The optimization of banking regulation intensity from the perspective of financial stability in banking sector: an empirical analysis
This paper investigates a multifactorial model, which allows defining an optimum level of banking regulation
intensity based on the provision of a financial stability (at the macrolevel) and financial stability of banks (at
the microlevel). An aggregated index of banking regulation intensity as well as an integrated index of financial
stability of banks, which were the main factorial and resultative characteristic features during investigations,
was formed for carrying-out of an empirical analysis. The optimum level of intensity of banking regulation
has been suggested to define as the extremum of function of integrated index of financial stability of banks
(determined by the method of the uniform optimality) on the relevant influencing factors (method of principal
components)
Interferometry of hyper-Rayleigh scattering by inhomogeneous thin films
The use of specific symmetry properties of the optical second-harmonic
generation (the s,s-exclusion rule) has allowed us to observe high-contrast
hyper-Rayleigh interference patterns in a completely diffuse light - an effect
having no analog in case of linear (Rayleigh) scattering.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figure

BTZ Black Hole as Solution of 3d Higher Spin Gauge Theory
BTZ black hole is interpreted as exact solution of 3d higher spin gauge
theory. Solutions for free massless fields in BTZ black hole background are
constructed with the help of the star-product algebra formalism underlying the
formulation of 3d higher spin theory. It is shown that a part of higher spin
symmetries remains unbroken for special values of the BTZ parameters.Comment: 31 pages, LaTeX; references correcte
This article is devoted to the problem of building a system for monitoring the state budget of Ukraine, this system applies to instruments of state regulation of social and economic processes. As the design basis of the proposed model of the subject area consisting of an information model and precedent, which covers all the basic nature of the budget process and their relationship with the peculiarities of the budget system in Ukraine. Unitarity Bounds in AdS_3 Higher Spin Gravity
We study SL(N,R) Chern-Simons gauge theories in three dimensions. The choice
of the embedding of SL(2,R) in SL(N,R), together with asymptotic boundary
conditions, defines a theory of higher spin gravity. Each inequivalent
embedding leads to a different asymptotic symmetry group, which we map to an
OPE structure at the boundary. A simple inspection of these algebras indicates
that only the W_N algebra constructed using the principal embedding could admit
a unitary representation for large values of the central charge.Comment: 1+23 pages, Version 3 Appendix B revise
The Higher Spin/Vector Model Duality
This paper is mainly a review of the dualities between Vasiliev's higher spin
gauge theories in AdS4 and three dimensional large N vector models, with focus
on the holographic calculation of correlation functions of higher spin
currents. We also present some new results in the computation of parity odd
structures in the three point functions in parity violating Vasiliev theories.Comment: 55 pages, 1 figure. Contribution to J. Phys. A special volume on

Observation of Excess J/ψ Yield at Very Low Transverse Momenta in Au+Au Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV and U+U Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=193 GeV.
We report on the first measurements of J/ψ production at very low transverse momentum (p_{T}<0.2 GeV/c) in hadronic Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV and U+U collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=193 GeV. Remarkably, the inferred nuclear modification factor of J/ψ at midrapidity in Au+Au (U+U) collisions reaches about 24 (52) for p_{T}<0.05 GeV/c in the 60%-80% collision centrality class. This noteworthy enhancement cannot be explained by hadronic production accompanied by cold and hot medium effects. In addition, the dN/dt distribution of J/ψ for the very low p_{T} range is presented for the first time. The distribution is consistent with that expected from the Au nucleus and shows a hint of interference. Comparison of the measurements to theoretical calculations of coherent production shows that the excess yield can be described reasonably well and reveals a partial disruption of coherent production in semicentral collisions, perhaps due to the violent hadronic interactions. Incorporating theoretical calculations, the results strongly suggest that the dramatic enhancement of J/ψ yield observed at extremely low p_{T} originates from coherent photon-nucleus interactions. In particular, coherently produced J/ψ's in violent hadronic collisions may provide a novel probe of the quark-gluon plasma
