The assessment is a complex action integrated in the learning process that establishes and appreciates school performance which reflects the objectives and tasks proposed and the efficiency of the teaching activity The evaluation appears not as a superimposed activity of teaching but as an integral part of the learning process Assessment in physical education is an instrument through which the quality of physical education is measured and assessed The research was conducted in an effort to optimize the educational process to increase efficiency and quality of gymnastics lessons by finding ways to increase the capacity of self- training and selfevaluation We started from the idea that differentiated instruction designed to adapt the work in terms of forms of organization and teaching methodologies to its own possibilities while the ability to understand the interest in moving working and learning pace is differen

Specialists consider that motivation is rightfully „the essential feature of human behaviour being an dynamical element of the activity ( Maslow, 2007). The purpose of our study is is to know the structures of the motivational characteristics of students enrolled in a physical education course. Understanding the motivational profile of our students will lead to a clear coordination and efficient organization of the physical education at the University of Bucharest. To understand the motivational structure of our students we used the a survey method based on the questionaire. Some motivational strategies to attract students in the practice of physical education include: the diversity of the educational offer and increasing the attractiveness of education activities. The way in which educational objectives are set by the teacher is another motivational strategy for attracting students in practicing at physical activities. Another motivational strategy has in view the importance of feedback and how we need to reward students behaviour/progress. The courses about lifesyle and healthy food is also a strong motivational strategy. In this way students can complete their knowledge about physical activities. Another proposal regarding motivational strategies is reffering to the use of competitions during the classes. Another way to stimulate motivation to sports and general motivation is the teacher's teaching qualities. Data from our study were compared with results of other studies that have been conducted on similar themes and concluded that the needs of classes of reasons that influence the participation of students at physical activities during college years fall within the specialized literature data

AbstractNowadays, in a world characterized by evolution and openness, promoting creativity is a must. Starting from the idea that educating creative capacity seems to be the only way by which man can keep up with constantly changing of his world, it is easy to see why the current system of education is trying to change its way of progress. In physical education and sport, very little has been written about educating creativity, though, in this area, creative ability is manifested in various forms. In this paper we try to adapt strategies of educating creativity in our field of physical education. We chose the strategy to make new combinations, as aerobic dance consists of a multitude of elements, and students were able to make choices from a variety of steps and technical processes. Creativity uses experience and knowledge in an original synthesis determined by the situation analysis which arises or occurs at a time.It can be educated and stimulated by the collaboration of the coach with the athletes and the one between themselves. Creativity is a complex process that engages the whole personality of the students. In the aerobics lessons, students have the opportunity to assert their qualities, to evaluate and to prioritize their merits under all aspects. Using the knowledge gained in class they can find solutions and original ideas embodied in the design of aerobic dance programs. Creativity testing is performed by the students’ ability - groups of students - to design aerobic dance choreography, to combinelearned dance steps as logical and natural. The group of 6 students becomes creative if the teammates agree each other and collaborate for a unique solution. We started from the hypothesis that the socially integrated group with compatible members has a better creating capacity than the group composed of members with no affective relationships. Among the methods used to develop creativity in the experimental group we can mention those formative participatory. To these we can add heuristic procedures, which provide a creative learning, participatory and anticipatory. The creativity test consists of designing samba choreography of 32 times, the tempo 2/4 made of a set of 6 performers in the form of competition. On the 32nd musical time groups must stop in the final picture. This additional control is given in the conditions of competition in the last lesson for the final evaluation and the University Cup in Aerobic Dance. The arbitration is carried out by FESD teachers specialized in gymnastics and those who teach aerobics. In conclusion, we can say that under aerobic dance lessons one can speak of creating special choreography only for a few students. It's just a creative potential that developed in different ways, both in education and in the independently activities. Imagining steps structures and their assembly as choreographed has largely stimulated types of collective creation. All the choreographies created by students, involved operative and trainable motor behavior in types of collective creation. Individual creative acts gathered and harnessed under the collective one. We consider that aerobic dance is still little studied in terms of education and educational resources of the human personality are largely untapped. Physical education, by its specific, by objectives and contents, contributes to the creative education of students

AbstractThe quality of the educational process is influenced by ensuring the education of training. Possibilities to influence this are numerous physical education is a practice which is focused on actions, gestures, behaviors, educational influences, knowledge skills and abilities of female students. Starting from this idea, the criteria for selection exercise in organizing the educational process are: efficiency, use value and control influences. The selection used in aerobic exercise should take into account the needs, objectives and its possibilities aerobic gymnastics. Among them are those which we can accurately determine and direct influences and there are possibilities of application. Formative function is realized due to the care and effort the teacher to acquire knowledge acquisition methods synchronize independent work. Formative character of physical education resulting not only from the repetition and improve the items in the curriculum, the samples and control standards, but rather the ability to apply practical knowledge in various conditions and to find effective and appropriate solutions to solve practical situations. Activity of female students is based on knowledge transmitted by the teacher, they record and retain them, process them, exploit them by running motor and updates them, adapting them to new situations. The teacher must develop to the student logical thinking, critical and operative, so that they can select and use knowledge promptly and adequately. Capacity building of introspection and self-esteem, and motivation to learn, based on current understanding of the significance of bodily activities must be always the teacher's attention. In the physical education degree does not verify ownership of the movements, but the ability of female students to cover the complex to chain them and systematize the various physical exercises. In such cases, students call the full range of knowledge, skills and motor skills. Formative function physical education lesson is achieved by: increased activity independent of female students, a climate of collaboration in teacher-student relationship and permanent joint activity and individual front

Abstract Psychomotricity defines ''generic, any motric action, attitude or behavior pattern that is under the influence of mental processes" basically saying that the two sides -physical and motorcan not be separated. By its basic components, psychomotricity makes possible the pragmatic adjustment (learning professional techniques, manuals, intellectuality), social adjustment (of interpersonal communication), aesthetic adjustment (body expression techniques) and educational adjustment. Human existence can be understood as a unit in which the pshychic and the somatic component are interconnected. Psychomotricity, as part of applied psychology, approaches the study of motric function, and integrated and coordonated by mental functions. It's has been associated the idea that mastering the body is the first condition for mastering of the behavior. Psychomotric actions in education are primary directed to accumulate some behaviors, which gradually build in basic components that will contribute to a more accurate representations about the movements of the body and its segments. Investigation and analysis of coordination and balance development level of first year female students of the University of Bucharest, practicing aerobics in the academic year 2012-2013. Highlighting the efficiency of aerobic gymnastics in comparison with the evolution of parameters investigated.
