PENGELOLAAN SANITASI LINGKUNGAN PERUMAHAN Dl KOTA PALU PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
Abstrak: Sebagai salah satu aspek pembangunan, sanitasi memiliki fungsi penting dalam menunjang tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat karena berkaitan dengan kesehatan, pola hidup, estetika serta kenyamanan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sarana sanitasi (jamban keluarga] yang dibangun banyak yang belum memenuhi standar kesehatan karena sifatnya masih jamban sederhana (cemplung), kemudian sisi lainnya bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Kota Palu belum tertangani dengan baik. Pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Palu terus meningkat, hal ini sejalan dengan semakin bertambahnya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana seperti jalan, pembukaan lahan-lahan baru untuk perumahan, drainase dan air bersih. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dari 100 responden dan survey literatur bahwa gambaran mengenai Sanitasi lingkungan disimpulkan bahwa, untuk pengelolaan air minum masyarakat di Kota Palu, khususnya pada tempat wadah penyimpanan air, masih sekitar 27% wadah penyimpanan dan penanganan air minum yang dimiliki responden telah tercemar. Sedangkan sekitar 73 % tempat penyimpanan dan penanganan air minum di rumah tangga tidak tercemar. Sekitar 39 % responden, masih melaksanakan aktivitas Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS), sementara sekitar 60 % responden sudah tidak melakukan praktek BABS. Mengenai perilaku masyarakat Kota Palu terkait dengan pengolahan sampah setempat (pemisahan jenis sampah pada skala rumah tangga) .Terdapat sekitar 94% responden tidak melakukan pengolahan sampah rumah tangga, dan sekitar 6% sudah melakukan pengolah jenis sampah umah tangga yang dihasiikan. Untuk pengelolaan Sistem Pembuangan Air Limbah Rumah Tangga diperoleh sebesar 39 % responden belum mengelola air limbah dari dapur, kamar mandi dan tempat cuci dengan benar.Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61 % responden sudah melakukan pengelolaan air limbah dari dapur dengan benar
Aquaponic biofilter system using heliconia sp. for ammonia removal in lake
Lakes are considered as one of the natural water resources in Malaysia. The quick pace of
development around many lakes catchment areas has a significant impact on water quality.
Consequently, biofilter aquaponic system for ammoniacal nitrogen removal in lake near
non-point sources such as oil palm plantation, factory and educational building were
studied. Aquaponic is a system that mutually integrates aquaculture and plant cultivation.
Aquaponic biofilter system also applies phytoremediation mechanism to reduce nutrient.
Therefore, phytoremediation of lake water in Tasik Teknologi in campus area of Universiti
Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) was performed in 7 days by using Heliconia sp. as
phytoremediate plant. This study was conducted in a greenhouse experiment to control
the environments conditions (with different temperature and photoperiod), which consists
of five hydroponic tanks, and one fish culture tank with the 40 watt of water pump was
run circulation of water. A physicochemical characteristic of Tasik Teknologi was
compared to Interim National Water Quality Standard Malaysia (NWQSM) after
phytoremediation. Heliconia sp. after phytoremediation was undergoes analysis for plant
nutrients by using Ion Chromatography (IC) in three major parts; leaves, roots and stem.
The result shows that Tasik Teknologi has mean values of AN (3.95 mg/L), NO2 (0.12
mg/L), NO3 (1.36 mg/L), BOD (105.70 mg/L), COD (10.30 mg/L), TSS (19.70 mg/L),
Turbidity (12.30 mg/L), temperature (28.80oC), DO (9.40 mg/L) and pH (6.51),
respectively. Phytoremediation has reduced AN and NO3 from the lake water sample by
Heliconia sp. with 66.00% and 92.03% removal efficiency, respectively. Besides that, the
concentration of DO during phytoremediation was increased 47.82 % from 2.4 mg/L to
4.6 mg/L. Furthermore, the uptake of AN in three major parts of Heliconia sp. leaves,
stem and root were found to be 4.40 %, 1.12% and 4.20%, respectively. The Heliconia sp.

