    GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG IMUNISASI DPT PADA BAYI DI PUSKESMAS DESA SEKARAN KECAMATAN SEKARAN KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

    Masalah imunisasi di Indonesia salah satunya adalah masih ada ibu yang tidak mengimunisasikan bayinya, salah satu faktor adalah pengetahuan. Di Puskesmas desa sekaran kecamatan sekaran kabupaten lamongan berdasarkan data bulan Januari diketahui bayi yang di imunisasi DPT 1 sebesar 69 bayi, pada bulan Februari DPT 2 sebesar 63 bayi, pada bulan Maret DPT 3 sebesar 60 bayi, dari data tersebut diketahui imunisasi DPT mengalami frekuensi penurunan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi DPT pada bayi di Puskesmas desa sekaran kecamatan sekaran kabupaten lamongan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu yang mengimunisasikan DPT pada bayinya sebesar 50 orang, sampel penelitian sebesar 44 responden, diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabelnya adalah pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi DPT. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan editing, scoring, coding, tabulating, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif disajikan dengan bentuk presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi DPT, sebagian besar (61,4%) responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang, sebagian kecil (22,7%) responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan (15,9%) responden memiliki pengetahuan baik. Disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang masih kurang sehingga diharapkan petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang anjuran imunisasi DPT

    Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap, medeskripsikan dan menganalisis tetang proses penyusunan perencanaan strategik melalui pendekatan stakeholder dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan aparatur pemerintah pada Badandiklatda Prop Jawa Barat. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi parsitifatif yang meliputi: wawancara, pengamatan, kepustakaan dan angket non struktur. Langkah pene'itian melalui tahapan : eksplorasi secara terbuka kepada responden, eksplorasi fokus masalah, mengecek dan mengkaji data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran, penyusunan perencanaan strategik Badandiklatda tahun 2001 2005 dilakukan oleh Team Renstra yang ditunjuk dengan Surat Keputusan Kepala Badan diklatda, terdin dari pejabat struktural, pejabat fungsional widyaiswara dan staf yang potensial. Model Renstra yang disusun adalah model yang dikembangkan oleh Lembaga Administrasi Negara RI dan BPKP melalui proses (1) menetapkan visi, misi dan nilai, (2) analisis lingkungan strategis, internal dan eksternal, penetapan strategi dan asumsi, (3) menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran (4) cara mencapai tujuan dan sasaran kebijakan, program dan kegiatan. Dalam proses penyusunan perencanaan strategik hanya melibatkan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan yang bersifat internal saja, keterlibatan stakeholder eksternal belum secara langsung walaupun mereka sudah jelas memiliki tingkat keterdugaan dan kepentingan yang sangat tinggi terutama dalam pengembangan visi dan misi Badan diklatda. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian seyogyanya Badandiklatda dalam penyusunan perencanaan strategik melibatkan stakeholder eksternal kunci, karena berpengaruh terhadap kualitas renstra, sedang visi Badandiklatda perlu dipertajam agar lebih realistik. Berdasarkan kajian direkomendasikan agar Badandiklatda menyempurnakan proses penyusunan perencanaan strategik melalui tahapan analisis stakeholder agar mereka dapat diposisikan secara proporsional dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap substansi renstra, disamping itu dalam era otonomi Badandiklatda lebih banyak memfasilitasi kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan pada pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota. Untuk itu Badandiklatda dituntut untuk lebih meningkatkan profesionalismenya dan mengoptimalkan jejaring kerja dengan lembaga Perguruan Tinggi dan Balai-Balai Penelitian Pengembangan

    Green productivity application for improving productivity and environmental performance through the selection of the best solution scenario in the Agroindustry

