Installation of New CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink) RGB (Returnable Glass Bottle) Line with Food Safety Comply and Final Validation
The basic of this project was installation of new CSD (carbonated soft drink) RGB (returnable glass bottle) line with comply food safety and final validation of line. New manufacturing line installation deals with installation of all equipment and machine require for smooth running and producing CSD for COCA-COLA company (Coca-Cola, Thums UP, Limca) such as conveyer belt, uncasing machine, light inspection station, bottle washer EBI (electronic bottle inspection ) machine, Paramix, Filler, Sealer, Date coding machine, caser etc. During installation of machine we have fulfill requirement related to machine, work space, hygienic condition so that machine can work smoothly and deliver safe food product The main concern of doing this project was deliver a safe product to the consumer by applying HACCP and ISO22K. I have done hazard analysis and validation of this new installed line and identify CCP and OPRP which need to control by applying control measure
Diversification In Crude Oil And Other Commodities: A Comparative Analysis
An understanding of how volatilities of and correlations between commodity returns
change over time including their directions (positive or negative) and size (stronger or
weaker) is of crucial importance for both the domestic and international investors with a
view to diversifying their portfolios for hedging against unforeseen risks. This paper is an
humble attempt to add value to the existing literature by empirically testing the ‘timevarying’ and ‘scale dependent’ volatilities of and correlations of the sample commodities.
Particularly, by incorporating scale dependence, it is able to identify unique portfolio
diversification opportunities for different set of investors bearing different investment
horizons or holding periods. In order to address the research objectives, we have applied
the vector error-correction test and several recently introduced econometric techniques
such as the Maximum Overlap Discrete Wavelet Transform (MODWT), Continuous
Wavelet Transform (CWT) and Multivariate GARCH – Dynamic Conditional
Correlation. The data used in this paper is the daily data of seven commodities (crude oil,
gas, gold, silver, copper, soybean and corn) prices from 1 January 2007 until 31
December 2013
Diabetes mellitus type 1: is it a global challenge?
Type 1 diabetes, a serious and life-threatening disease with many complications, is one of the
most common (autoimmune) endocrine and metabolic conditions in childhood, with life-saving
treatment and lifelong, but painful and time-consuming in daily life, requiring self-action and a
balanced diet, equally distributed among boys and girls
Haplophyllum tuberculatum: An overview
Introduction: Haplophyllum tuberculatum, belonging to the Rutaceae family, is distributed in south-eastern regions of Iran, particularly in Baloochestan. This study was aimed to investigate and collect scientific reports such as morphological characteristics, phytochemical compounds, ecology, biotechnology and evaluation of the therapeutic properties of this valuable medicinal plant. Methods: In order to gather the information the keywords Haplophyllum tuberculatum, botany, genetic, biotechnology, therapeutic, and pharmacology were searched until 2016 from journals accessible in databases such as Scopus, EBSCO, Science Direct, Medline, PubMed, Embase, SID and Iran Medex. Results: The results in this study revealed various pharmacological properties including anti-cancer, antioxidantant, uterus-relaxing, anti-bacterial and anti-HIV activities for this plant which are probably due to the presence of aromatic compounds such as two alkaloids named haplophytin-a and B, and essential oils. Conclusion: Haplophyllum tuberculatum possesses various pharmacological properties and the bioactive molecules of this plant play an important role in human health, hence, it might be used for different drug productions.</p
Factors that drive energy use in Africa:Panel data evidence from selected Sub-Sahara African countries
Sub-Saharan African (SSA) countries need adequate energy to achieve socio-economic growth and development. According to recent statistics, only 30 per cent of the entire population have access to power, making the region the highest in the world with people without access to electricity. This is in sharp contrast with the abundant energy resources available, which could be harnessed to provide the needed energy. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyse the determinants of aggregate energy demand in SSA. Reliable secondary macroeconomic and energy data were collected from publicly available and widely used databases. The study uses a panel cointegration technique to examine the determinants of energy demand in SSA, over the period from 1980 to 2014, for selected countries in the region. Our results reveal that income is the predominant factor behind the increase in energy demand in SSA, with the highest elasticity. Furthermore, energy demand in SSA conforms to a priori expectations of a negative price elasticity. The results are in line with the theory of demand. Significantly, we also find that urbanisation an important role for energy demand. Stringent energy conservation policy and other recommendations flow from the findings
Genotyping of Hepatitis B Virus in HBsAg Positive Individuals Referred to the Health Centers of Shahrekord, Iran
Background & aim: Hepatitis B Virus is one of the most important viral hepatitis which includes
eight genotypes based on genetic variations in the gene encoding virus RNA polymerase. Clinical
picture, treatment response and prognosis of HBV infection is genotype dependent. Therefore, this
study was aimed to determine the HBV genotypes in HBsAg-positive individuals. .
Methods: This experimental study was conducted on one hundred and sixteen HBsAgpositiveindividuals
referred to the health centers of Shahrekord, Iran, in 2011. Firstly, the viral
nucleic acid was extracted from serum samples and subsequently, the samples were subjected to
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Finally, genotyping was carried out on the positive samples,
using Real-time PCR with type specific primers and probes. The data were analyzed using the chisquare
test.
Results: 23 out of 116 (19.8%) of the HBsAg-positive individuals were positive for HBV DNA. 17
out of 23 (73.9%) and 6 out of 23 (26.1%) of the patients were found to be infected with HBV
genotypes of D and C, respectively.
Conclusion: Same as other regions of Iran, genotype D, , is the dominate genotype of HBV in
Shahrekord, Iran. However, genotype C may be one of the other common genotypes in this
region
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT MODEL ON HOUSEHOLDER BASED ON GENDER IN IMPLEMENTING YAJNA
Financial management effectively and efficiently determine the welfare and happiness of individual households. Policies that allow the 60% financial aid for village ceremonies can be used to indicate the gender roles are very important in the implementation of yajna. Gender roles are regarded as determining the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in implementing yajna. Yajna implementation is not only determined by the amount of money in rupiah size (material) used in yajna, but also influenced by gender roles in using money in doing yajna. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the model of financial management of individual households based on gender in executing of yajna. This methods study used a descriptive approach. Data was collected by survey of the number of households in the area of Bali. Data analyze technique was used comparative test. Research shows effective financial management model and efficient evidenced by the gender roles in implementing yajna. Implementing of yajna not only determined by the amount of money used in it’s executed, but also gender roles in managing finances effectively and efficiently
