Age, Parity and Birth Spacing to the Incidence of Preeclampsia
Preeklampsia is complication in pregnancy characterized by various symptoms as clinical hypertension and protein urine and usually occurs after the age of 20 weeks of pregnancy until 48 hours after labor. Highest Insidence of preeclampsia in DIY was in Sleman (22%- 30%). Preeclampsia was caused by multy factoral. Goal of this research aimed to know the the correlation between age, parity and birth spacing to the preeclampsia. The research used Cross sectional design with purposive sampling technique. The subject of this research was 381 labor patiens in RSUD Sleman in 2016. The data were collected from register book and medic record of labor in 2016. The data were analyzed using Chi squareand logistic regression. The analysis showed of most subjects aged ≥30 years, had parity 2, had a gestational distance of 2-5, and did not have preeclampsia.As the result showed age ≥30 years had a significant association with preeclampsia p value of 0.023 Exp B 10.630 95% CI: 1.378 to 82.005. Distance pregnancy <2 years had a significant association with preeclampsia p value 0,000 Exp B 3,201 95% CI: 1.862 to 5.503, and the distance Pregnancy >5 years had a p-value 0.013 with Exp B 3,622 95% CI: 1.308 to 10.026.The conclusion of this research shows that there is a relationship between age and the incidence of preeclampsia pregnancy spacing

Patient-centered endodontic outcomes: a narrative review.
IntroductionRoot canal treatment (RCT) success criteria inform us of the path to bony healing and of prognostic factors, but tell little about how the patient perceives, feels, or values RCT. Patients choose, undergo, and pay for RCT, they live with the result, and inform their community. The purpose of this narrative review was to appraise patient-centered outcomes of initial non-surgical RCT and nonsurgical retreatment, in adults.Materials and methodsPatient-centered RCT outcome themes were identified in the extant literature: quality of life, satisfaction, anxiety, fear, pain, tooth survival and cost. Narrative review was applied because the disparate themes and data were unsuited to systematic review or meta-analysis.ResultsApplication of the Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP) demonstrated that disease of pulpal origin affects quality of life with moderate severity, primarily through physical pain and psychological discomfort, and that RCT results in broad improvement of quality of life. Satisfaction with RCT is extremely high, but cost is the primary reason for dissatisfaction. Anxiety and fear affect RCT patients, profoundly influencing their behaviors, including treatment avoidance, and their pain experience. Fear of pain is "fair" to "very much" prior to RCT. Pain is widely feared, disliked, and remembered; however, disease of pulpal origin generally produces moderate, but not severe pain. RCT causes a dramatic decrease in pain prevalence and severity over the week following treatment. Survival rates of teeth after RCT are very high; complication rates are low. Cost is a barrier to RCT, but initial costs, lifetime costs, cost effectiveness, cost utility, and cost benefit all compare extremely well to the alternatives involving replacement using implants or fixed prostheses.ConclusionDentists must strive to reduce anxiety, fear, experienced and remembered pain, and to accurately inform and educate their patients with respect to technical, practical and psychosocial aspects of RCT
Ad Hoc Microphone Array Calibration: Euclidean Distance Matrix Completion Algorithm and Theoretical Guarantees
This paper addresses the problem of ad hoc microphone array calibration where
only partial information about the distances between microphones is available.
We construct a matrix consisting of the pairwise distances and propose to
estimate the missing entries based on a novel Euclidean distance matrix
completion algorithm by alternative low-rank matrix completion and projection
onto the Euclidean distance space. This approach confines the recovered matrix
to the EDM cone at each iteration of the matrix completion algorithm. The
theoretical guarantees of the calibration performance are obtained considering
the random and locally structured missing entries as well as the measurement
noise on the known distances. This study elucidates the links between the
calibration error and the number of microphones along with the noise level and
the ratio of missing distances. Thorough experiments on real data recordings
and simulated setups are conducted to demonstrate these theoretical insights. A
significant improvement is achieved by the proposed Euclidean distance matrix
completion algorithm over the state-of-the-art techniques for ad hoc microphone

Further matters in space-time geometry: gravity
We consider a gravitational model in which matter is non-minimally coupled to
geometry, with the effective Lagrangian of the gravitational field being given
by an arbitrary function of the Ricci scalar, the trace of the matter
energy-momentum tensor, and the contraction of the Ricci tensor with the matter
energy-momentum tensor. The field equations of the model are obtained in the
metric formalism, and the equation of motion of a massive test particle is
derived. In this type of models the matter energy-momentum tensor is generally
not conserved, and this non-conservation determines the appearance of an
extra-force acting on the particles in motion in the gravitational field. The
Newtonian limit of the model is also considered, and an explicit expression for
the extra-acceleration which depends on the matter density is obtained in the
small velocity limit for dust particles. We also analyze in detail the
so-called Dolgov-Kawasaki instability, and obtain the stability conditions of
the model with respect to local perturbations. A particular class of
gravitational field equations can be obtained by imposing the conservation of
the energy-momentum tensor. We derive the corresponding field equations for the
conservative case by using a Lagrange multiplier method, from a gravitational
action that explicitly contains an independent parameter multiplying the
divergence of the energy-momentum tensor. The cosmological implications of the
model are investigated for both the conservative and non-conservative cases,

Improving medical image perception by hierarchical clustering based segmentation
It has been well documented that radiologists' performance is not perfect: they make both false positive and false negative decisions. For example, approximately thirty percent of early lung cancer is missed on chest radiographs when the evidence is clearly visible in retrospect. Currently computer-aided detection (CAD) uses software, designed to reduce errors by drawing radiologists' attention to possible abnormalities by placing prompts on images. Alberdi et al examined the effects of CAD prompts on performance, comparing the negative effect of no prompt on a cancer case with prompts on a normal case. They showed that no prompt on a cancer case can have a detrimental effect on reader sensitivity and that the reader performs worse than if the reader was not using CAD. This became particularly apparent when difficult cases were being read. They suggested that the readers were using CAD as a decision making tool instead of a prompting aid. They conclude that "incorrect CAD can have a detrimental effect on human decisions". IoT Sentinel: Automated Device-Type Identification for Security Enforcement in IoT
With the rapid growth of the Internet-of-Things (IoT), concerns about the
security of IoT devices have become prominent. Several vendors are producing
IP-connected devices for home and small office networks that often suffer from
flawed security designs and implementations. They also tend to lack mechanisms
for firmware updates or patches that can help eliminate security
vulnerabilities. Securing networks where the presence of such vulnerable
devices is given, requires a brownfield approach: applying necessary protection
measures within the network so that potentially vulnerable devices can coexist
without endangering the security of other devices in the same network. In this
paper, we present IOT SENTINEL, a system capable of automatically identifying
the types of devices being connected to an IoT network and enabling enforcement
of rules for constraining the communications of vulnerable devices so as to
minimize damage resulting from their compromise. We show that IOT SENTINEL is
effective in identifying device types and has minimal performance overhead
Exact String-like Solutions of the Gauged Nonlinear O(3) Model
We show that the least energy conditions in the gauged nonlinear sigma model
with Chern-Simons term lead to exact soliton-like solutions which have the same
features as domain walls. We will derive and discuss the corresponding
solutions, and compute the total energy, charge, and spin of the resulting
