Perinatal risk stratification of preterm neonates ≤ 34 Weeks and their Neurodevelopmental Outcomes at One Year.
There has been an exponential progress in the field of neonatology. In 1963, the son of US President John F. Kennedy died of respiratory distress syndrome two days after his premature birth at 34 weeks gestation. 50 years down the lane, we are now in a situation where such events are a rarity even in level 2 care newborn nurseries. The number of surviving preterm babies are increasing. These preterm babies contribute to a significant cause of long-term loss of human potential amongst survivors. An estimated 150 lakh babies are born too soon every year. India ranks first amongst the number of preterm births with 35.19 lakh in 2010.
Establishing a standardized follow up program with provision for early intervention is advised for all newborn nurseries who care for preterm babies <34 weeks of gestation.
The follow up of preterm babies is not structured / standardized in most neonatal units. Stratification of preterm babies based on intra-uterine, perinatal and neonatal risks could possibly identify a group of babies at higher risk. Babies at lowest risk could be referred back to primary care and require less frequent assessment. Given the proven benefits of early stimulation, the risk approach will allow optimal utilization of limited, labour intensive, follow up services and optimize the early stimulation therapy to those babies at highest risk.
Gestational age ≤30 weeks, 5 minute APGAR <6, presence of sepsis and shock are independent risk factors for poor composite outcome of death or major neurodevelopmental delay at 1 year of corrected age.
Gestational age ≤30 weeks, acute hypoxic events (air leaks, apnea requiring resuscitation, hypocapnia), growth delay, abnormal neurosonogram at 40 weeks and shock are associated with an odds ratio >10 for a poor composite outcome of death or major neurodevelopmental delay at 1 year of corrected age.
Catch-up growth of preterm babies <34 weeks is inadequate at 1 year of corrected age.
Long term follow-up is necessary to accurately assess the impact of antenatal, perinatal and neonatal risk factors on neurodevelopment
Enhanced Secure Dissemination with DIP and Data Discovery protocol in Wireless Sensor Networks
In Wireless sensor Network, the security of data is an important aspect. We present DIPanddatadiscovery and spread convention for wireless networks. Earlier methodologies, for example, Trickle or SPIN, have overheads that scale straightly with the quantity of data things. For T things, DIP can recognize new things with 0(log(T)) parcels while keeping up an O(l) identification inertness. To accomplish this execution in a wide range of network setups, DIP utilizes a cross breed approach of randomized checking and tree-based coordinated quests. By progressively choosing which of the two algorithms to utilize, DIP outflanks both as far as transmissions and speed. Reenactment and testbed tests demonstrate that DIP sends 20-60% less parcels than existing conventions and can be 200% quicker, while just requiring O(log(log(T))) extra state per data thing. To help network programming, we present Deluge, a solid data spread convention for proliferating extensive data objects from at least one source nodes to numerous different nodes over a multihop, At scale, the convention uncovered fascinating proliferation elements just indicated by past scattering work. A basic model is likewise determined which depicts the breaking points of data engendering in wireless networks. At last, we contend that the rates got for scattering are naturally lower than that for single way spread. It seems hard to altogether enhance the rate gotten by Deluge and we recognize building up a tight lower bound as an open issue
Real Time Verification of Fake News using Machine Learning Algorithms and Natural Language
The rise of fake news on digital platforms has become a major societal issue, shaping public opinion
and eroding trust in legitimate news sources. As misinformation spreads rapidly, it becomes increasingly difficult to
discern fact from fiction, leading to harmful consequences in various domains such as politics, public health, and social
relationships. To combat this, there is a growing need for advanced systems that can accurately detect and classify fake
news. This project aims to develop a robust machine learning system, leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP)
techniques and machine learning algorithms, to identify deceptive information in textual data with high precision. By
focusing on automation, this system promises to scale effectively and provide a timely solution to the growing problem
of fake news. The proposed solution incorporates a pre-processing phase that includes Part-of-Speech (POS) tagging, a
technique used to analyze the grammatical structure of the text. POS tagging helps in understanding the syntactic roles
of words, which can significantly enhance the ability of the model to detect subtle linguistic patterns often associated
