Control unit for IRC system
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem řídicího systému pro regulaci teploty v rodinném domě. Systém je navržen pro individuální vytápění jednotlivých místností a skládá se z jedné řídicí jednotky a několika termostatických jednotek rozmístěných po celém domě. Řídicí jednotka je centrálním prvkem systému a ke komunikaci s termostatickými jednotkami využívá bezdrátovou technologii ZigBee.This bacheleor’s thesis deals with design of control system for temperature regulation in family house. System is designed for individual room heating and consist of one control unit and several thermostatic units, which are situated all over the house. Control unit is central element of heating system and it uses ZigBee technology in comunication with thermostatic units
The concept of cooperative simulators
To explore the characteristics and capabilities of the motor vehicle drivers as the optimal solution is to use interactive (full mission) simulators, which allow induction of both normal and abnormal situations arising on public roads. Needs to increase the credibility of environment simulation is necessary in addition to the model and the image of real environment to simulate a conventional car drivers and road users behavior as well. Mathematical models of the road user behaviors are not far from the actual behavior of the current driver in real road traffic.Pro zkoumání vlastností a schopností řidičů motorových vozidel se jako optimální řešení jeví použití interaktivních (full mission) simulátorů, které umožňují vyvolávat iluzi obvyklých i neobvyklých situací vznikajících na veřejných komunikacích. Pro zvýšení důvěryhodnosti simulace je nutné, kromě modelu a obrazu reálného prostředí, simulovat chování běžných řidičů a chování dalších účastníků silničního provozu. Transformation diagrams of selected steel grades with consideration of deformation effect
The aim of this article was to assess the effect of previous plastic deformation on the transformation kinetics of selected steels with a wide range of chemical composition. Transformation (CCT and DCCT) diagrams were constructed on the basis of dilatometric tests on the plastometer Gleeble 3800 and metallographic analyses supplemented by measurements of HV hardness. Effect of previous deformation on transformation was evaluated of the critical rate of formation of the individual structural components (ferrite, pearlite and bainite) in the case of formation of martensite respect to M-s temperature. Previous plastic deformation accelerated especially diffuse transformations (ferrite and pearlite), temperature of M-s was lower after previous plastic deformation and bainitic transformation was highly dependent on the chemical composition of steel.Web of Science631605
The application of morphostructural analysis and its validation by comparison with documented faults within the Zlate Hory ore district (the Northeastern part of the Bohemian Massif)
The goal of this study is to determine the validity of morpholineaments network that was inferred based on morphostructural
analysis of digital elevation model (DEM), by crosschecking with documented faults. The test field has been spread over the
exploitation areas in the Zlaté Hory ore district. Various morphometric analyses such as slope, aspect, first directional
derivative, gradient operator, combination of altitude and shaded relief, were chosen as particular tools of the
morphostructural analysis. The results of each analysis were compared with the results of structural-tectonic mapping.
The inferred morpholineaments network was compared with mining maps of the scale 1:500, which provide detailed
information about tectonic deformation of rock massif in the area of interest and were used to image fault traces on the
surface. The validity of inferred morpholineaments network was determined by authorized software SROV_TEKT, developed
by the authors. The morpholineaments network resulting from the morphostructural analysis and tested by this software
overlaps at 83 % of the documented main faults in the mines.Web of Science10117

V úvodu je uveden popis bioplynové stanice včetně všech přidružených zařízení, definice bioplynu a dále průzkum trhu se souhrnem variant míchadel. Je proveden návrh možných konstrukčních řešení pádlových míchadel a volba nejvhodnější varianty. U zvolené varianty je proveden výpočet a kontrola stěžejních částí konstrukce.Diploma thesis deals with the structural design and calculation of horizontal stirring device for a biogas Station for enamel or concrete tanks. The introductory chapter of the thesis contains the description of the biogas plant including all associated equipment, biogas definition and subsequent market analysis with the list of product (mixers) variants. Afterwards, a proposal of stirring devices possible structural designs is made and the most suitable variant is selected. HARMONISING SANCTIONS AGAINST EXTERNAL AUDITORS
