Impact of randomly distributed dopants on Ω-gate junctionless silicon nanowire transistors
This paper presents experimental and simulation analysis of an Ω-shaped silicon junctionless nanowire field-effect transistor (JL-NWT) with gate lengths of 150 nm and diameter of the Si channel of 8 nm. Our experimental measurements reveal that the ON-currents up to 1.15 mA/μm for 1.0 V and 2.52 mA/μm for the 1.8-V gate overdrive with an OFF-current set at 100 nA/μm. Also, the experiment data reveal more than eight orders of magnitude ON-current to OFF-current ratios and an excellent subthreshold slope of 66 mV/dec recorded at room temperature. The obtained experimental current-voltage characteristics are used as a reference point to calibrate the simulations models used in this paper. Our simulation data show good agreement with the experimental results. All simulations are based on drift-diffusion formalism with activated density gradient quantum corrections. Once the simulations methodology is established, the simulations are calibrated to the experimental data. After this, we have performed statistical numerical experiments of a set of 500 different JL-NWTs. Each device has a unique random distribution of the discrete dopants within the silicon body. From those statistical simulations, we extracted important figures of merit, such as OFF-current and ON-current, subthreshold slope, and voltage threshold. The performed statistical analysis, on samples of those 500 JL-NWTs, shows that the mean ID-VGs characteristic is in excellent agreement with the experimental measurements. Moreover, the mean ID-VGs characteristic reproduces better the subthreshold slope data obtained from the experiment in comparison to the continuous model simulation. Finally, performance predictions for the JL transistor with shorter gate lengths and thinner oxide regions are carried out. Among the simulated JL transistors, the configuration with 25-nm gate length and 2-nm oxide thickness shows the most promising characteristics offering scalable designs
Modelling and design smart controller of magneto rheological using bouc-wen and sim model for motorcycle suspension system
Suspension system is a type of structural equipment attached to the wheels of a vehicle for the purpose of reducing the effects of irregularities on road surfaces. This paper investigates the Magneto rheological (MR) suspension system in motorcycle and compares its advantages with the passive suspension system. Passive suspension element can only store and dissipate energy associated with local relative motion. Moreover its energy cannot be controlled as the suspension properties remain fixed at all time, unlike MR suspension which has the ability to overcome these drawbacks. The characteristic of the latter is related to micron-sized particles, typically iron, that forms particle chains, when appropriate electric field is applied. Two modelling approaches which are the Bouc-Wen model and Sim models, were used in this research. By comparing these two MR models and passive suspension system, it can be concluded that the Bouc-Wen model gives the best result. It is also shown that MR suspension systems reduce the displacement amplitude around 30% whereas the time settling is reduced from 10 to 3 seconds, compared to the passive suspension system
Pengaruh Persepsi Ketidakadilan Imbalan dan Kepuasan Imbalan terhadap Intensi Keluar Karyawan Daluman Villa Seminyak
The study objectives are perception of reward imbalance having positive affect on intention to quit and reward satisfaction having negative affect on intention quit. Samples was 39 respondent's, all of Daluman Villa employee's, selecting by using cencus method with multiple regression analyst as the data analysis technique. Data's of this research collected from 39 employee's of Daluman Villa by filling a questioner's. Result of analyst reported that 1) Perception of reward imbalance have a positive affect on intention to quit; 2) Reward satisfaction have a negative affect on intention to quit of Daluman Villa employee's. Implication of this study was suggested to still effort to hold the employee's from quiting, villa management had make employee's trust was having treated so fairly considered Indonesian Ordinance's and work aggrement's, then having feel satisfaction in rewarding as appreciation of the employee's performance and after that all employee's wouldn't having an intention to quit
TANGGUNG JAWAB RUMAH SAKIT SILOAM ATAS TINDAKAN HUMAN ERROR DALAM PEMBERIAN OBAT YANG SALAH (TERTUKAR) KEPADA PASIEN DIHUBUNGKAN DENGAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 44 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG RUMAH SAKIT JO. UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 29 TAHUN 2004 TENTANG PRAKTIK KEDOKTERAN
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk tanggungjawab hukum keperdataan dari pihak Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci yang telah lalai dalam pemberian obat yang salah kepada pasien dimana isi obat tersebut tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang seharusnya, serta para pihak yang ikut bertanggungjawab dan proses pertanggungjawabannya, atas dasar tersebut muncul beberapa pertanyaan antara lain : Bagaimana peraturan mengenai prosedur pemberian obat kepada pasien di Rumah Sakit? Bagaimana tanggungjawab Rumah Sakit terhadap peristiwa Human Error di Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci, Tangerang dalam pemberian obat yang salah (tertukar) kepada pasien yang menyebabkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang dihubungkan dengan Undang - Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit Jo Undang - Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 Tentang Praktik Kedokteran? Bagaimana upaya penyelesaian terhadap tanggung jawab yang dilakukan Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci, Tangerang dalam menyelesaikan tindakan human error dalam pemberian obat yang salah (tertukar) yang menyebabkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang dihubungkan dengan Undang - Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit Jo Undang - Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 Tentang Praktik Kedokteran? Metode penelitian ini menggunakan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif yaitu: menggambarkan dan menguraikan secara sistematika semua permasalahan, kemudian menganalisis yang bertitik