    Fingerprint Identification System (FIS) is very commonly used in the bio-identification applications. This Project finds out the current techniques for fingerprint recognition. The performance depends upon the quality of images. Fingerprint verification is used for the purpose of criminal investigations, terrorist identification and security issues. This system consists of many stages like image preprocessing, feature extraction and feature match. For each stage, some methods are used. The program is coded by using the MATLAB. For this system some methods at coding and algorithm level, used to improve the performance of the recognition system. Fingerprint recognition system based on minutia based matching which is used in various fingerprint algorithms and techniques. The approach of this project involves how the minutia points are removed from the fingerprint images and after that perform the fingerprint matching between two fingerprint images. The significance of this work is to monitor the matching and similarity for two or more fingerprint images simultaneously

    This research paper demonstrates the possibilities of creating e-Content, ClassTests and Online Quizzes using iSpring Quiz Maker.  It attempts to create an awareness among English Language Teaching Fraternity of either Government institutions or Private Institutions of India.  It substantiates the step-by-step procedure to be followed by the faculty.  iSpring Quiz Maker is a Free Software which could be accessed effectively to create e-Content for various Canned Programmes like University Courses.  The e-Content created using this Software avoids redundancy of teacher’s tasks in writing the notes in the blackboard which is mostly not welcomed by the learners.  In addition, it facilitates the Course Teacher to  conduct the Class Tests by preparing Quizzes to all the students in the scheduled time and date.  It also lists out the advantages of creating Online Quizzes for periodical revision which is mandatory after the working hours. i.e. for students who need regular practice to master the language.   It is an eye opener to all the teaching faculty who are in need to march towards utilizing a single software for enhancing the teaching learning process, quick evaluation, easy documentation and also to reduce the usage of paper which is highly essential for the present global scenario

    Mammography is an imaging tool which uses low dose low energy x-ray for early detection of tumours in breast. Currently there are number of image based software applications to assist radiologists for better screening. Segmentation is the best way for reliable diagnosis by reducing false rate. So here, we propose novel segmentation algorithm using fuzzy logic. This new approach uses penalized fuzzy c means clustering in mammographic image to give significant improved performance while screening mammogram. The real-time implementation of this paper can be implemented using hardware and software interface with the mammography systems

    Ration Card is very important for govt to keep log and other information about people. It is also useful for people to get govt subsidy, gas connection and even useful for residential proof. It has detail about every member in family. All the people use ration card to buy various things from ration shop like groceries,oil, kerosene. This system helps people to get this supplies at low price directly from government. This system has some drawbacks like the most of work is done by old or traditional instruments and mostly its manual work which gives many errors in measurement , and if people fail to buy their monthly subsidy then these shopkeepers sell this to other people at higher price and make money. All this happens because there is no centralized technical database for this information. The loss in this process is of people and govt who don’t have any idea about all this. Our main objective here is to make this process automatic .In this paper, proposed an Automatic Ration Materials Distribution Based on GSM (Global System for Mobile) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology instead of ration cards. When people come to ration shop they have to scan their RFID card,these cards are magnetic and has information of the beneficiary . After scanning card it is verified through database to see if it is valid or not . Whenever the user logins in system they send an otp to registered number for security purpose. If its valid then the beneficiary selects material and quantity . After receiving these material the customer pays for it. In this way we can create transparency in this process

The proposed system is a responsive android application which contains the knowledge and data regarding the fitness of a person and nutrition content values. This application consists of the user interface which will be publicly displayed on the application i.e. the basic information regarding the fitness and nutrition values such as how to maintain good health by adapting healthy eating habits which includes the intake of calories, proteins and carbohydrates etc. in proper proportion. A dietician consults a person based on his schedule, body type, height and weight. The system too asks all this data from the user and processes it. It asks about how many hours the user works, his height, weight, age etc. The system stores and processes this data and then calculates the nutrient value needed to fill up users’ needs