with misinformation. The system will align these POS-tagged texts with their original content, ensuring that the
underlying meaning is preserved while enabling further analysis. This pre-processing is a crucial step before
integrating advanced models, such as General Pre-trained Transformers (GPT), which are known for their strong
language modeling capabilities. The combination of these techniques will ensure the model achieves a high level of
accuracy in detecting fake news
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAMES USING STEEL BRACINGS
Steel braced frame is one of the structural structures used to face up to earthquake masses in multi-storied buildings. Many present strengthened concrete buildings need to retrofit to overcome the deficiencies to withstand seismic hundreds. The use of steel bracing systems for strengthening or retrofitting seismically inadequate strengthened concrete frames is a viable solution for reinforcing earthquake resistance. Bracing device reduces bending moments and shear forces within the columns. The lateral load is transferred to the foundation via axial action. Overall weight of the existing structure will not alternate appreciably after the software of the bracings. Metal bracing is least expensive, easy to erect, occupies less space and has flexibility to layout for assembly the desired electricity and stiffness. The bracing gadget improves not best the lateral stiffness and power capability however also the displacement capacity of the shape. Inside the present have a look at, the seismic overall performance of strengthened concrete (RC) homes rehabilitated using concentric steel bracing is investigated. The bracing is furnished for peripheral columns. a ten storey constructing is analyzed for seismic zone III as per IS 1893-2002 the usage of ETABS software program. The models are retrofitted with diverse metallic bracing structures on periphery columns storey wise and analyzed for seismic forces. The building is analyzed for models with Diagonal bracing, ‘V’ type bracing, Inverted ‘V’ type bracing, blended ‘V’ kind bracing, ‘X’ kind bracing, ‘k’ type bracing and in comparison with an un braced frame. The effectiveness of numerous forms of metallic bracing in rehabilitating a 10 storey constructing is tested. The impact of the distribution of the metallic bracing alongside the peak of the RC frame at the seismic performance of the rehabilitated building is studied. The principle parameters on this examine to examine the seismic analysis of homes are lateral displacement, storey go with the flow, axial forces inside the columns, Base shear. The percentage reduction in lateral displacement is observed out. It's far found that the ‘X’ sort of metal bracing extensively contributes to the structural stiffness and reduces the maximum storey drifts of the frames. The bracing systems enhance now not simplest the lateral stiffness however also the displacement capacity of the shape

Different types of Corrective exercises on Correction of Hyper Lumbarlordosis in Females- A Narrative Review
Back ground: Lumbar curvature carries the upper body weight and transfers it directly to the pelvis, which is of great significance. The structures in the lumbar region are one of the factors that affect the lumbar-pelvic balance, as well as the performance of lumbar lordosis and pelvic tilt. Also, weakness of abdominal, dorsal, and lumbar muscles has been considered as the most common factors increasing the lumbar curvature. Excessive lordotic curvature is also called hyperlordosis, hollow back, saddle back and swayback. Common cause of excessive lordosis includes tight low back muscle, excessive visceral fat, and pregnancy. Objectives: This review aimed at finding and analysing different forms of corrective exercises to correct hyper lumbar lordosis in females. Methods: The search was performed through online for English language articles. The databases used were Google ‘corrective exercises’ and ‘lumbar lordosis’. The scientific literature related to physiotherapy management for lumbar lordosis published from 1997 to 2021 was searched. Screening of the reference lists of all the retrieved articles was also done. Through online database search 100 articles were reviewed, 19 articles were included in this study based on predetermined inclusion criteria. Inclusion criteria: Based on gender (only female’s participant’s studies). Participants: Studies had included individuals with hyper lumbar lordosis with pain or without low back pain. Conclusion: 16 articles show Corrective exercises plays a main role in reduction of lumbar lordotic curve and functional disability. With the help of corrective exercises (abdominal muscle strengthening exercises, gluteal strengthening exercises hip flexor stretching exercises, back stretching exercises) can maintain the core stability of spinal extensors and flexors, due to this, spinal curvature can be corrected indirectly and the posture is corrected and the spasm get released, pain will be subsided, finally the quality of life will be improved
