa. 4) Menurut guru, kurikulum merdeka menawarkan kebebasan bagi semua bagian sistem pendidikan, mulai dari sekolah guru hingga siswa, tetapi kelemahannya hanya memerlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan. 5) Guru yang mulai menggunakan kreativitas dan inovasi di kelas menjadi bukti bahwa guru PAI sudah mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kurikulum merdeka

    Scaling of the B and D meson spectrum in lattice QCD

    We give results for the BB and the DD meson spectrum using NRQCD on the lattice in the quenched approximation. The masses of radially and orbitally excited states are calculated as well as SS-wave hyperfine and PP-wave fine structure. Radially excited PP-states are observed for the first time. Radial and orbital excitation energies match well to experiment, as does the strange-non-strange SS-wave splitting. We compare the light and heavy quark mass dependence of various splittings to experiment. Our BB-results cover a range in lattice spacings of more than a factor of two. Our DD-results are from a single lattice spacing and we compare them to numbers in the literature from finer lattices using other methods.     Expression of Yap Signaling Hippo Pathway in Cervical Pre-cancerous Lesions and Cervical Cancer

    Abstract Objective: To determine the expression of YAP in cervical pre-cancerous and cervical cancer lesions.Methods: Researchers systematically searched five databases using the checklist for Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) guideline and Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS).. Inclusion criteria were the original study of YAP expression in cervical pre-cancerous lesions and cervical cancer, observational and experimental study, and using immunohistochemical techniques. The study protocol was registered in the PROSPERO database of systematic review (IDCRD42023407469). Results: The data search in this study followed the PRISMA Guideline, which includes phases of identification, screening, and inclusion of studies. Initially, 245 articles were identified across five databases: Pubmed (105), ScienceDirect (8), Scopus (29), Web of Science (26), and ProQuest (77). After removing duplicates, 157 studies remained. During the initial screening, 142 studies were excluded, leaving 15 studies for further evaluation. These were assessed based on the use of immunohistochemistry staining for YAP expression and staining result. Subsequently, ten studies were excluded for either not using immunohistochsmistry or lacking staining result, resulting in five studdies selected for qualitative analysis. These five studies were evaluated using the New Ottawa Scale, as detailed in Table 1, and their YAP Expression characteristics are summarized in Table 2. Conclusion: This systematic review showed that YAP expression at all levels ranging from normal tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, squamous cell carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma had increased expression in the cytoplasm or cell nucleus following the development of cervical cancer and tumorigenesis influenced by intra-tumor heterogeneity for YAP expression. YAP is expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus, with different functions. YAP expression in these two sites Excessive YAP expression will trigger epithelial changes into mesenchyme which also plays a role in cancer development.     Transformasi Berjilbab di Kalangan Mahasiswi Analisis Strukturasi atas Pengguna Baru Jilbab Besar di Universitas Gadjah Mada

    Artikel ini mendiskusikan motif, faktor, dan konteks di mana mahasiswi Universitas Gadjah Mada mengalami transformasi dari tidak berjilbab atau berjilbab biasa menjadi berjilbab besar. Melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan 8 responden serta penggunaan Teori Strukturasi dari Giddens, artikel ini mengeksplorasi baik aspek agensi maupun aspek struktur yang membentuk proses transformasi tersebut. Aspek agensi terdiri dari dinamika internal para responden yang melihat agama sebagai jalan keluar atas masalah duniawi mereka dan rasa ingin memperbaiki diri ketika masa krisis. Sementara aspek struktur terdiri dari pengaruh teman sebaya (peer group), imitasi terhadap tren di sekitar dan pengaruh budaya populer yang mengepung mereka baik melalui materi nyata maupun virtual di media. Kombinasi antara elemen-elemen agensi dan struktur tersebut membentuk transformasi mereka, dari tidak berjilbab atau berjilbab biasa menjadi berjilbab besar
