Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Kenaikan Jabatan pada PT. Mitra Infosarana Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching
Accordance with the rules set by PT. Infosarana partners in the process of promotion positions, it would require the criteria to determine who will be elected to fulfill the vacant position. In the process of determining the position required a decision support system. One method that can be used for the Decision Support System is using the Profile Matching. This research will be appointed a case of finding the best solution bedasarkan competence of employees at PT. Infosarana Partner Profile matching method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees, in this case meant that candidates eligible employees whose positions are available based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each attribute, such examples are the intellectual capacity aspects, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best employee
Analyzing Audience Awareness in Academic Writing Among Undergraduates
The teaching of writing has undergone many stages over the years—from product approach, to process approach, and then to cognitive approach. Recently, the approaches to the teaching of writing have shifted to social orientation. Researchers are encouraged to write for specific audiences. We undergo through three basic writing stages: (a) planning, (b) translating and (c)evaluating. Generally all writers will undergo these three processes, but what differentiates one writer form the other is the way they behave in each process. Nevertheless, better writers write with the audience in mind and are more careful with their writing process. As such, audience awareness is a characteristic of skilled writers and some writers write with the audience, while some do not. This study explores the writing process and audience awareness of undergraduates who have undergone a semester of a course in research writing. Using a questionnaire as the instrument, the quantitative data reveal interesting implications towards the teaching of academic writing in higher institutions
Effect Size Catfish (Pangasius Pangasius) on Resistance and Speed Pool for Fisheries Development Capture
The purpose of this research is to know the characteristic of catfish based on it's size, age and the ability of swimming. The special purpose is to know and examine the swimming durance, swimming speed, maximum swimming speed and prolonged swimming speed of catfish that will be compared with the review of literature through this experiment method. The result of this experiment shows that the swimming durance, swimming speed, the maximum swimming speed and prolonged swimming speed of catfish will be weak in the certain speed when it is given the high stream flow
Accumulation and partitioning of total phenols in two varieties of Labisia pumila Benth. under manipulation of greenhouse irradiance
Two varieties of Labisia pumila (var. pumila and alata) were exposed to four levels of greenhouse irradiance (100, 70, 50, 30% of the incoming radiation (IR); equivalent to respective 670, 630, 470, 240 μmol m-2 s -1) in a 2-factorial Randomized Complete Block Design trial with the aim to determine the existence of varietal preferences in total phenols (TP) accumulation and their distribution to different organs (leaf, stem, root) due to manipulation in irradiance levels. TP were determined according to Folin-Ciocalteu method and results expressed in mg Gallic acid g-1 dry weight (DW). Total phenolic content in red var. alata consistently recorded lower values (p≤0.0001) than green var. pumila when exposed to high irradiance (100-70% IR) by 4.5-6.6%. Reducing irradiance to 50% IR; however, increased TP in red higher than green var. by 39.2% (10.96 vs. 7.87 mg GAE g-1 DW) due to marked increase (p≤0.0001) in phenols partitioning to the leaf of red var. compared to green var. (4.6 vs. 3.0 mg g"). Partitioning of phenols to the leaf in red var. alata, although kept increasing (6.5% over green var.), did not continue to enhance plant TP with further decrease in irradiance to 30% IR. Instead TP partitioning to the stem and root in green var. pumila exceeded substantially over red var. alata by 11.8-18.4%, respectively, implying there are varietal preferences between var. pumila and alata in terms of TP accumulation and partitioning related to varying levels of irradiance. Although both varieties are shade loving, var. alata was more sensitive to high irradiance than var. pumila in accumulation of TP in the plants and that manipulation of irradiance in controlled environment agriculture was able to enhance partitioning of phenols to different parts or organs of Labisia pumila for potential niche production of plant parts
Pengaruh Reformasi Struktur Birokrasi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Manado
This research aims to know the influence of the reform of the Organization's performance against bureaucratic structures in the Secretariat of the regional city of manado. This research using quantitative methods. The respondents in this study amounted to 99 employees at the Secretariat of the regional city of manado. Data collection instruments and techniques used are questionnaire and assisted with interviews and observation. Analytical techniques used for hypothesis testing is the analysis of the correlation of product moment and linear regression with aided by data processing computer program SPSS version 20. The results of data analysis in this research indicate: (1) strong linkages among variables reform bureaucratic structure with organizational performance the Secretariat of Manado City area namely the correlation coefficient was obtained (r) of 0.611 and the coefficient of determination (r2), obtained of 0.373. (2) this can be explained further that the influence of the reform of the Organization's performance against the bureaucratic structure of the Secretariat of the regional city of Manado of 37.3%, while the rest of 62.7% determined by other factors not examined in this study. (3) the results showed that the average performance of organization reform post-war bureaucratic structure acquired for 45.82 or in pengkuran of ideal scale 0.9164 or 91.64%, while the performance of the organization prior to the implementation of the reform of the structure of the bureaucracy, only of 39.96 or in Hiiumaa ideal measurements acquired for 0.7992 or 79.92%, making it a very real differences occur, i.e. around 11.72%
Pengaruh Cendawan Trichoderma SP. Terhadap Tanaman Tomat Pada Tanah Andisol [Effect of Fungus Trichoderma SP. on Tomato in Andisol Soil]
An experiment to determine the effect of Trichoderma fungus application in tomato grown in andisol soil, was conducted at IVEGRI\u27s (Indonesian Vegetable Research Institute) Experimental Garden in Lembang, Bandung, West Java (1250 m asl) from April 2011 until July 10 2011. Two treatments factos i.e. factor (1) Trichoderma application (without and using Trichoderma 10 fungi per plot and factor (2) NPK (15-15-15) fertilizer rate (0, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 kg NPK (15-15-15)/ha) were arranged in randomized block design with 4 replications. The results showed that although P uptake in tomato increased with Trichoderma sp. application, in general Trichoderma sp. application did not significantly affected several growth parameters and yield component of tomato. Significant effect of Trichoderma sp. application was only increased in total plant dry weight at 63 days after planting. The use of NPK (15-15-15) fertilizer 250 kg NPK/ha increased significantly on total plant dry weight and yield component such as total fruit weight per plot and fruit number per plot (15 m )