    Improving productivity and environmental performance is very important for agroindustry to improve performance and competitiveness.The application of the green productivity (GP) can help the company to be able to increase productivity and environmental performance in the same time. The purpose of this research is to improve the productivity and the environmental performance through improvement in the system of production by selecting alternative scenario as the best solution from some of alternative solution scenarios. The method of the research is conducted in several stages that are measuring process productivity and early environmental performance, arrangement of the improvement scenario system that can increase productivity and environmental performance simultaneously and provide suggestions for refurbishing and improving productivity and environmental performance. The result of the calculation from early productivity level is obtained the average of the past 7 period is 139.4%. While the value of early environmental performance is 0.69 which means that the quality of waste has met the standard of regulations, although they are still relatively small so they still needs to do restitution and improvement. The measurement value of green productivity index (GPI) is obtained that the existing condition, the scenario 1, the scenario 2 and scenario 3 are 1.39, 1.43, 1.45 and 1.41. Thus, then the selected best scenario is scenario 2, it is expected that the productivity and the environmental performance, as well as the competitiveness of companies can improve

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAMILY BURDEN WITH FREQUENCY OF RECURRENCE PATIENT WITH PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIA

    The family's ability to treat impaired patients indirectly will be a burden to the family, causing a recurrence in paranoid schizophrenic patients. This study is aimed to relate family burden in treating patients with schizophrenia paranoid frequency of recurrence in Amino Gondohutomo psychiatric hospital of Semarang. This research is a descriptive analysis with cross sectional approach. with 84 samples by purposive sampling. The statistical test used Chi-Square. The result shows that there is no relationship between family burden and patient recurrence with paranoid schizophrenia (p-value = 0.001 <0.05). the correlation coefficient of 0.352 indicates that the higher the family burden the higher the recurrence arises. The study recommends that there should be an effort to reduce the burden of the family in caring for mental patients to prevent recurrence.     Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan guru terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Keterampilan Komputer dan Pengelolaan Informasi (KKPI) materi database yang menggunakan aplikasi Ms.Access di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari latar belakang pendidikan sajana guru terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik ranah kognitif aspek pengetahuan (C1), aspek pemahaman (C2), dan aspek penerapan (C3) mata pelajaran KKPI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis studi korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI (Sebelas) Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 3 Bandung dan sampel yang diambil yaitu kelas XI PM 3 dan XI PM 1 dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster sampling. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar menggunakan instrumen tes objektif (pilihan ganda). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh selama penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara umum latar belakang pendidikan guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif pada mata pelajaran KKPI materi database dengan menggunakan aplikasi Ms.Access di kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari skor rata-rata postes siswa yang diajar oleh guru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar oleh guru yang berlatar belakang non-pendidikan. Kata kunci: Latar belakang pendidikan sarjana, Database, Aplikasi Ms.Access, Hasil Belajar This study discussed the influence of Teacher’s Educational Background towards the students’ learning outcome on Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) subject in the subtopic of Database using Ms. Access Application in SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. This study aimed to investigate the influence of teacher’s profesionalism based on their educational background towards the students’ learning outcome in the cognitive area Knowing (C1), Understanding (C2), and Applying (C3) on Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) subject. The method used in this study was Descriptive correlational. The population employed in this study was all students of grade XI Marketing Department (PM) of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung and the sample was the students of XI PM 3 and XI PM 1 using Cluster Sampling technique. In this study the data collection technique employed was Learning Outcome test using Objective test instrument (multiple choice). Based on the data obtained during the study, the general conclusion that could be drawn was that teacher’s educational background had a significant influence towards the learning outcome of the students in the cognitive area in KKPI subject with database material using Ms.Access aplication all students of grade XI Marketing department (PM). It can be seen from the mean score of the post test of the students taught by the teacher holding a bachelor degree in education which are higer than the students taught by teacher holding a non-education bachelor degree.     Comparison of Turkish and US Pre-Service Teachers’ Web 2.0 Tools Usage Characteristics.

    As the Internet and computer develop, the world is changing dramatically and fantastically. Usage of technological tools is increased day by day in daily life besides ICT. All the technological tools shape individual behavior, life style and learning style as well as individual lives. Today's child use different tools and different way to socialize. Most of the educational institutions support their education with Web and Web 2.0 applications. Pre-service teachers are the people who use technology in their learning experience and the people who use technology in their teaching experience. In this research Web 2.0 habits of pre-service teachers from Turkey and US was studied. And results show that Turkish participants use more frequently Web 2.0 tools than US participants. Especially Turkish male participants who have blog account and who have microblog account use more frequently Web 2.0 tools in learning and entertainment activities.As the Internet and computer develop, the world is changing dramatically and fantastically.