Pembangunan Aplikasi Ipad Untuk Pendidikan Kanak-Kanak
Kajian ini menunjukkan bagaimana aplikasi iPad yang diberi nama LiLIN telah
direka dan dibangunkan dengan pendekatan Analisis, Reka bentuk, Pembangunan,
Implementasi dan Penilaian (ADDIE), menggunakan perisian Adobe Photoshop CS6
dan Kwiksher berpaksikan kepada model TPACK. Kajian ini memberi fokus kepada tiga
fasa iaitu fasa analisis, fasa reka bentuk dan fasa pembangunan aplikasi. Fasa analisis
melibatkan kaedah tinjauan kajian lepas dan kajian kes, fasa reka bentuk melibatkan
penyusunan bahan-bahan pembelajaran berpandukan kepada model pedagogi
perantisan kognitif dan penyediaan bahan grafik, dan fasa pembangunan melibatkan
kaedah membina aplikasi menggunakan perisian Adobe Photoshop dan Kwiksher
berpandukan papan cerita yang dibina. Kajian ini telah menghasilkan prototaip aplikasi
LiLIN, iaitu satu aplikasi pendidikan literasi awal untuk kanak-kanak yang
menggabungkan pengetahuan teknologi, pedagogi dan bahan pendidikan dengan
kombinasi yang dinamik. Kandungan pengajarannya diambil daripada Modul literasi
Bahasa Malaysia program LINUS dengan pendekatan pedagogi perantisan kognitif.
LiLIN dipersembahkan dalam bentuk aplikasi iPad dengan ciri-ciri interaktif pelbagai
sentuh, integrasi muzik latar, audio sebutan huruf dan suku kata, serta latihan ejaan
secara interaktif. Cerita kanak-kanak digunakan sebagai latar belakang pembelajaran.
Penggunaan perisian secara berpasangan juga direka bentuk bagi menggalakkan
pembelajaran secara kolaborati
Image enhancement for red blood cell segmentation
A number of issues in blood cell image features such as illuminations, weak edge boundaries and color similarities especially between white blood cell (WBC) cytoplasm and red blood cell (RBC) which affect the accuracy of the segmentation of red blood cell image. This research aims to overcome the issue by applying image enhancement technique. Average filter, image contrast and median filter being proposed in this research. Each of the techniques help to eliminate fairly spread noises, display clear images and diminish single pixel noises. As the result, the quality image is increased and ready for the segmentation process
Perancangan Sistem Tes Pengukuran Fisik Atlet PPLP Berbasis Android Pada Asisten Deputi Pengelolaan Pembinaan Sentra dan Sekolah Khusus Olahraga
The Android-based physical measurement system for PPLP athletes under the Assistant Deputy for Management of Development Centers and Special Sports Schools was created to make it easier for coaches and test officers to take physical measurements of PPLP athletes. Currently, the measurement process is still carried out manually using paper and data processing via Microsoft Excel, which is then sent via email, resulting in delays in receiving data by the central government. Previously, there had been similar research using Android to measure physical conditions with case studies and different test instruments, so the researchers chose to use this platform to overcome the problems in this case study. This system will use the Android programming language and MySQL database, with implementation stages using UML. The system development method applied is SDLC with a waterfall model. Black box testing is carried out during the process of inputting physical test data to ensure application performance. The test results fulfill the needs of the Assistant Deputy for Management of Special Sports Centers and Schools, namely providing accurate and fast physical measurement test results for PPLP athletes to the Central Government
A framework for developing culture-based multi-modal mind games: improving social interaction skills of autistic children
Cases of autism, a developmental disorder that disconnects individuals from their environment and people is on the rise with 30% increase being reported in Malaysia from 2008-2011. Early childhood intervention is essential in ensuring autistic children have the opportunity to develop their full potential and enabling them to contribute to society in later years. The intervention will also enhance education opportunities of such children, thus supporting the efforts of NASOM as well as the government’s “education for all aspirations”. One approach that has shown great potential in enhancing social interaction skills among autistic children is the multi-modal mind games approach. The purpose of this paper is to present a framework in designing a culture-based multimedia supported mind games for autistic children. Action research method will be adopted since the cyclic nature of the method will provide opportunity for improving existing educational practices for autistic children. Needs analysis will be conducted to determine weaknesses and strengths of the current practices in developing social interaction skills among autistic children. Parents and teachers will be interviewed and autistic children between the age of five and eight will be observed to get a comprehensive view of the existing situation. Use of whatsapp messenger and organizational culture towards employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Purwasari Karawang Regency
