PENGARUH LEVERAGE, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, DAN KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Leverage (DER), Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Kepemilikan Manajerial (KM), dan Kepemilikan Institusional (KI) Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan Property dan Real Etate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2015-2019 Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Sehingga diperoleh 10 sampel perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan. Dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun maka sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 data pengamatan. Terdapat data outlier yang dikeluarkan dari sampel sebanyak 7 data pengamatan. Oleh karenanya jumlah data pengamatan menjadi 43 data pengamatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (2) Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (3) Kpemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan (4) Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaa

Pendidikan Kesehatan Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Penyuluhan Mengenai Covid-19 di SMA Way Kanan

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan dunia yang saat ini menjadi sorotan dan sangat penting untuk mendapatkan perhatian dari ilmuwan kesehatan dan masyarakat umum adalah penyakit akibat virus corona. Corona Virus Disease – 19 atau yang lebih populer dengan istilah COVID-19 telah ditetapkan oleh WHO (World Health Organization) atau Badan Kesehatan Dunia sebagai Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat yang Meresahkan Dunia (KMMD) pada tanggal 30 Januari 2020 dan akhirnya ditetapkan sebagai Pandemi pada tanggal 11 Maret 2022. Untuk melakukan edukasi terhadap masyarakat khususnya pada remaja untuk menerpakan protokol kesehatan dan mengerti masalah bahaya covid 19,Metode edukasi  ini adalah mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk wawancara, dan sosialisasi terhadap siswa SMA. Lokasi penelitian di Way Kanan. Hasil review masalah yang ada pada siswa dan siswi SMA di Way Kanan setelah di lakukan edukasi siswa/i lebih paham dan mengerti mengenai bahay covid 19, dan akan lebih menjaga diri dengan memamtuhi protokol kesehatan yang sudah di anjurkan dari pemerintah setalah di berikan edukasi mengenai covid 19 terhadap pelajar SMA pelajar lebih mengerti mengenai covid 19, menerapkan prokes dengan baik. ANALISIS METODE PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMK

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali model pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah kejuruan, memahami bagaimana melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di sekolah kejuruan, dan memahami komponen apa saja yang perlu disiapkan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di SMK. sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data penunjang dari jurnal, artikel dan penelitian sebelumnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMK. Peningkatan persentase hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMK.  Dengan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, persentase rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat, dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah 73,65 meningkat menjadi 81,19. Nilai rata-rata pembelajaran berbasis item sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran berbasis item memiliki persentase pertumbuhan yang signifikan sebesar 9,97%. Kata kunci: Project Based Learning, Implementasi, Hasil Belajar  Abstract The research aims to analyse the Project Based Learning model to improve student learning outcomes in , it has been known to implement Project Based Learning of vocational school (SMK), the researcher has known the components of needs to be prepared in implementing Project Based Learning of vocational school (SMK). The research method used a descriptive analysis method. The type and sources of data used in this study were secondary data from journals, articles, well being previous research. The data collection technique in this study used to literature study techniques. This research result used of the Project Based Learning methods can be improved student learning outcomes in vocational school (SMK). The percentage of increasing student learning outcomes showed that the Project Based Learning model increased student learning outcomes in vocational school (SMK). The average percentage to increase of learning students outcomes by using learning Project Based Learning, the average student learning outcomes before using Project Based Learning 73.65 increased to 81.19. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis, Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berasal dari jurnal, artikel, penelitian terdahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan  menggunakan  teknik  studi  literatur. Hasil penelitan adalah Penggunaan metode pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMK. Persentasi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMK. Persentasi rata-rata peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Project Based Learning rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan Project Based Learning 73,65  meningkat menjadi 81,19. Nutrients, Bioactive Compounds and Bioactivity: The Health Benefits of Sweet Cherries (Prunus avium L.)

Background: Sweet cherries are one of the most appreciated fruits worldwide as well as one of the great sources of several active substances, as phytochemical compounds (carotenoids, serotonin, melatonin and phenolic compounds) as well as in nutritive compounds (sugars and organic acids). Accumulating research demonstrate that their supplementation in our daily diet can contradict oxidative stress, mitigating or even attenuating chronic diseases, as cancerous processes, antiinflammatory- related disorders, diabetes, and neurological and cardiovascular pathologies. Therefore, the aims of this review are to present an overview on the effects of sweet cherries as health promotors, giving emphasis to the health benefits of their bioactive compounds, particularly their antimicrobial, antioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, anti-neurodegeneration, anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular effects. Methods: Research and online content about sweet cherry fruits is reviewed. The information available has been read several times to avoid inconsistencies. In addition, according what we read, original figures were done and added to facilitate understanding and to enrich the paper. Results: In this review, a total of 202 original reports were used. In respect to health benefits, it is possible to confirm by several studies that, in fact, the consumption of sweet cherries has positive impacts in human health, owing to their wealthy and vast constitution, particularly in phenolic compounds, vitamins and carotenoids whose health properties were already documented. Conclusion: The findings of this review support the evidence that sweet cherries can be applied in pharmaceutical and food formulations, since they are able to diminish free radical species and proinflammatory markers, preventing and/ or ameliorating oxidative-stress disorders
