Women Entrepreneurs Harmonizing Work-Life Integration in The Digital Era - A Study of Finding Equilibrium
Women entrepreneurs in the digital era face the challenge of harmonizing work-life integration while leveraging technology for business advancement. This study investigates how women achieve equilibrium in this dynamic landscape. Through a sample of 110 respondents, percentage analysis, ANOVA, chi-squares, correlation, and ranking methods were employed. Results reveal significant correlations between work-life balance strategies and business growth. Findings suggest the importance of flexible work arrangements and technology adoption for women entrepreneurs. Recommendations include fostering supportive work environments and providing digital literacy training. Literature reviews from 2017 to 2024 underscore the evolving landscape of women entrepreneurship. This study contributes to understanding the nuanced challenges and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs in the digital age
Comparative Genomics of Cell Envelope Components in Mycobacteria
Mycobacterial cell envelope components have been a major focus of research due to their unique features that confer intrinsic resistance to antibiotics and chemicals apart from serving as a low-permeability barrier. The complex lipids secreted by Mycobacteria are known to evoke/repress host-immune response and thus contribute to its pathogenicity. This study focuses on the comparative genomics of the biosynthetic machinery of cell wall components across 21-mycobacterial genomes available in GenBank release 179.0. An insight into survival in varied environments could be attributed to its variation in the biosynthetic machinery. Gene-specific motifs like ‘DLLAQPTPAW’ of ufaA1 gene, novel functional linkages such as involvement of Rv0227c in mycolate biosynthesis; Rv2613c in LAM biosynthesis and Rv1209 in arabinogalactan peptidoglycan biosynthesis were detected in this study. These predictions correlate well with the available mutant and coexpression data from TBDB. TEXT AND IMAGE PLAGIARISM DETECTION USING LCS AND FMM
In an educational environment, plagiarism is a crucial task that needs to be identified, in recent years all known journals and conferences, as well as universities, request a plagiarism report from students and researchers to prove the originality of published text or scientific paper. Plagiarism detection usually checks the text content via many of the platforms which are available for productive use reliably identifying copied text or near-copies of text and these systems usually fail to detect the images, and Files plagiarism since it is originally built for text mainly. In this paper, we suggest an adaptive, scalable, and extensible, robust method for image plagiarism which is tested in designs collect from department of architecture University of Technology, this method mainly compare the data (designs images) entered to the system with data sets saved in the database mainly these designs are saved as feature which is one of the artificial intelligence algorithms and match by using k-mean clustering and the similarity check is done with threshold used 40% which can be changed to an accepted levels when needed. Using the k-mean algorithm in clustering, which is a robust artificial intelligence clustering algorithm giving us a strong system that is not discarding any feature extracted from the image. In this paper, data sets consist of 45 samples as training images saved and used in the system as the system database and using 48 samples as testing images which consist of original and forgery designs. These testing images were evaluated with 100% matching rate and 81% matching accuracy rating

Agriculture is the primary mainstay of the economy in our country. In recent years because of uncertain trends in climate and other fluctuations in the price trends, the price of the crop has varied to a larger level. Farmers remain oblivious of these uncertainties, which spoils the crops and causes massive loss. They are unaware of the crop type which would benefit them most. Due to their limited knowledge of different crop diseases and their specific remedies, crops get damaged. This system is handy, easy-to-use. It provides accurate results in predicting the price of the crop. This framework utilizes Machine Learning’s Decision Tree Regression Algorithm to predict crop price. The attributes considered for prediction are rainfall, wholesale price index, month, and year. Consequently, the system gives an advance forecast to the farmers' which grows the speed of profit to them and consequently the country's economy. This system also incorporates other modules like weather forecast, crop recommendation, fertilizer recommendation, and shop, chat portal, and guide are also implemente