The European Parliament adopted the Directive 2014/56/EU amending the Directive 2006/43/EC on every statutory audit in the EU and the Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014 containing requirements that relate specifically to statutory audit of public interest entities. One of the main issues imposed by the new audit Directive and Regulation is introducing and harmonizing measures against statutory auditors and audit firms. This new audit legislative impose harmonized administrative pecuniary sanction on statutory auditors, audit firms and public interest entities for identified infringements of the rules. Member States should apply identical criteria when determining the sanction to be imposed with the possibility of withdrawing the approval of the statutory auditor or audit firm concerned. In that sense, the aim of this paper is to investigate the auditor’s liability according to the existing regulatory framework in the Republic of Croatia, as well as the legal consequences for infringements of the rules. In addition, this paper presents comparative overview of the solutions for audit infringements adopted by the selected European Union Member States that have already transposed the new audit regulation into national legislation
Non-radiative relaxation mechanisms of electronically excited phenylalanine in model peptides
A systematic study of the non-radiative deactivation mechanisms of the three photoexcited N-acetylphenylalanylamide conformers was conducted in order to disclose the experimentally observed conformational dependent lifetime of phenyl vibrationless 1ππ* excited state. The all-atom trajectory surface hopping non-adiabatic molecular dynamics simulations, based on linear response time dependent density functional theory, were utilized for blind screening of relaxation pathways and revealed a number of excitation transfer mechanisms from 1ππ* to the 1nπ* excited states localized on each of the two amide groups. Possible pathways were further refined by obtaining conical intersection barrier energies from corresponding reaction paths constructed at the coupled cluster (CC2) level of theory. Finally, from semiclassical consideration of conical intersection accessibility with only the nuclear zero point vibrational energy and from the increased rigidity of the second amide group towards distorsion upon its methylation, it was concluded that the classically accessible part of conical intersection seam for population transfer to the 1nπ* state of the second amide group is the largest for the conformer with the shortest 1ππ* state lifetime
The Dynamics Behavior of the Cable Retaining Rescue System Under the Person Free Fall
Import 23/07/2015Bakalářská práce se zabývá dynamikou fungování lanového záchytného systému při volném pádu osoby při konkrétním zadání vstupních veličin lana a brzdného systému firmou Pronovo. V úvodu je stručně popsaná historie bezpečnosti práce, která úzce souvisí se zadaným tématem, a představena činnost firmy Pronovo. V první části práce jsou shrnuty obecné poznatky fungování lanových systémů od jednodušších známých systémů po složitější a náročné systémy využitelné v praxi. K pochopení zkoumaného zadání jsou bezpečnostní prvky popisovány teoreticky a aplikované na jednodušších příkladech. Výpočty byly realizovány v programu Microsoft Office Excel. Navazující kapitoly obsahují popis částí mechanismu zkoumaných záchytných systémů s přidáváním tlumících prvků. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat měření a vyhodnotit výsledky zadané firmou Pronovo ve srovnání s výsledky externí firmy.The bachelor thesis deals with dynamics of running of cable catching system during free fall at the certain assignment of entering quantities by Pronovo company. In the introduction, the history of occupational safety, which is closely related to giving topic, is described and the activities of Pronovo company are introduced. At the first part of thesis general pieces of knowledge of running of cable catching systems from the simplest known to more complex and demanding systems using in practise. For understanding examined assignment the security elements are described theoretically and applied demonstrated on simpler examples. Calculations were realized in Microsoft Office Excel programme. Other chapters contain describing of parts of mechanism of examined catching systems with adding of dampening effects. The Role of Aqueous Solvation on the Intersystem Crossing of Nitrophenols
The photochemistry of nitrophenols is a source of smog as nitrous acid is formed from their photolysis. Nevertheless, computational studies of the photochemistry of these widespread toxic molecules are scarce. In this work, the initial photodeactivation of ortho-nitrophenol and para-nitrophenol is modeled, both in gas phase and in aqueous solution to simulate atmospheric and aerosol environments. A large number of excited states, six for ortho-nitrophenol and 11 for para-nitrophenol, have been included and were all populated during the decay. Moreover, periodic time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) is used for both the explicitly included solvent and the solute. A comparison to periodic QM/MM (TDDFT/MM), with electrostatic embedding, is made, showing notable differences between the decays of solvated nitrophenols simulated with QM/MM and full (TD)DFT. A reduced intersystem crossing in aqueous solution could be observed thanks to the surface hopping approach using explicit, periodic TDDFT solvation including spin–orbit couplings
