Military Reconnaissance Robot
In today\u27s world Indian border military force facing a huge destruction especially in border. Tensions rise between nuclear neighbors after deadly raid on army base close to disputed border. All the military organizations takes the help of military robots to carry risky jobs that cannot be handled manually by soldier. A great development in military robots when compare to military robots in earlier time. In this proposal, we make use of Robotic vehicle which helps to enter an area of higher risks, move and place wherever the object wants to go. Security systems uses sensor to detect intrusion. Vision based system is accurate and can be more reliable. Vision based machine learning system will be a good deal to this problem. Using the machine learning algorithm technique, motion detection is first done, if there is any detection, a bounding box will be made on that spot and then human recognition algorithm takes place. If the intruder match with the database of known personal data of the soldiers which was already stored by the officials. If there is no match in database, it will take a snapshot of the unknown intruder and with the help of internet or sat-link it will sends it to the server. From the server an alarm triggers using relay or buzzers and the snapshot will be sent to the soldiers nearby with the accurate distance using gps tracking system
Evaluate Various Techniques of Data Warehouse and Data Mining with Web Based Tool
All enterprise has a crucial role to play proficiently and productively to maintain its survival in the market and increase its profitability shares. This challenge becomes more complicated with advancement in information technology along with increasing volume and complexity of information. Currently, success of an enterprise is not just the result of efforts by resources but also depends upon its ability to mine the data from the stored information. Data warehousing is a compilation of decision making procedure to integrate and manage the large variant data efficiently and scientifically. Data mining shores up organizations, scrutinize their data more effectively and proficiently to achieve valuable information, that can reward an intelligent and strategic decision making. Data mining has several techniques and maths algorithms which are used to mine large data to increase the organization performance and strategic decision-making. Clustering is a powerful and widely accepted data mining method used to segregate the large data sets into group of similar objects and provides to the end user a sophisticated view of database. This study discusses the basic concept of clustering; its meaning and applications, especially in business for division and selection of target market. This technique is useful in marketing or sales side and, for example, sends a promotion to the right target for that product or service. Association is a known data mining techniques. A pattern is inferred based on an affiliation between matter of same business transaction. It is also referred as relation technique. Large enterprises depend on this technique to research customer's buying preferences. For instance, to track people's buying behavior, retailers might categorize that a customer always buy sambar onion when they buy dal, and therefore suggest that the next time that they buy dal they might also want to buy onion. Classification – it is one of the data mining concept differs from the above in a way it is used on machine learning and makes use of techniques used in maths such as linear programming, decision trees, neural network. In classification, enterprises try to build tool that can learn how to classify the data items into groups. For instance, a company can define a classification in the application that “given all records of employees who offered to resign from the company, predict the number of individuals who are likely to resign from the company in future.” Under such a scenario, the company can classify the records of employees into two groups that namely “separate” and “retain”. It can use its data mining software to classify the employees into separate groups created earlier. Fuzzy logic resembles human reasoning greatly in handling of imperfect information and can be used as a flexibility tool for soften the boundaries in classification that suits the real problems more efficiently. The present study discusses the meaning of fuzzy logic, its applications and different features. A tool to be build to check data mining algorithms and algorithm behind the model, apply clustering method as a sample in tool to select the training data out of the large data base and reduce complexity and time while computing. K-nearest neighbor method can be used in many applications from general to specific to find the requested data out of huge data. Decision trees – A decision tree is a structure that includes a root node, branches, and leaf nodes. Every one interior node signify a test on an attribute, each branch denotes the result of a test, and each leaf node represents a class label. The topmost node in the tree is the root node. Within the decision tree, we start with a simple question that has multiple answers. Each respond show the way to a further query to help classify or identify the data so that it can be categorized, or so that a prediction can be made based on each answer. Regression analysis is the data mining method of identifying and analyzing the relationship between variables. It is used to identify the likelihood of a specific variable, given the presence of other variables. Outlier detection technique refers to observation of data items in the dataset which do not match an expected pattern or expected behaviour. This technique can be used in a variety of domains, such as intrusion, detection, fraud or fault detection, etc. Outer detection is also called Outlier Analysis or Outlier mining. Sequential Patterns technique helps to find out similar patterns or trends in transaction data for definite period
Prevalence of urinary incontinence in reproductive women and its impact on quality of life
