This study aimed to examine: the influence of Brand Image that consists of Corporate Image, Consumer Image and Product Image jointly onPurchase Intentio the influence of Brand Image that consists of Corporate Image, Consumer Image, and Product Image partially onPurchase Intention, and which dominant variable that influences onPurchase Intention. The type of research is explanatory research that uses quantitative approach. The sample is 112 respondents by using sampling purposive technique. Respondents are Brawijaya University students that use Pepsodent toothpaste. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression with regard classical assumption. The research result shows that: Corporate Image, Consumer Image, and Product Image jointly influenced onPurchae Intention, the influence partially among variable shows that Corporate Image does not significantlyon Purchase Intention, Consumer Image significantly influence onPurchase Intention and Product Image has significantly influence onPurchase Intention, Product Image is dominant variable that has influence onPurchase Intention. The result of determination coefficient test shows that variable of Corporate Image, Consumer Image, and Product Image are influenced to Purchase Intention amount to 20,2 %. Tau longitudinal polarization in B -> D tau nu and its role in the search for charged Higgs boson

We study the longitudinal polarization of the tau lepton in B -> D tau nu decay. After discussing possible sensitivities of tau decay modes to the tau polarization, we examine the effect of charged Higgs boson on the tau polarization in B -> D tau nu. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah utuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjauan hukum pidana terhadap pelaku yang melakukan kejahatan terhadap kelompok minoritas dan bagaimana pemberlakuan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku yang melakukan kejahatan terhadap kelompok minoritas. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1. Tinjauan hukum pidana terhadap pelaku kejahatan terhadap kelompok minoritas, menunjukkan tindak pidana tersebut merukan tindak pidana khusus yang diatur dalam peraturan Perundang-undangan di luar Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana, karena tindak pidana terhadap kelompok minoritas merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia terhadap kelompok atau perkumpulan tertentu berdasarkan diskriminasi ras dan etnis kebangsaan, budaya, agama, jenis kelamin dan kelompok tertentu lainnya dan bagi pelaku kejahatan terhadap kelompok minoritas sanksi pidana yang diberlakuan sesuai dengan peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku di bidang hak asasi manusia. 2. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition Pesilat In College Art Association of Indonesian Silat (HIMSSI) in District Benai. Based on the results of field observations. In doing these basic movements needed a good physical condition, but based on observations by the author, the physical condition of the fighter should be improved as a fighter at a time when training too quickly feel tired.When viewed from the formulation of the problem, the type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was a fighter on martial arts community colleges throughout Indonesia (HIMSSI) in District Benai totaling 64 people. Because the population will be less rigorous than 64 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The author will take the entire population being sampled as many as 14 people.
