Facade Identification of colonial buildings in the city of Bandung
Colonial architecture was present in Indonesia through the work of Dutch architects and was intended for the Dutch who lived in Indonesia around the beginning of the 17th century until 1942. At first, Europeans came to Indonesia to trade, then they built houses and settlements in several cities close to ports in Indonesia. Their houses generally have walls made of boards and wood with roof coverings made of palm fiber, but conflicts often occur, so the fortress begins. Inside, several buildings were built from brick materials imported from European countries. After that, they built many houses, churches, and public buildings with urban planning and architecture similar to their home countries. The story of colonial houses in Bandung began around 200 years after the Dutch East Indies government built a connecting road between Bandung and Batavia, Bandung was nominated as the capital of the Dutch East Indies, by moving Batavia to Bandung. The preparatory steps include building government buildings and settlements with a good spatial plan. So that at that time, the city of Bandung experienced intensive development. Gemeente-werken Bandung with the command of Ir. F.J.L. Ghijsels built 750 modern buildings for the current size, as part of the preparation for the capital\u27s move. The development also made Bandung save a lot of Indo-European-style architectural works. This made Bandung at that time nicknamed The Most European City in the East Indies. The method used in this study is qualitative with more emphasis on the analysis of several colonial buildings in the city of Bandung, especially the front facade consisting of the shape of the facade, doors, windows, roofs and ornaments. analysis by taking several examples of colonial buildings in the city of Bandung then in the analysis of the front view of the building.

Swarm Intelligence Based Multi-phase OPF For Peak Power Loss Reduction In A Smart Grid
Recently there has been increasing interest in improving smart grids
efficiency using computational intelligence. A key challenge in future smart
grid is designing Optimal Power Flow tool to solve important planning problems
including optimal DG capacities. Although, a number of OPF tools exists for
balanced networks there is a lack of research for unbalanced multi-phase
distribution networks. In this paper, a new OPF technique has been proposed for
the DG capacity planning of a smart grid. During the formulation of the
proposed algorithm, multi-phase power distribution system is considered which
has unbalanced loadings, voltage control and reactive power compensation
devices. The proposed algorithm is built upon a co-simulation framework that
optimizes the objective by adapting a constriction factor Particle Swarm
optimization. The proposed multi-phase OPF technique is validated using IEEE
8500-node benchmark distribution system.Comment: IEEE PES GM 2014, Washington DC, US
Ideologi Keluarga Tradisional “IE “ dan Kazoku Kokka pada Masyarakat Jepang Sebelum dan Sesudah Perang Dunia II
In studying Japan's cultural institution, understanding IE, which was the traditional family system used by the Bushi in the Tokugawa era, is indispensable. The IE system is believed to influence the entire aspect of Japanese life, be it the way of thinking, politics, social, economy, marriage, religion, and even the view of “Family State” in the era of Meiji Restoration implemented the structure of IE system. Hence, the IE system is considered to be one of the pillars of Japan's success. This short essay will discuss the IE ideology in the concept of experts on Japanese culture, the principles of Japanese's social relationships, the IE ideology in the structure of “Family State”, and Japan's modern family system
The High Plasma Retinol Binding Protein 4 Level as a Risk Factor Consequently of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Abdominal Obesity
Abdominal obesity (Ab-Ob) related to cardiometabolic risk, that is riskfactor constellation for succeeded cardiovasculer disease and type 2 DiabetesMellitus (DM). That factors such as atherogenic dislipidemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia, protrombotic state, and proinflammation state. Type 2 DMcharacterised by insulin resistance (IR). Plasma levels of retinol binding protein 4(RBP4) that is secreted by adipocytes are increased in insulin resistance (IR) state.Experiment in mice suggest that elevated RBP4 level cause IR. Although theunderlying mechanism is not clearly understood, RBP4 considered playimportance role consequently of type 2 DM in Ab-Ob.This research was carried out to determine the role of high plasma RBP4level as a risk factor consequently of type 2 DM in Ab-Ob. The research wasconducted by cross sectional analytic in 81 patients with Ab-Ob and case controlstudy with matching on 33 patients with Ab-Ob type 2 DM as cases and 33patients with Ab-Ob non type 2 DM as control. The plasma of TNF-?, sTNFR1,and RBP4 levels was measured by ELISA. IR status of the patients wasdetermined by HOMA-IR, whereas the ?-cell function was determined byHOMA-B. Ab-Ob was defined by using criteria for Asian peoples (male WC ? 90cm; female WC ? 80 cm). The result of 81 patients with Ab-Ob showed that bothplasma of TNF-? and sTNFR1 levels were significant positive correlated withplasma RBP4 level (coeficient correlation r = 0,294; p = 0,008 dan r = 0,458; p =<0,001 respectively). In addition, the plasma of RBP4 level significantly positivecorrelation with HOMA-IR (r = 0,450; p = 0,000) and significantly negativecorrelation with HOMA-B (r = -0,564; p = <0,001). In the matched case-controlstudy, it was shown that mean plasma of RBP4 level of type 2 DM group (76,08 ±16,84 ?g/ml) statistically higher than that without type 2 DM group (41,13 ±14,75 ?g/ml) (p = <0,001). The odds ratio higher plasma of RBP4 level was 5,426(CI 95%; 1,343 – 21, 928) statistically significant for increases risk type 2 DM (p= < 0,05). It has been proven that RBP4 was a dominant and consisten risk factor(66.9%, p = < 0.001) which influenced the incidence of type 2 DM in Ab-Ob. It can be concluded that high plasma of RBP4 level have a greater risk tosuffered from type 2 DM compared to low plasma of RBP4 in Ab-Ob. The highplasma of RBP4 level is most dominant and consistent risk factor consequently oftype 2 DM. These mechanism could behind the association between high plasmaof RBP4 level and type 2 DM
Sistem Informasi Pengiriman Barang Hasil Produksi pada PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries (SRI) Menggunakan Metode Waterfall
Information technology can provide benefits to ease in integrating the data so that it can more easily and well-organized. Information systems are indispensable in a company in order to support the operational needs of the company. With so many stages of the delivery process so desperately needed an information system that will help to facilitate the delivery of data processing including data types or data send sender , in order to facilitate the processing of data is more optimal and effective .

The impact of organisational justice on ethical behaviour
YesWithin the workplace, justice is influenced by the interpersonal relationships between colleagues and/or management among other things. The main reason for this research is to examine the correlation between organisational justice and the ethical behaviour of employees. Based on the literature, the conceptual model developed in this paper integrates distributive, procedural, interpersonal and informational justice in relation to ethical behaviour. By applying an adapted survey questionnaire, data were collected from teaching staff at public sector higher education institutions. Multiple regression analysis was applied to 360 samples and this showed that distributive and procedural justice have a more positive and significant impact than informational and interpersonal justice on the ethical behaviour of employees. This is an empirical study which may contribute to the literature on ethical behaviour, organisational development and employee development
