CAISL: Simplification Logic for Conditional Attribute Implications
In this work, we present a sound and complete axiomatic system for conditional attribute implications (CAIs) in Triadic Concept Analysis (TCA). Our approach is strongly based on the Simplification paradigm which offers a more suitable way for automated reasoning than the one based on Armstrong’s Axioms. Fuzzy soft sets is one of the mathematical tools that are used to deal with the problem of uncertainty, such as problems in the field of economic, health, and others. The concept of fuzzy soft sets is extended into intuitiononistic fuzzy soft sets to intuitiononistic fuzzy soft matrices. This article examines the intuitionistic fuzzy soft matrix and defines the various types and operations of the intuitionistic fuzzy soft matrix. Real-World Photorealistic Novel View Synthesis with Consumer Devices
Novel view synthesis is a technique employed in computer graphics to generate images, allowing an object or a scene to be observed from different perspectives. Lately, there has been a surge of interest in novel view synthesis methods. The increase in interest is thanks to the advancement in deep learning technologies. Currently, the most known successful methods are neural radiance fields and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3D-GS). Many studies have successfully optimized these methods to render real-world photorealistic scenes, although they require heavy computational power. Consequently, the practical application of these methods may be compromised due to their demanding computational power.
This thesis aims to explore novel view synthesis methods such as Nerfacto, Splatfacto, 3DGS, and few-shot sparse view Gaussian Splatting (FSGS) for consumer devices. The Nerfacto and Splatfacto methods are Nerfstudio’s optimized implementations of NeRF and 3D-GS. The research involves training these methods on three different datasets and evaluating the results. Two of the datasets originate from the dataset provided by the Local Light Field Fusion (LLFF) research, and the third dataset is instead captured with a smartphone application. The experimentation phase proceeds to test Nerfacto, Splacto, 3D-GS, and FSGS methods with the datasets from the LLFF dataset. Subsequently, the testing will continue with the smartphone dataset, where only the Nerfacto and Splatfacto methods will be evaluated.
The findings from the research indicate that the FSGS outperforms other methods. However, observations have shown that both Splatfacto and 3D-GS can generate photorealistic scenes given enough computing power or when appropriate optimization techniques are applied. Therefore, further studies focusing on optimizing the NVS methods will be critical for achieving photorealistic scenes with consumer devices. This advancement could potentially make it possible to explore real-world photorealistic scenes within virtual reality or augmented reality
A Development Environment for Visual Physics Analysis
The Visual Physics Analysis (VISPA) project integrates different aspects of
physics analyses into a graphical development environment. It addresses the
typical development cycle of (re-)designing, executing and verifying an
analysis. The project provides an extendable plug-in mechanism and includes
plug-ins for designing the analysis flow, for running the analysis on batch
systems, and for browsing the data content. The corresponding plug-ins are
based on an object-oriented toolkit for modular data analysis. We introduce the
main concepts of the project, describe the technical realization and
demonstrate the functionality in example applications

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance on stock returns. Multiple linier regression analysis employed in this re[1]searrch to analyze the data. The result of analysis shows that liquidity (CR) has negative but not significant effect. Profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) also influence not significant to stock return. Capital structure (DER) has positive but not significant effect on stock return. Only company size (Size) has a positive and significant.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan. Profit[1]abilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) juga pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. Analyzing Participants’ Engagement during Online Meetings Using Unsupervised Remote Photoplethysmography with Behavioral Features
Abstract
