Pregnant Mothers\u27 Knowledge, Attitude and Practice Towards Preventions of Iron Deficiency Anemia in Harar Town, Ethiopia

Low maternal risk perception, poor dietary practice and low adherence to iron and folate tablets among pregnant women are major contributors for higher burden of anemia. Iron deficiency anemia contribute to more than half of Anemia among pregnant women. Thus the level of maternal awareness and attitude towards dietary and other prevention practices of anemia are not well established in the study area. This study was to assess knowledge, attitude and practice of pregnant mothers towards the prevention of iron deficiency anemia in Ethiopia, 2018. Hospital based cross sectionals study was conducted on randomly selected, 128 pregnant mothers attending antenatal care service in Harar town. Data were collected by health professionals using pre tested questionnaire containing socio demographic, knowledge, attitude and practice related questions. Attitude questions were organized in five Likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree using positive statements. Similarly, practices were assessed in yes/no (appropriate practices were scored as yes or no otherwise). Data was analyzed using SPSS version 20 using frequency, tables, graphs and means. Pearson correlation with r was used to assess the relationship between knowledge, attitude and practice. Analysis of Variance was used to compare the mean practice by different factors. Knowledge, attitude and practice of pregnant women on preventions of IDA are not satisfactory. Thus poor practice towards prevention of IDA is the main contributing factor for high burden of anemia

Perencanaan Jaringan LTE FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) pada Frekuensi 900 MHZ di Kota Taluk Kuantan

3GPP sets are the standard for the latest wireless communications technology for Long Term Evolution (LTE). It has been used to meet the needs of consumers today. But only few of development city have implementing it. The rest of the city still not implement it. One of them is the taluk kuantan city. This region has not been deployed by this technology. Due to that reason the design has been made to choose this city. This paper proposes 900 MHz LTE Frequency Division Duplex(FDD)design and simulation through software radio planning atoll. The design process is done by comparing several design scenarios, with reference to research on the previous research paper with the same frequency. The simulation results has obtained in the form of the following parameter i.e. signal level, Carrier to Interference-Noise Ratio (CINR) downlink, CINR uplink and monte carlo analysis. The results were compared to above mentioned parameter that has been published in the previous research result. The number of cells required at least 83 eNodeB. The signal coverage level able to achieve ≤ -85 dBm which better than previous research result (≤-110 dBm), while downlink signal level CINR ≥ 2,479 dB And CINR uplink signal level has ≥ 17 dB. As for the monte carlo simulation able to achieve 81,3%. Finally for throughput uplink and downlink able to achieve ≥ 1 Mbps which is same as previus research result

The Impact of Auditor Quality, Financial Stability, and Financial Target for Fraudulent Financial Statement

This study analyzes the influence of financial stability, financial targets and the role of the quality of auditors against fraud measures financial statements. This study using purposive sampling and use of the 21 companies that commit fraud recorded in the financial statements of the Financial Services Authority and 21 companies did not commit fraud which includes compass 100 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange using logistic regression analysis. The study found a positive effect of variable quality auditor against fraudulent financial reports, found a negative influence financial stability and financial variables against the target of fraudulent financial statements. Limitation of this study are limited variables and proxy variables used to measure financial targets, further research is recommended to add the variables that affect the occurrence of acts of fraud financial statements, and look for a proxy for a target financial variables

A Control Chart for Gamma Distribution using Multiple Dependent State Sampling

In this article, a control chart based on multiple dependent (or deferred) state sampling for the gamma distributed quality characteristic is proposed using the gamma to normal transformation. The proposed control chart has two pairs of control limits, which can be determined by considering the in-control average run length (ARL). The shift in the scale parameter of a gamma distribution is considered and the out-of-control ARL is evaluated. The performance of the proposed chart has been shown for different levels of the parameters of the proposed control chart. It is also shown that the proposed chart is better than the Shewhart chart in terms of ARLs. Analisis Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Industri Kecil Perabot Rumah Tangga dari Kayu (Studi Kasus Kabupaten Klaten)

Home industry of household ware made of wood has a potential to decrease the number of unemployed citizens because will recruits many labor. This industry that in Klaten has increased production value. Unfortunately, this increasing was not balanced with the increasing of investment value, material, and the number of employee. The purpose of this research is to analyze the in influance of wage capital and production value to word labor demand. This research use the concept of elasticity of demand and offer of employee which based on production theory function. The research used primary data from direct interviews to 91 correspondents whom are entrepreneurs of household ware home industry at Klaten with lists of questions which have been prepared before. To reach the goal, this research use, OLS analysis method. The result of the research shows that: 1. The influence of wage towards the recruitment is negative and not significant to in fluance labor demand. 2. The influence of working capital towards recruitment is positive and significant, means the increase of material will improve the number of recruitment. 3. The influence of production value is positive and significant means the improvement of production value will increase the recruitment number
