Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang Nomor 2 Tahun 2013 Tentang Izin Penimbunan Lahan (Studi Tentang Pemberian Izin Penimbunan Hutan Mangrove di Kota Tanjungpinang)

Keberadaan hutan mangrove (bakau) di Tanjungpinang mulai terancam. Sedikit demi sedikit lahan mangrove mulai beralih fungsi. Padahal hutan mangrove memiliki fungsi dan manfaat yang sangat penting bagi ekosistem, air, dan alam sekitarnya. Lemahnya pengawasan dari dinas Kehutanan telah menyebabkan banyak hutan mangrove yang beralih fungsi menjadi pengusaan kepemilikan dan juga dalam bentuk penguasaan lain. Tujuan Penelitian ini pada dasarnya adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang Nomor 2 Tahun 2013 Tentang Izin Penimbunan Lahan (Studi tentang pemberian izin penimbunan hutan mangrove di Kota Tanjungpinang), mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang Nomor 2 Tahun 2013 Tentang Izin Penimbunan Lahan (Studi tentang pemberian izin penimbunan hutan mangrove di Kota Tanjungpinang). Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan penimbunan Lahan di Kota Tanjungpinang belum memperhatikan Peraturan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang Nomor 2 Tahun 2013. Hal yang paling mendasar adalah Belum adanya sosialisasi yang khusus dilakukan oleh BLH Kota Tanjungpinang dalam pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang Nomor 2 Tahun 2013 Tentang Izin Penimbunan Lahan khususnya bagi lahan-lahan yang ditumbuhi mangrove. Kemudian masih kurangnya pemahaman baik dari masyarakat maupun pengusaha mengenai pentingnya mangrove bagi kehidupan

Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan Green Accounting Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The research was qualitative research aimed to find out the effect of green accounting application toward profitability. The independent variables in this research were environmental performance and environmental disclosure, while the dependent variable was profitability. The research objects were the mining companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange within 2013-2015 period. This research used 54 samples. The sampling technique was purposive sampling,while the data analysis techniques were descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, multipleregression analysis, and hypothesis test with significance level (á) of 0,05. The research resultshowed that the environmental performance did not positively affect profitability with the significance value of 0,129 > 0,05 and the environmental disclosure did not positively affect profitability with the significance value of 0,715 > 0,05.Ke ywords: environmental disclosure, green accounting, environmental performance, profitability

The Analysis of Theutilization of Safety Stock at Food & Beverage Industry in Malang (Case Study in Depot Gang Djangkrik, Bakso “Pak Samut”, Warung “Biru”)

This research examines about how important the utilization of safety stock is very important in food & beverage industry. The purpose of the research is to develop safety stock and analyse how safety stock theory are used in the food and beverage industry in Malang. The safety stock is important as it used to maintain the availability of products when the demand of it increases. The interview with owner of three famous restourants in Malang (Depot Jangkrik, Chicken Army, Warung lalapan ) will be conducted to collect the data for this research.. The outcome of this research is to provide the best practice of to use safety stock for food and beverage industry in Malang.As we all know that for food & beverage industry, the safety stock is one of their most important things, because the restaurant never add food preservative in their meal. That's why they need strategy to always served fresh food without preservative. Beside the profits that the restaurant or another food & beverage industry always care about, they also have to think about how to manage their raw materials, and because it is food, so it has limited time for a food to be called as a fresh food. This paper is about designing and implementing data warehousing and data mining, along with their roles in supporting decision-making related to sales product analysis in cross-selling concept of PT XYZ. The database the company used is not supporting data analysis and decision-making. Therefore, it made a data warehousing design that could be used to keep data in a huge amount and could give report and answer from user\u27s questions in ad hoc. The method is used to design and implement data warehousing and data mining which consists of literature study, company problem analysis, and data warehousing design, and testing result. The Effect Requirements Selling in the Marketplace for Security Against Buyer Trust

Marketplace is a website or online application that facilitates the buying and selling of various stores. Marketplace is of interest to sellers as well as buyers of places to transact. But fraud is one of the annoying things in a Marketplace. It is evident that for a security Marketplace as well as trust for shoppers is a top priority Marketplace. So how the requirements on Marketplace for sellers can sell on Marketplace. Does it affect fraud prevention to make the Marketplace a Marketplace of interest in Indonesia. Pengaruh Stimulus Lingkungan Toko dan Faktor Lingkungan Sosial terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Impulsif pada Carrefour Sunset Road di Denpasar

Store environmental stimuli is done promotional techniques to increase consumer spending is not planned to certain product groups.Social environmental factors may include employee assistance and employee perceptions. The two variables that influence impulsive buying an entire purchase made without a plan is usually due to the stimulation of interest in Carrefour Sunset Road in Denpasar.The purpose of this study was to determine how significant the effect of environmental stimuli stores and social environmental factors on the behavior of impulse purchases at Carrefour Sunset Road in Denpasar. This study used a questionnaire as data collection techniques were measured using a Likert scale with 11 indicators.In this study using 110 respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique. Analytical methods used are descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the characteristics of respondents and inferential statistics such as multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that environmental stimuli stores and social environmental factors have a significant effect simultaneously on impulsive buying behavior at Carrefour Sunset Road in Denpasar.
