On Asymptotic Completeness of Scattering in the Nonlinear Lamb System, II
We establish the asymptotic completeness in the nonlinear Lamb system for
hyperbolic stationary states. For the proof we construct a trajectory of a
reduced equation (which is a nonlinear nonautonomous ODE) converging to a
hyperbolic stationary point using the Inverse Function Theorem in a Banach
space. We give the counterexamples showing nonexistence of such trajectories
for nonhyperbolic stationary points
PEMBAHARUAN KOMITE SEKOLAH DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN ORGANISASI
The objective of this research is to describe the reconditional school committee in empowerment of organization In elementary school 04 Arga makmur of north Bengkulu district. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. There are three data collecting techniques used in the research, namely: interview, documentation, and observation. While techniques ofanalyzing data applied is interactive analysis. The result of this research shows: there are innovation that is done by school committee in human resource, management resource, leadership resource in elementary school 04 arga makmur of north Bengkulu district. There is no innovation in monetary and facility resource that done by school committee in elementary school 04 arga makmur of north Bengkulu district.Key words: school committee, organization
Wave diffraction by wedges having arbitrary aperture angle
The problem of plane wave diffraction by a wedge sector having arbitrary aperture angle has a very long and interesting research background. In fact, we may recognize significant research on this topic for more than one century. Despite this fact, up to now no clear unified approach was implemented to treat such a problem from a rigourous mathematical way and in a consequent appropriate Sobolev space setting. In the present paper, we are considering the corresponding boundary value problems for the Helmholtz equation, with complex wave number, admitting combinations of Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions. The main ideas are based on a convenient combination of potential representation formulas associated with (weighted) Mellin pseudo-differential operators in appropriate Sobolev spaces, and a detailed Fredholm analysis. Thus, we prove that the problems have unique solutions (with continuous dependence on the data), which are represented by the single and double layer potentials, where the densities are solutions of derived pseudo-differential equations on the half-line
Pedagogical education quality rating system development in academic physical education discipline
© Copyright 2018 American Scientific Publishers. The study considers the academic education quality rating system development initiatives among the top-priority social and educational matters. In this context, an objective of the study was to offer the most efficient avenues for the university activities to develop the pedagogical education quality rating system applicable to the academic Physical Education discipline. The empirical data mining study performed for an academic year gave the grounds to rate progress of the ongoing academic project to rate the physical education quality. The stakeholders involved in the study appreciated practical benefits of the initiative. The study findings approximated with 5% error level gave the grounds to state that the difference of the data arrays prior to and after the initiative are not accidental. Therefore, the ongoing initiatives were found to be of positive effect on the academic education quality rates in the academic Physical Education discipline as verified by the cause-and-effect correlations analysed. The study made it possible to offer the most promising ways to improve the system, as follow: formalise the key education quality criteria by the relevant operable definitions; improve the education quality assurance culture to guarantee the stakeholders' interests being satisfied; and apply the education quality rating results to improve the education quality management and planning system