Engagement measurement finds application in healthcare, education, services. The use of physiological and behavioral features is viable, but the impracticality of traditional physiological measurement arises due to the need for contact sensors. We demonstrate the feasibility of unsupervised remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) as an alternative for contact sensors in deriving heart rate variability (HRV) features, then fusing these with behavioral features to measure engagement in online group meetings. Firstly, a unique Engagement Dataset of online interactions among social workers is collected with granular engagement labels, offering insight into virtual meeting dynamics. Secondly, a pre-trained rPPG model is customized to reconstruct rPPG signals from video meetings in an unsupervised manner, enabling the calculation of HRV features. Thirdly, the feasibility of estimating engagement from HRV features using short observation windows, with a notable enhancement when using longer observation windows of two to four minutes, is demonstrated. Fourthly, the effectiveness of behavioral cues is evaluated when fused with physiological data, which further enhances engagement estimation performance. An accuracy of 94% is achieved when only HRV features are used, eliminating the need for contact sensors or ground truth signals; use of behavioral cues raises the accuracy to 96%. Facial analysis offers precise engagement measurement, beneficial for future applications.Abstract

Tässä katsauksessa perehdytään unen rooliin oppimisessa ja muistissa keskittyen erityisesti muistijälkien lujittamiseen. Ihmisen ja useiden muiden nisäkkäiden vireystila vaihtelee valon säätelemää vuorokausirytmiä noudattaen. Ihmisellä yöunen aikana univaiheet toistuvat jaksoittaisesti siten, että perusuni painottuu alkuyöhön ja vilkeuni loppuyöhön. Verrattuna valveeseen, uni parantaa juuri opitun muistiin painamista. Perusunen aikana aivoissa kertautuvat valveen aikana muodostuneet hermostolliset aktivaatiokaavat. Tämän prosessin on tulkittu heijastavan tiedon tallentamista pitkäkestoiseen muistiin aivokuoren ja alempien aivorakenteiden, kuten talamuksen ja hippokampuksen, muodostamiin hajautettuihin hermostollisiin verkostoihin. Vilkeunen roolista aivorakenteiden muodostamien verkostojen tasolla tapahtuvan muistiinpainamisen mekanismissa ei ole vielä selvyyttä. Vaikuttaa kuitenkin siltä, että myös vilkeuni on tärkeää oppimiselle, sillä sen määrä ja suhteellinen osuus unesta kasvaa oppimistilanteiden jälkeen, mikä heijastuu seuraavan valvetilan aikana mitattuihin muistisuorituksiin. Uni vahvistaa sekä taitoja että tietoja ja tapahtumia koskevien muistijälkien lujittumista. On myös mahdollista, että unen aikana esitetyistä ulkoisista ärsykkeistä voi oppia uutta ja unen aikana esitetyt muistutukset valveen aikana opitusta vahvistavat muistiin painamista. Unen merkitys oppimiselle ja muistille on siis ensiarvoisen tärkeä ja sitä voidaan hyödyntää oppimisen tehostamisessa
Sosialisasi Penggunaan Media Aplikasi Padlet dan Literasi Digitalisasi pada Siswa Era Utama Pancur Batu
Padlet adalah sebuah aplikasi yang memungkinkan para penggunanya untuk berkolaborasi dalam bentuk teks, foto, tautan, atau konten lainnya. Setiap ruang kotak disebut wall (dinding) yang dapat digunakan sebagai papan buletin pribadi (Pramana et al., 2022; Utami, 2023). Aplikasi padlet ini kini banyak digunakan guru untuk membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan pemahaman siswa dalam belajar di SMA Era Utama. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) maka tim mahasiswa pengambdian masyarakat Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan akan memberikan Sosialisasi Penggunaan Aplikasi Padlet dan Literasi Digitalisasi Pada Siswa SMA Era Utama sebagai sarana media pembelajaran. Dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat terkategori SMA Era Utama adalaah salah satu sekolah yang terletak di tengah pemukiman rumah warga. SMA Era Utama dipimpin oleh Ibu Reulina selaku kepala sekolah di SMA Era Utama. SMA Era Utama ini beralamatkan di Jl Pembangunan No.27 Pancur Batu, Baru, Kec. Pancur Batu, Kab. Deli Serdang Prov. Sumatera Utara. Diharapkan adanya pengetahuan dan literasi peserta didik di sekolah ini yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan dengan saat pertama kali mahasiswa datang ke sekolah ini. Media aplikasi padlet merupakan upaya dari interaksi yang intens antara mahasiswa dengan para peserta didik selama kegiatan les sore dan siswa juga sudah dapat mempergunakan aplikasi padlet untuk meningkatkan minat belajar,kreativitas siswa itu lebih semanagat untuk berliterasi
