#yayıncısurumuyok# ; Tam metin hakemden geçmiş kopyadır.In this paper, a new configuration suitable for realization of differential input-differential output first order, second order all-pass and notch filters with high CMRR is given. The proposed configuration uses two negative type second-generation current conveyors (CCII-), and three admittances. Two first order and one second order all-pass filters and a notch filter (tunable if current controlled conveyor CCCII is used) are extracted from the proposed configuration. Tracking error, element mismatch, sensitivity analysis, simulation and experimental results are included

An improved CMOS-based inductor simulator with simplified structure for low-frequency applications

    Get PDF
In this paper, an improved inductor simulator structure is presented, which can be configured as either grounded or floating inductor simulator with low component count. To achieve simplified structure, inductor simulator circuits are designed using a minimal number of transistors and small capacitance, rather than the complex components/modules such as current convey and operational trans-conductance amplifier which are traditionally used. The simulation results based on 0.5μm CMOS process parameters show that the proposed structure is able to produce a broad range of inductance values and compared to other similar structures, it provides wider operational frequency bandwidth for the same or comparable inductance value. Furthermore, the structure can be implemented with much smaller chip area using a small capacitance in the circuit, but at the price that it has a higher minimum operational frequency compared to other structures

Thirteen New M Dwarf + T Dwarf Pairs Identified with WISE/NEOWISE

We present the discovery of 13 new widely separated T dwarf companions to M dwarf primaries, identified using WISE/NEOWISE data by the CatWISE and Backyard Worlds: Planet 9 projects. This sample represents a \sim60% increase in the number of known M+T systems, and allows us to probe the most extreme products of binary/planetary system formation, a discovery space made available by the CatWISE2020 catalog and the Backyard Worlds: Planet 9 effort. Highlights among the sample are WISEP J075108.79-763449.6, a previously known T9 thought to be old due to its SED, which we now find is part of a common-proper-motion pair with L 34-26 A, a well studied young M3 V star within 10 pc of the Sun; CWISE J054129.32-745021.5 B and 2MASS J05581644-4501559 B, two T8 dwarfs possibly associated with the very fast-rotating M4 V stars CWISE J054129.32-745021.5 A and 2MASS J05581644-4501559 A; and UCAC3 52-1038 B, which is among the widest late T companions to main sequence stars, with a projected separation of \sim7100 au. The new benchmarks presented here are prime JWSTJWST targets, and can help us place strong constraints on formation and evolution theory of substellar objects as well as on atmospheric models for these cold exoplanet analogs.Comment: Accepted for publication in ApJ. 35 pages, 6 tables, 21 figure

Distinct functions of HTLV-1 Tax1 from HTLV-2 Tax2 contribute key roles to viral pathogenesis

    Get PDF
While the human T-cell leukemia virus type 1 (HTLV-1) is the etiologic agent of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL), to date, its close relative HTLV-2 is not associated with ATL or other types of malignancies. Accumulating evidence shows that HTLV-1 Tax1 and HTLV-2 Tax2 have many shared activities, but the two proteins have a limited number of significantly distinct activities, and these distinctions appear to play key roles in HTLV-1 specific pathogenesis. In this review, we summarize the functions of Tax1 associated with cell survival, cell proliferation, persistent infection as well as pathogenesis. We emphasize special attention to distinctions between Tax1 and Tax2

New Voltage and Current Mode First-order All-pass Filters Using Single FTFN

    No full text
In this study, a voltage-mode and a current-mode first-order ail-pass filter are presented, The voltage-mode allpass filter contains a single FTFN, a capacitor and two grounded resistors. The ail-pass filter uses less passive elements than the other all-pass filters in the literature. The current-mode filter also uses a single FTFN, a capacitor and three resistors. The output of the current-mode ail-pass filter exhibits high output impedance so that this property makes the circuit very attractive from the viewpoint of cascadability. The tracking error performance for the proposed filters is also examined. The theoretical results are verified by PSPICE simulations
