Pengaruh Viral Marketing Terhadap Kepercayaan Pelanggan Dan Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya Angkatan 2013 Yang Melakukan Pembelian Online Melalui Media Sosial Instagram)

Reasearch aims at understanding the influence of Viral Marketing either simultaneously or directly on Customer Trust and Purchase Decision. This type of research is explanatory research with accidental sampling. Data collection technique is questionnaire given to student of Faculty of Administration Science, University of Brawijaya, Class of 2013, who make online purchase through social media on Instagram. There are 116 respondents included. Data analysis technique is descriptive statistic analysis, inferential statistic analysis and path analysis. Based on the result of examination with path analysis, it is recognized that the influence of Viral Marketing on Customer Trust is direct, significant and positive. It is proved by path coefficient rate of 0,763 at probability t of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). Customer Trust has direct to words Purchase Decision and positive influence with path coefficient rate of 0.401 at probability t of 0.001 (0.001 < 0.05). Viral Marketing has direct influence to words Purchase Decision 0.247 at probability t of 0.034 (0.034 < 0.05). Indirectly, the influence of Viral Marketing on Purchase Decision through Customer Trust is 0.307

Analisis Network Monitoring System dengan Menggunakan Probe

Sistem monitoring jaringan sangat diperlukan dalam menjaga kualitas kinerja sebuah penyedia jasa layanan pelanggan. PROBE merupakan suatu sarana atau aplikasi yang digunakan oleh salah satu Perusahaan penyedia layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan yaitu Huawei. Proses pengukuran dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan PROBE dilakukan dalam 2 tahap yaitu Mobility dan Proses Statistik. Kedua proses tersebut akan memperlihatkan kondisi sinyal sebuah Antena Pemancar (BTS). PROBE juga akan memperlihatkan kualitas sinyal dengan enam indikator warna yaitu : merah tua, merah muda, hijau, kuning, oranye dan merah. Left-Sided Portal Hypertension: a Case Series

Left-sided portal hypertension is rarely found, but this condition may cause gastrointestinal tract bleeding and can be life-threatening. The exact incidence of left-sided portal hypertension is unknown as it is rarely found, approximately 1-5%, and most cases were misdiagnosed. We reported 3 cases of left-sided portal hypertension in male patient aged 34 years old, female patient aged 29 years old, and female patient aged 35 years old. Most diagnosis was made based on the clinical findings by excluding the diagnosis of cirrhotic portal hypertension. Splenic vein angiography remains the gold standard in diagnosing left sided portal hypertension. Left-sided portal hypertension is difficult to differentiate from cirrhotic portal hypertension because in these both abnormalities, varices can be present. Left-sided portal hypertension can be considered as a diagnosis in patient with upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding due to oesophageal varices, gastric varices, or portal hypertension gastropathy, accompanied with hypersplenism without the presence of hepatic abnormality or cirrhosis

Potential Data Village / kelurahan used to determine the level of general potential, development potential and typology of the village. The data is used as a reference for the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes), investment and business development of the community, while the Village Development Rate Data is used to determine the rate of development of the village / kelurahan. The analysis of the rate of development of the village / kelurahan is used to determine the classification of the village / kelurahan (Swasembada, Swakarya and Swadaya) and the progress status of the village / kelurahan category of Mula, Madya dan lanjut. So it can be seen the value of community economic index, public education index, public health index, public participation index, security and order index, community participation index in development and development index of village / kelurahan. Objectives The formulation and empowerment of village / kelurahan profiles to provide relevant and valid primary data and information as reference for planning and implementation of development and empowerment of village / kelurahan community. The scope of this research was conducted in Errabu Village and Sera Tengah Village, Bluto Sub-District, Sumenep Regency. The method of this research is secondary data and primary data through observation process, interview (FGD), and Kuisioner from basic family data based on Directive of General Director of Community Empowerment and Village Kemendagri. The results of this study are for the classification of the annual development level of the two villages based on the results of the analysis of the indicators in the preparation of village profiles generated data with Category "Desa Lanjut", while for the classification of development level of 5 (Five) Annuals of Errabu Village belong to the "Swadaya"

