    Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan masalah serius yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, terutama dari kepala keluarga. Dalam konteks ini, peran kepala keluarga sangat penting sebagai pencegah KDRT. Melalui pendekatan Patris Corde, kepala keluarga diharapkan dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai kasih, tanggung jawab, keberanian, dan rendah hati dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penanaman nilai-nilai ini dapat dilakukan dengan menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang aman, memberikan apresiasi kepada anggota keluarga, serta menerapkan kepemimpinan yang melayani. Santo Yosef menjadi teladan dalam mendidik anak dan mengambil keputusan dengan melibatkan Tuhan. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ini, diharapkan keluarga dapat mencapai keharmonisan, kebahagiaan, dan kesejahteraan, sehingga KDRT dapat dicegah secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan bagi kepala keluarga dalam menjalankan perannya dan menciptakan suasana keluarga yang ideal

    Freedom of religion and belief has long been accepted globally as human rights. This right is formally enshrined in international human rights instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Indonesia has also adopted these international human rights instruments in its policies and implementation in the applicable laws as seen in the inclusion of this right in the 1945 Constitution, Law no. 39 of 1999 and Law no. 12 of 2005. However, in practice, this right is often violated by the state and civil society either by action (commission) or by omission.  This study also shows religious intolerance, radicalism, and fundamentalism are the manifestations of real challenges in promoting unity in diversity in the country. Therefore, this study recommends the Indonesian government to: review some its policies that are contrary to international and national human rights instruments; cancel lower legal products that are contrary to the 1945 Constitution and other laws; take legal action to suppress and prevent radical and intolerant groups from carrying out violence, discrimination and persecution against certain religious minorities; restore the rights of groups or individuals that have been violated in relation to the freedom to practice or adhere to their respective religions; and improve religious tolerance and moderation education in formal and non-formal educational institutions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Keywords:&lt;/strong&gt; kebebasan beragama; hak asasi manusia; instrumen HAM; intoleransi; toleransi; kekerasan; moderasi beragama.</jats:p

    Bu araştırmanın amacı mesleki eğitimde bütünleştirme uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla, Ankara Sincan ilçesi, Sincan İMKB Ticaret Meslek Lisesiznde görev yapan yönetici/öğretmen ve özel eğitim ihtiyacı olan öğrenciler ile velilerinin tamamına Likert ölçeğinde yapılandırılmış anketler uygulanmıştır. Araştırma, betimsel tarama modelindedir. Mesleki eğitimde bütünleştirme uygulamaları sekiz boyutta ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek üzere betimsel istatistik teknikler ve ANOVA yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğrencilerin %38,9zu zihinsel, %44,4zü bedensel engelli, yönetici ve öğretmenlerin %61,4zü bayan ve 15 yıl ve daha az çalışmış olanların oranı %71,4ztür. Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programı (BEP) hazırlanması ve uygulanması konusuyla ilgili olarak yönetici/öğretmen, öğrenci ve veliler, %50 ve üzerindeki oranlarla BEP hazırlandığını ve öğrencileri değerlendirme aşamasında gerekli uyarlamaların yapıldığını, ancak %50znin üzerindeki oranlarla destek eğitim hizmetlerinden hiçbirisinin uygulanmadığını düşünmektedirler. Ayrıca, Mesleki Yönlendirme boyutunda yönetici, meslek dersi ve kültür dersi öğretmenleri arasında %97,4 düzeyinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu konuda en yüksek ortalamaya sahip grup yöneticilerdir. Kültür dersi öğretmenleri ise bu konuda olumsuz görüşe sahiptir.The aim of this study is to evaluate the applications of inclusion in vocational training. To this , administratiors and teachers working in high schools and the entire students with special educational needs and their families are applied with Likert Scale surveys.The research is descriptive research model. Applications of inclusion in vocational training discussed in eight sizes. To test the hypothesis of the research, descriptive statistical technics and Anova Method are used. According to the findings, 38,9 percent of students are mental disabled, 44,4 percent are physical disabled. 61,4 percent of administrators and teachers are women. The rate of the ones who has worked for 15 years and less is 71,4. About the preparation and application of Individualized Education Programme 50 percent and over of administratiors, teachers, students and parents think that Individualized Education Programme is prepared and in assessment stage of students necessary adaptations are held but over 50 percent of them think that no educational support services are applied. Also, about vocational guidance there is 97,4 percent difference which is statistically meaningful between the vocational teachers and the other course teachers. Administratiors has the highest average about this subject. Course teachers has negative opinion about the subject

    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ABSTRACT:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This article talks about the problem of violence against women in the Maumere and Larantuka dioceses, Flores, NTT and how religion (Catholic Church) functions in dealing with it. The aim is to identify the forms of violence, their causes and effects in both dioceses and what the function of religion (Catholic Church) is to prevent and deal with these problems. Interview methods, focused group discussions (FGD) and document studies were used to collect data, while descriptive qualitative analysis was used for data analysis. The results show that violence against women is found in both areas of the diocese with physical, psychological, verbal, economic, cultural-based and online violence. The Catholic Church through the Diocesan Commission on Gender and Women's Empowerment carries out educational, control, fraternal, and transformative functions. This is done in direct collaboration and through networks with multi-stakeholders, although this is not sufficient. This study recommends the importance of strengthening institutional capacity and increasing network collaboration.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;KEYWORDS:&lt;/strong&gt; Commission on Gender and Women's Empowerment, institutional capacity, network collaboration, violence against women, women empowerment.&lt;/p&gt;</jats:p
