    This research is aimed to examine influence of the presentation of the element-element integrated reporting in the annual report to the asymmetry of information. The research was conducted on a non-financial listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2015.The population in this study are all non-financial companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2015 are 440 companies. Samples used in this research are 85 companies. The method of determining the sample is by using a random sampling method, while the data processing method used by reseacher are the multiple regression and use SPSS version 22.00. The result of this research showed that the variable overview of the organization and the external environment, governance, and resource allocation strategy, business model, performance, future outlook no significant effect on information asymmetry.     The purposes of this study were to described of: (1) The critical reading ability, (2) The arguments writing ability, and (3) The relationships of the critical reading ability with the arguments writing ability the Grade VIII Junior High School 7 Pariaman. The type of this study was the corellative study by qualitative method. The population and sampling did by random sampling in 15 % from the population. According to the result of the data analyze and discussion it could be concluded as. First, the critical reading ability students of Grade VIII Junior High School 7 Pariaman was in the qualifying of more than enough (70,43). Second, the arguments writing ability students of Grade VIII Junior High School 7 Pariaman was in the qualifying of more than enogh (66). Third, there werw significant relationships between the criticalreading ability with the arguments writing ability the students of Grade VIII Junior High School 7 Pariaman on the independence degree n-2 at the 95 % of the significant stage

    Proses  seleksi  siswa  kelas  unggulan  merupakan  peranan  penting  dalam  membangun  suatu  kelas unggulan,  Untuk menghasilkan peserta didik dalam kelas unggulan di perlukan penilaian secara spesifik. Akan tetapi seleksi siswa kelas unggulan yang terjadi saat ini di SMP Negeri 7 Malang masih secara manual.  Metode yang digunakan pada sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution).Metode  TOPSIS  merupakan  salah  satu  metode  pengambilan  keputusan  untuk menentukan  pilihan  terbaik  dari  kriteria  tertentu.Dalam  proses  seleksi  kelas  unggulan  terdapat  beberapa  nilai kritria  untuk  setiap  siswa  yang  dinilai  langsung  oleh  guru  pengajar,  dimana  pada  kriteria  tersebut  terdiri  dari nialai  akademik,  Prestasi,  Sanksi,  Absensi,  Nilai  Intelektual  dan  Kepribadian.  Nilai-nilai  tersebut  diolah menggunakan metode TOPSIyang nantinya akan menghasilkan beberapa nilai akhir dari tiap alternatif yang akan diurutkan berdasarkan nilai tertinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini siswaakan mendapatkan rekomendasi untuk kelas unggulan berdasarkan hasil nilai-nilai siswa yang telah diolah menggunakan metode TOPSIS

    Salah satu faktor tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran adalah pelaksanaan keterampilan mengajar guru. Penelitian ini akan mengangkat masalah bagaimana pelaksanaan keterampilan mengajar guru di Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan keterampilan mengajar guru di Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari guru-guru yang sedang mengajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru kelas I dan kelas IV di Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah sepuluh orang. Alasan peneliti mengambil subjek tersebut atas pertimbangan dari kepala sekolah bahwa karena keterbatasan waktu dan tenaga sebaiknya cukup mengambil dua orang guru saja setiap sekolah yaitu guru kelas tinggi dan guru kelas rendah masing-masing satu orang agar bisa mewakili seluruh kelas.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Untuk mengolah data menggunakan rumus deskriptif persentase dan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan/verifikasi kesimpulan.Hasil menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru kelas I dan IV di Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh dalam melaksanakan keterampilan mengajar berada pada kategori cukup dan disarankan untuk para guru agar dapat menjalankan pelaksanaan keterampilan mengajar lebih maksimal

    The knowledge on morphological development and their impact on motor skills in short distance athletes should be one of the main preoccupations of athletics coaches, because any scientific research in the field of physical culture and sports is concerned with proving the development and evaluation of anthropological characteristics which are responsible in achieving success in athletics.The purpose of this paper is to prove the impact of some anthropometric, motor-specific characteristics and those of bone weight in short distance running, specifically in 100 meters, with students aged 19 ± 6 years, of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports in Pristina.The sample of this research included a total of 75 students aged 19 of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports in Pristina.The variables which were applied in this research were 7 anthropometric variables and 6 motor variables and 1 specific motor variable.Regression analysis in the manifest space was applied to determine the relationship between predictive variables (anthropometric and motor characteristics) and criterion variable (100 m running)

    The knowledge of morphological development and their impact on motor skills in short-distance athletes should be one of the main concerns of athletics coaches, because any scientific research in the field of physical culture and sports is about proving the development and evaluation of anthropological characteristics which are responsible for achieving success in athletics. The purpose of this paper is to confirm the impact of some anthropometric characteristics in the execution of running speeds on short distances, specifically in running at 100, 200 and 400 meters to students aged 18 ± 6 years of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports in Prishtina. The sample of this research has included a total of 60 students aged 18 years of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports in Prishtina. The measurements were executed during September in the hall of the Faculty, while the 100, 200, and 400 meter runs in the stadium "Fadil Vokrri" Prishtina. The only condition that was used during the determination of the sample was: that the students are involved in regular physical education classes (and on the day of the measurement be healthy, without the flu, cold or other symptoms). The variables which are applied in this research have been 8 anthropometric variables and 3 motor-specific variables. The results obtained after their processing indicate that the impact of anthropometric variables is higher in running at 100, 200 and 400 meters. Short distance running and long distance running reduces the impact of anthropometric parameters whereas the influence of metabolic factors of energy production is increased.  These results were also confirmed using regression analysis, so that groups of predictors of anthropometric characteristics, specific motor skills that statistically significantly influenced each variable of individual criteria. The world records below the 10-second limit, in the 100 m, near the 9-meter limit, show not only the high level of sports, but also the strong impact on the growth, especially of strength indicators, speed-strength, explosive force, as main and applied motor skills in sports and athlete’s everyday life

    Athletics disciplines are characterized by motor movements that can be successfully applied during the educational process or through other forms of exercise, which significantly affect the development of general psychophysical abilities of individuals. Each of the disciplines of athletics acts on the development of individual abilities, but also on the general psychophysical status of man and for this reason athletics is called the "queen of sports". Athletic activities have a characteristic of participant inclusion.The values of the paper will be based on the purpose of anthropometric, basic motor and specific motor characteristics of students aged 21 years ± 6 months.A total of 70 male students, 7 anthropometric variables, 7 motor variables and 1 specific motor variable that were tested during the period of May, of the academic year, 2020/2021 were included in the research.In the basic parameters students, based on the results achieved in this anthropometric variable, are presented as a moderately homogeneous group.Although it is seen that the acquired flexibility and convexity (Skewness and Kurtosis) have a pronounced asymmetry, in the vast majority of anthropometric variables.