Analisis Permintaan Daging Sapi di Kota Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permintaan daging sapi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya serta elastisitas terhadap permintaan daging sapi di Kota Medan dengan menggunakan data sekunder di tahun 2001 – 2011 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Medan dan berbagai sumber lainnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permintaan daging sapi di Kota Medan mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun selama sebelas tahun (2001-2011) dan permintaannya dipengaruhi oleh harga daging sapi, harga daging kambing/domba dan harga ayam kampung sebagai barang substitusi. Permintaan daging sapi di Kota Medan bersifat elastis terhadap harga dan harga daging kambing/domba dan bersifat tidak elastis tehadap harga ayam kampung sebagai barang substitusi. Sehingga, pedagang di pasar perlu meningkatkan mutu dengan harga yang tidak terlalu mahal agar tetap bertahan di dalam persaingan pasar

Analysis Of Derivational Affixes Of Fuadi\u27s Five Towers Novel And Its Contribution For Grammar Meaning Discourse

Morphological analysis is the main areas in studying vocabulary. The objective of the research are: 1). To find out the derivational affixes found in The Land of Five Towers Novel. 2). To find out the contribution of derivational affixes from The Land of Towers a Novel. The Land of Five Towers Novel by A. Fuadi is a novel inspired by a true story from the author, that is Ahmad Fuadi. Having seeing such phenomenon, the writer found that mastering English is not easy if the students are lack of vocabulary. This research aimed at finding out the derivational affixes in The Land of Five Towers Novel by A. Fuadi. This research is descriptive qualitative research where researcher tries to find out the derivational affix and the roots from the words in The Land of Five Towers Novel without using statistical calculation. The result of analyzing data were gained the derivational affixes that found in The Land of Five Towers Novel by A. Fuadi are en-, in-, un-, a-, non-, re-, im- as prefixes, while the suffixes are –ly, -able, -er, -al, -ous, -ate, -cy, -y, -ee , –tion, -ion, -ize , -ship, -ment, -ism, -ist, -en, -ful, -age, -tic, -ish, -ary, -cent, -ive, -ance, -less, -ence, -ity, -ant, -or, -ness, -ure, -fy. In The Land of Five Towers Novel by A. Fuadi, the roots from the words that has been classified based on the part of speech are 199 (adjective), 188 (noun), 266 (verb). Thus, the writer suggests that to improve their mastery of vocabulary, the readers should be apply the derivational affixes by breaking the word into its elements that are root and affixes because one word can be built from more than one morpheme. Pengaruh Teori Gestalt dengan Teknik Pembalikan untuk Meningkatkan Rasa Percaya Diri Siswa melalui Konseling Kelompok

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh teori Gestalt dengan teknik pembalikan dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa melalui konseling kelompok kelas X Jasa Boga di SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dan menggunakan rancangan penelitian post test only control group design dengan subyek penelitian 10 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner percaya diri yang telah dihitung validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik t-test non-parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, skor rata-rata (X) kelompok eksperimen sebesar 124,1 dan skor rata-rata (X) kelompok kontrol adalah sebesar 122,1. Dengan demikian skor rata-rata (X) kelompok eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dari hasil perhitungan t-test kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 1,36 > 0,632 dan kelompok kontrol 0,82 > 0,632 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi “Pengaruh teori Gestalt dengan teknik pembalikan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa melalui konseling kelompok kelas X Jasa Boga di SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014” dapat diterima.Kata Kunci : teori Gestalt teknik pembalikan, konseling kelompok, percaya diri The purpose of this research is to know about how much influence of the Gestalt theory to the reversal technique to increase the students self confidence through group counseling of the class X Jasa Boga in SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja in academic school year of 2013/2014. The kind of this research is quantitative experiment and using research design post test only control group design with 10 students that choosen through purposive sampling technique. The method of collecting data using the self confidence questionnaire which has been calculated it's validity and reliabilities. The data analysis technique that used is the t-test non-parametric. Based on result, the average of group experiment is 124,1 and the result of control group is 122,1. So then the average result of experiment group is bigger than the control group. From the t-test calculation the group experiment achieved tcount > ttable that is 1,36 > 0,632 in 5% of significance level. This means the hypothesis that says “the influence of the Gestalt theory to the reversal technique to increase the students self confidence through group counseling of the class X Jasa Boga in SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja in academic school year of 2013/2014” is acceptable