Whatsapp messenger is one of the social media applications in the form of chat that in real time can send messages easily. Good organizational assistance can be reflected in the work culture of the organization, besides that a good organizational culture can also increase motivation for employees at the Purwasari Health Center UPTD which is ultimately expected to improve the quality of its performance in terms of providing Excellent health care to the community. This research aims to analyze the influence of communication by using whatsapp messenger media and organizational culture on the performance of UPTD employees of purwasari Health Center , Karawang Regency, both partially or simultaneously. The method of data collection used is by means of field studies and literature studies with sampling techniques carried out by means of censuses or saturated samples. The number of respondents was 37 respondents who were employees of uptd Puskesmas Purwasari, so the population was a sample. The data in this study was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Sciences) version 26. The results of the study were obtained: 1). There is a linear relationship between communication built using whatsapp messenger and employee performance and has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 2) There is a linear relationship between organizational culture and employee performance has a positive and significant influence on karyawan performance. 3) Communication built using whatsapp messenger and organizational culture together has a linear relationship with employee performance and together or simultaneously affects the performance of UPTD employees puskesmas Purwasari Karawang Regency

Purpose. College libraries are no longer just waiting for users to come to visit and serve book return loans, but a new breakthrough is needed to seduce students. One of them is that librarians can act as educators. Librarians can provide education to users in accessing, searching, and using information sources effectively. This article discusses the role of librarians in digital information tracing training at UIN Walisongo Library.Methodology. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, which allows for a more detailed investigation of the stages taken by librarians in providing this training.Result and discussion. There are several stages carried out by librarians in providing digital information tracing training, namely the introduction of information sources, information tracing tools, search strategies, and citation management. Through this training, librarians guide students in understanding and mastering these steps, enabling them to access, search for, and use information more competently in an academic and research context. Conclusion. Reveal several stages undertaken by librarians in providing digital information tracing training, covering source introduction, tracking tool utilization, search strategy formulation, and citation management guidance. The pivotal role of librarians involves guiding students to understand and master stages of information retrieval. This transforms librarians into proactive educators, exceeding traditional roles. By transferring essential digital information tracing skills, librarians contribute to students' academic success, emphasizing their crucial role in shaping information-literate individuals
Phytoremediation efficiencies of Spirodela polyrhiza and Brassica oleracea in removing nutrients from treated sewage effluent
The study investigates the capacity of phytoremediation as a post-treatment step for the nutrientrich- treated sewage effluent from Saga City sewage treatment plant, Saga, Japan. Phytoremediation in the context of this study is the removal of nutrients such as ammoniacal nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and phosphorus from the nutrient-rich-treated sewage effluent by plants. In this study, Spirodela polyrhiza (S. polyrhiza) and Brassica oleracea (B. oleracea) were used to phytoremediate the treated sewage effluent collected from the Saga City Sewage Treatment Plant under laboratory scale. Plants were grown in polypropylene planter box supplied with 8,000 mL treated sewage effluent under indoor environment and full water retention throughout the experimental studies. The removal efficiency and daily absorption of nutrients by phytoremediation plants were determined. It was found that the most optimal removal efficiency and average daily nutrient removal rate by S. polyrhiza throughout the experiment were 92.42% ± 1.29% or 15.4 mg/L/d for ammoniacal nitrogen achieved in day 1, 78.69% ± 10.31% or 2.68 mg/L/d for nitrate-nitrogen achieved in day 4, and 93.45% ± 3.26% or 0.51 mg/L/d for phosphorus in day 3 of an experiment. On the other hand, the removal efficiency and average daily nutrient removal rate by B. oleracea throughout the experiment gave a total of 8 d where 76.07% ± 10.38% or 1.68 mg/L/d for ammoniacal nitrogen, 78.38% ± 0.40% or 1.19 mg/L/d for nitrate-nitrogen and 67.40% ± 10.91% or 0.10 mg/L/d for phosphorus. The overall findings demonstrated that phytoremediation by S. polyrhiza was far more effective in removing nutrients from the nutrient-rich-treated sewage effluent compared to B. oleracea. The significance of the study includes reducing the possibility of eutrophication outbreak caused by the disposal of treated sewage effluent, advocating less dependency on global demand for non-renewable phosphorus resources in the agriculture sector, and solving food demand due to the increasing world population
PENGARUH PELAYANAN ONLINE TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN CIMAHI SELATAN
Tujuan dari Riset ini yaitu menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pelayanan online terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Riset ini tergolong ke dalam metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan deskriptif. Objek Riset ini ialah Pelayanan Online di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan.Riset ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif. Jumlah populasi 45 responden, metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 45 responden. Adapun metode analisi data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis uji t. Hasil Riset disimpulkan variabel pelayanan online berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel pelayanan online sebesar 0,776 atau 77,6%, dan sisanya sebesar 22.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