Background: Urogenital problems are more common in the female population. Among them urinary incontinence is a common problem. It has significant impact on the physical, psychological and socio-economic aspects of life. The aim of our study is to estimate the proportion of women with urinary incontinence in reproductive age groups and to assess the impact of urinary incontinence on quality of life. Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted among 404 women aged between 20 - 45 years. Following data such as socio-demographic characteristics, urinary symptoms and obstetric history, height and weight measurements were recorded. Among those with incontinence, King’s Health Questionnaire was used to evaluate severity of affection. Results: The prevalence of urinary incontinence was 34.1% in our study. Out of them 73.2% had mild incontinence, 19.6% had moderate incontinence and 7.2% had severe incontinence. Those with urinary incontinence had significantly more amount of health affection than those without incontinence (X2 value – 152, P value – 0.000). In those with moderate incontinence, > 95% had physical activity limitation and social limitation. In those with severe incontinence, 90% had physical activity restriction, social limitation, emotional affection and sleep deprivation. Conclusions: The prevalence of urinary incontinence was 34.1%. Urinary incontinence had higher impact on emotional and social well-being. Awareness has to be created about available treatment options among women
DNA Cleavage Mechanism by Metal complexes of Cu(II), Zn(II), Mn(II) and Co(II) with a Schiff-base Ligand
Metal ions and metal complexes are important components of nucleic acid biochemistry, participating both in regulation of gene expression and as therapeutic agents. Four new transition metal complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) have been synthesized from a new Schiff base ligand derived from 4-bromo aniline, 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. The ligand and its complexes have been characterized by spectral analysis. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of the investigated compounds was tested against the bacteria such as Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and fungi Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger. The data indicate that most of the metal complexes have higher antibacterial activity than the free ligand. DNA cleavage experiments performed on pBR322 DNA using metal complexes in the presence of H2O2 showed that all the complexes afford a pronounced DNA cleavage
Asymptomatic postmenopausal endometrial tuberculosis:a rare case report
Tuberculosis remains a global health problem, primarily in developing countries. Genital tuberculosis is common in young women mostly detected during infertility work up. Mycobacterial infection in postmenopausal women is an extremely rare disease. After menopause, tuberculosis of the endometrium is a rare possibility probably because of thedecreased vascularity of the tissues. We present here a case of asymptomatic postmenopausal woman who was suspected as endometrial carcinoma initially by abnormal endometrial pattern in ultrasound done as a part of regular health check-up. In endometrial biopsy we found pus draining. Diagnosed as endometrial tuberculosis by pathologic examination and polymerase chain reaction. She was put on anti-tuberculosis treatment. After completion of treatment, she was doing well. Thus, we conclude saying endometrial tuberculosis should also be suspected in postmenopausal women with abnormal endometrial pattern
Mc Cune Albright syndrome: gynecological perspective
The key features of McCune-Albright syndrome include sexual precocious puberty, polyostotic fibrous dysplasia and café au lait spots. It is associated with hyperfunction of multiple endocrine glands. Other endocrine dysfunctions often associated are growth hormone excess, hyperthyroidism, Cushing’s syndrome, hyperprolactinemia and phosphate wasting. We had a case of McCune-Albright syndrome with precocious puberty and irregular cycles and was managed. It is a rare cause of precocious puberty and should be kept in mind while dealing with such cases
A Low-Power and High-Speed Frequency Multiplier for DLL-Based Clock Generator
A low-power and high-speed frequency multiplier for a delay-locked loop-based clock generator is proposed to generate a multiplied clock with different range of frequencies. The modified edge combiner consumes low power and achieves a high-speed operation. The proposed frequency multiplier overcomes a deterministic jitter problem by reducing the delay difference between positive- and negative-edge generation paths. The proposed frequency multiplier is implemented in a 0.13-µm CMOS process technology achieved power consumption to a frequency ratio of 2.9 µW/MHz, and has the multiplication ratios of 16, and an output range of 100 MHz–3.3 GHz
Sustained Delivery of Sertaconazole through Microsponge Based Gel Formulations
Sertaconazole is an imidazole derivative, which acts as fungistatics, fungicidal, antibacterial, anti inflammatory, antitrichomonal, antipruritic. Present study was taken up to develop a topical formulation that releases the drug in controlled manner, reduce the side effects associated with topical drug delivery and improve product efficiency with aid of microsponges. Microsponges loaded with Sertaconazole were prepared by using quasi emulsion solvent diffusion with seven different proportions of polymer Eudragit RS100. The developed microsponges were analysed for particle size, production yield, entrapment efficiency and drug content. Scanning electron microscopic images of microsponges revealed that they are spherical in shape and contain pores. In vitro drug release results depicted that microsponges with 1:7 drug polymer ratio were more efficient to give extended drug release of 92.02% at the end of 24 hrs. Microsponge were then incorporated in to 1% carbopol gel and evaluated for pH, viscosity spredability and diffusion study. Thus the formulated microsponges based gel of Sertaconazole would be a promising alternative to conventional therapy for safer and efficient treatment of various skin disorders like Athelete’s foot and Tineapedis
