Upaya Meningkatkan Moral pada Anak melalui Pembiasaan Berbagi di RA Nurul Huda Karang Rejo Kecamatan Stabat
Seorang anak harus diajarkan bagaimana bertingkah laku yang baik atau ditunjukkan tingkah laku mana yang salah atau yang kurang baik sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi norma-norma yang berlaku. Dalam moral diatur segala perbuatan yang dinilai baik dan perlu dilakukan, dan suatu perbuatan berkaitan dengan kemampuan untuk membedakan antara perbuatan yang benar dan salah. Dengan demikian, moral merupakan kendali dalam bertingkah laku. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya pembelajaran moral bagi anak-anak melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan, salah satunya yaitu pembiasaan berbagi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B pada RA Nurul Huda Desa Karang Rejo Kec. Stabat Kab. Langkat Tahun Pelajaran 2016-2017. Penelitian ini bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan data dan analisis melalui observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pelaksaan penelitian dilakukan melalui dua siklus yang dirancang secara sistematis dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian bahwa ada peningkatan moral pada anak melalui kegiatan pembiasaan berbagi yakni siklus 1 kemampuan moral perilaku anak meningkat menjadi 23,75%, pada siklus 2 kemampuan moral perilaku anak meningkat sampai angka 51,25%, pada siklus 3 kemampuan moral perilaku anak meningkat sampai angka 96,25%. Dari hasil observasi siklus 1 sampai siklus 3 maka pembiasaan berbagi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan moral perilaku anak
Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif Quick On The Draw untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Larutan Asam Basa di Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kandis
This research aims to increase student achievement on the subject of Acid-Bases Solution in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kandis. Form of research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, XI IPA1 as an experiment class and XI IPA2 as a control class randomly selected after tests of normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was given to applied strategy active learning quick on the draw, the control class was not applied strategy active learning quick on the draw. Data analysis technique is used t-test. Based on the results of final processing data use t-test formula obtained tcount>ttable is 2,24 >1,67, it means that the applying of applied strategy active learning quick on the draw can improve student achievement on the subject of acid bases solution in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kandis. The calculation of effect size resulted on student achievement was 7,93%
Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang)
This research was conducted at PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang. This study uses compensation as an independent variable, motivation as an intervening variable and performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance through employee motivation as an intervening variable. The sample used was an employee of PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang set the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents. The analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, test models, regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of two regression analyzes can be performed so that the path analysis found that the variable motivation to become an intervening variable is based on the calculation of the standardized coefficients for the indirect effect of compensation on performance through employee motivation at 48.1% greater than the direct effect of compensation on performance of 24.3%. The author concluded that the company should increase the motivation of employees to improve their performance
Drug Management Reviews in District Drug Management Unit and General Hospital
Drug is one of the essential elements in healthcare that should be effectively and efficiently managed. Following the decentralization in 2001 in Indonesia, drug management has changed in district drug management units and also in District General Hospitals. Certainly this condition influences the sustainability of drug access in primary health care such as in Community Health Center and District General Hospital, especially in drug financing policy. A cross sectional descriptive study to obtain information on drug management in public healthcare in district had been carried out between July and December 2006 in 10 District Public Drug Management Units from 10 district health offices and 9 district general hospitals as samples. Data were collected by interviewing heads of Drug Section in District Health Offices and heads of Hospital Pharmacies using structured questionnaires and observing drug storage in District Drug Management Units, Community Health Centers, and Hospital Pharmacies. Results of the study show that drug planning in District Health Offices and General Hospitals did not meet the basic real need in some districts nor District Hospitals. The minimum health service standards had not been achieved yet. Furthermore, drug procurement, storage and recording as well as reporting was not good enough either, such as shown by the existence of expired drugs. Lead time for drug delivery to community health centers in some districts was longer than the average of lead time in the past 3 years
The Students\u27 View of the Functions of Mother Tongue in General English Program of ABC Course
This study aimed to find out the students ‘opinions on the use of mother tongue and its functions in Indonesian EFL classrooms. The data were the interviews with a total six students from level 1, 2 and 3 comprising one high achiever student and one low achiever student from each level. The findings show that all of the students agree that Indonesian can be occasionally used in the classroom by both teacher and students for a number of reasons: for the teacher to explain new and difficult vocabularies, explain grammar rules, organize tasks, maintain discipline, gain contact with individual students, for the students to ask and answer questions, communicate and discuss with classmates and for translating activities. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Listening Team untuk Mencapai Ketuntasan Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Kesetimbangan Kimia di Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru
Research has been done to get student's mastery learning with by using model Cooperative Listening Team inclass XI Science SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. This research is pra-experimentre search with one-shot study case design. The sampel use random from the four class XI Science. This research was conducted in class XI Science IPA 4, the for two month's from november to desember 2014. Data analysis technique by using five formula mastery: mastery individual learning objectives (KTPI), mastery each of the learning objectives (KMTP), classical mastery learning objectives (KTPK), mastery learning of individual (KI), mastery learning classical (CBC). Research for the final show that classical mastery learning objectives 80% and mastery learning classical is 91,667%. It's means that the application of cooperative learning model of Listening Team can achieve student's mastery learning on the subject of chemical equiblirium inclass XI IPA SMAN 12 Pekanbaru