tolak pada peraturan yang ada, sebagai Undang-Undang yang berlaku, dan dilanjutkan dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian ke lapangan serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan, selanjutnya data yang sudah diperoleh di analisis secara yuridis kualitatif untuk mengungkap realita yang ada berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa penjelasan mengenai permasalahan yang dibahas. Kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa : pertama; Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci dalam menjalankan prosedur pemberian obat nyatanya sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Namun disisi lain dengan adanya berbagai pedoman prosedur pemberian obat kepada pasien menyebabkan tidak adanya acuan yang jelas tentang pedoman mana yang di pakai dalam prosedur pemberian obat kepada pasien sehingga pada akhirnya mengakibatkan pasien mengalami kerugian, kedua; Ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci, Tangerang terhadap peristiwa Human Error dalam pemberian obat yang salah (tertukar) dihubungkan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 tentang RumahSakit Jo. Undang- Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 Tentang Praktik Kedokteran mengacu pada pertanggungjawaban corporate rumah sakit. Seria bertanggung jawab atas segala hal yang terjadi di rumah sakitnya. Hak Pasien untuk meminta ganti kerugian pun diatur dalam Pasal 1365, Pasal 1366, Pasa 1367 KUHPerdata dan Pasal 46 Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit, ketiga; Upaya penyelesaian yang harus di lakukan pemerintah agar meminimalisir kasus Human error dalam pemberian obat kepada pasien yang menyebabkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang adalah pengawasan yang ketat bagi pelaksana kegiatan kesehatan dan tenaga kesehatan yaitu dengan cara memberikan pembinaan, pengawasan mutu, pengawasan pendistribusian obat dan juga pendayagunaan kepada tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Indonesia khususnya tenaga kesehatan dalam bidang anestesi.

Pengelolaan Lingkungan Pada IKM Garam Konsumsi Beryodium Di Kabupaten Rembang
The development of the SME sector, especially industrial activity in addition to contributing to the economic development, has an impact on environmental change. This study aims to develop recommendations environmental management can be applied to industrial consumption of iodized salt by using an approach 1E4R (Elimination, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery) as well as the implementation of good house keeping (GHK). The method used in this study is a qualitative method of participant observation. Data collection through measurement, interviews, observation and review of the literature. Based on the research output Not Products arising from the process of production of iodized salt among others: spilled salt, salt broken, scorched salt, blothong rest of the washing process, washing process waste water, air emissions, oil spills of diesel engines and noise. The test results show the parameters effluent TSS and TDS is already beyond the required Quality Standard. Implementation 1E4R in environmental management in SMEs salt, among others; replacement of diesel engine with an electric motor; reuse of raw materials washing liquid salt; blotong and recycle residual water washing method of iodized salt and recrystallized into recovery residual salt around the production machine. Good house keeping can be applied, among others: control the application of SOP, material handling good execution with the use of plastic buckets, accelerate the process of dismantling the salt briquettes after oven processes and the application of the FIFO principle as well as the USAge of appropriate personal protective equipment.Keywords: Iodized salt industry, Exodus Not Products, Environmental Management, Good House KeepingCara sitasi: Nugroho, M.S.E., Purwanto, dan Suherman. Sistem Informasi Geografis Penyebaran Penduduk di Kecamatan Rambutan untuk Analisa di Bidang Kependudukan
Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) merupakan suatu teknologi infromasi yang dikembangkan untuk mengetahui suatu lokasi berdasarkan letak geografinya. Salah satunya adalah Kecamatan Rambutan yang data kependudukannya belum ditampilkan dalam bentuk sistem informasi geografis, sehingga pengambil keputusan sulit untuk mengetahui penyebaran penduduk di kecamatan tersebut.berdasarkan jenis kelamin, golongan usia sekolah, golongan usia manula. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat Sistem Informasi Geografis Penyebaran Penduduk di Kecamatan Rambutan yang terdiri dari 16 dusun, yang akan menampilkan data jumlah penduduk laki-laki dan jumlah penduduk perempuan, jumlah penduduk anak-anak pada usia sekolah, danjumlah penduduk manulah per dusun yang ada di Kecamatan Rambutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode action research dengan lima tahapan yang akan dilakukan
Pengaruh Latihan Partner-resisted Back Squat Terhadap Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Pada Tim Bola Voli Putra SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru
This research want to know is there any effect of Partner-Resisted Back Squat exercise toward the strenght of leg mucle of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru man vollyball club, so when do smash, the player get the good jump.This research was experimental research. The population in this research was the man athletes off vollyball SMAN 2 Pekanbaru,while the sample was all of the man athletes SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, the total of 12. The instrument was used leg dynamometer, the purpose is to measure the strenght of leg muscle. The data was analyzed by using statistic to examine the normality with liliefors test on the significant level α 0,05. The submitted hyphothesis was there is a significant effect of Partner-Resisted Back Squat exercise toward the strenght of leg muscle. It shows that the data was normal.Based on the data analysis, t-test showed Tcount was 7,49 and Ttable was 1,796. It means that Tcount > Ttable. Based on the statistic data analysis, the average of preetest was 91,96 and the average of posttest was 94,88. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of Partner-Resisted Back Squat exercise toward the strenght of leg muscle of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru man vollyball club
