A mediação como prática pedagógica
The study here focused was intends to investigate the influence of the practice pedagogic
mediator, in the teaching-learning process of one of the sixth years of the Fundamental Teaching in a School of
the municipal net. It grew with the 39 students and with the teacher of Portuguese Language of the respective
class, starting from a bibliographical revision in the historical-cultural perspective and of a research of field of
the type ethnographic, prioritizing the qualitative character. The data are collected through the observation of the
activities of the analyzed group, for some conversations with purpose done with students and teacher and
documental analysis. Such data are analyzed looking for to find in them indications that prove or no the
existence of a work mediator on the part of the teacher, , just like defined for Vigotsky (1998) and Wallon
(1975). The obtained results alert for the teacher's need to become aware of it importance as mediator in the
teaching-learning process.O estudo aqui enfocado investigou a influência da prática pedagógica mediadora no processo de
ensino-aprendizagem de um sexto ano do Ensino Fundamental em uma Escola da rede pública municipal.
Desenvolve-se com os 39 alunos e com o professor de Língua Portuguesa da respectiva classe, a partir de uma
revisão bibliográfica embasada na perspectiva histórico-cultural e de uma pesquisa de campo do tipo etnográfica,
priorizando o caráter qualitativo. Os dados são coletados por meio da observação das atividades do grupo
analisado, por algumas conversas com finalidade feitas com alunos e professor e análise documental. Tais dados
são analisados buscando encontrar neles indícios que comprovam ou não a existência de um trabalho mediador
por parte do professor, tal qual definidos por Vigotsky (1998) e Wallon (1975). Os resultados obtidos alertam
para a necessidade de o professor conscientizar-se de sua importância como mediador no processo de ensinoaprendizagem
Complete mitogenome of the shortfin spiny eel, Notacanthus bonaparte
Deep-sea fish taxa are elusive, difficult to study, and in multiple cases, represent taxonomic conundrums. Here, we sequenced the complete mitogenome of the shortfin spiny eel, Notacanthus bonaparte, for the first time using low coverage Illumina Paired-end (PE) sequencing. The shortfin spiny eel belongs to the order Notacanthiformes, a relatively unknown taxon of deep-sea marine fishes mostly benthopelagic and bathydemersal. The total length of the assembled mitogenome is 16,623 bp and displays the expected gene orientation for vertebrate mtDNA. Phylogenetic analyses combining all the available mitogenomes of the order Notacanthiformes were performed. The position of N. bonaparte as a member of the Notacanthidae family was confirmed. This mitogenome provides a valuable baseline for future research of N. bonaparte
