This study deals with revealing The Intern Conflict are The biggest deal for an introverted person. The problems discussed in this study are related to reveal the characterization of The Main Character which is an introverted person, this research also reveals that the internal conflicts are been the biggest deal for an introverted person as represented by The Major Character “I” a 58 years old man and last but not least this research also reveals the way to solve his internal conflicts. The internal conflicts include, introverted thinkings, introverted feelings, introverted intuitions, and introverted sensations. So this journal will explain more about those internal conflicts that The Major character had to face and reveals that those internal conflicts are been the biggest deal for him. He struggles to overcome and deal those internal conflicts. This research also provides the solution of those internal conflicts. The Major Character “I” ‘s life is dominated by his darked past and bad memories with people surround him. His wife “Esther” has important role of his self-conception. He always performs as “good” person to others including his wife and his existence in the society. “I” also has a happy friendship with Mikhail a person whom at first leads him thinking that Mikhail is the one whom his wife left him for but at the end Mikhail will bring him to find his wife. In the mid of his journey to find his wife, she met Marie, the woman who also help him to stay cool and calm to find his wife even though at the end she loved him. He has been an introverted person for years and the main reason why made him an introverted person is his darked memories and childhood. The gone of his wife made such internal conflicts in his mind and heart. “I” is an introverted person so he always kept those all inside. He nailed it. this thesis will explain more about those internal conflicts that The Major character had to face and reveals that those internal conflicts are been the biggest deal for him. He struggles to overcome and deal those internal conflicts. This research also provides the solution of those internal conflicts that The Major Character “I” should did to overcome or decrease his internal conflicts.
Accumulative Difference Image Protocol for Particle Tracking in Fluorescence Microscopy Tested in Mouse Lymphonodes
The basic research in cell biology and in medical sciences makes large use of imaging tools mainly based on confocal fluorescence and, more recently, on non-linear excitation microscopy. Substantially the aim is the recognition of selected targets in the image and their tracking in time. We have developed a particle tracking algorithm optimized for low signal/noise images with a minimum set of requirements on the target size and with no a priori knowledge of the type of motion. The image segmentation, based on a combination of size sensitive filters, does not rely on edge detection and is tailored for targets acquired at low resolution as in most of the in-vivo studies. The particle tracking is performed by building, from a stack of Accumulative Difference Images, a single 2D image in which the motion of the whole set of the particles is coded in time by a color level. This algorithm, tested here on solid-lipid nanoparticles diffusing within cells and on lymphocytes diffusing in lymphonodes, appears to be particularly useful for the cellular and the in-vivo microscopy image processing in which few a priori assumption on the type, the extent and the variability of particle motions, can be done

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan arus informasi yang sangat cepat mendorong
perusahaan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan
konsumen tetapi juga dapat menghemat energi agar dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menghadapi
krisis energi dan mulai menyadarkan kepada konsumen tentang pentingnya penghematan energi.
Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen,
salah satunya dengan memberikan kesan/citra yang baik dalam hal produk maupun pelayanan kepada
konsumen. Penentuan strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan merupakan salah satu sumber
kekuatan dimana hal ini merupakan ujung tombak dari sebuah perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya
peranan strategi promosi dalam pemasaran produk maka setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi
yang tepat untuk memasarkan produknya. Berhubungan dengan permasalahan di atas, penulis
mengajukan hipotesis sebagai berikut : “TINJAUAN STRATEGI PROMOSI LISTRIK PRA-BAYAR DI PT. PLN
PERSERO DJBB (DISTRIBUSI JAWA BARAT BANTEN)” Adapun tujuan dari observasi yang dilakukan
penulis ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi promosi yang dijalankan, hambatan-hambatan yang
dialami, dan upaya-upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Dalam melaksanakan
penelitian, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
cara melakukan penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Dari data yang diperoleh kemudian
diteliti untuk mencapai suatu simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa strategi promosi
yang dijalankan oleh PT. PLN yaitu dengan cara personal selling. Sedangkan hambatan-hambatan yang
dialami selama masa kegiatan ini berasal dari dalam dan luar perusahaan, dari dalam perusahaan
hambatan itu meliputi masalah sumber daya manusia, masalah fasilitas, masalah modal, dan masalah
pendistribusian. Sedang hambatan yang berasal dari luar perusahaan adalah masalah harga produk, dan
masalah perilaku konsumen. Dalam menghadapi hambatan-hambatan yang ditimbul diatas maka PT.
PLN melakukan upaya-upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan yang timbul seperti memberi pelatihan kepada
SDM, melakukan sosialisasi dan memperbaiki semua fasilitas agar dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah
yang timbul dalam kegiatan ini

Revolution in Detecting Tuberculosis Using Radiology with Application of Deep Learning Algorithm
Radiology is a medical examination of internal body parts using data imaging to interpret an illness. Many illnesses can be detected using this medical discipline; one of the diseases is tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. The supreme ability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning has amazed the radiologist in analyzing big data-based information. A better deep learning algorithm can lead radiologist to accurate results. This article will review ten (10) research papers that use a deep learning algorithm in the application to detect tuberculosis by data processing technique. The goal is to know the best type of data processing in deep learning to detect TB.Radiologi adalah pemeriksaan bagian dalam tubuh menggunakan data pencitraan untuk interpretasi suatu penyakit. Banyak penyakit dapat dideteksi menggunakan disiplin medis ini; salah satu adalah tuberkulosis yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang menyerang paru-paru. Ahli radiologi tertarik atas kemampuan Artificial Intelligence dan Machine Learning untuk analisis data yang akurat. Evolution and quantitative comparison of genome-wide protein domain distributions
The metabolic and regulatory capabilities of an organism are implicit in its protein content. This is often hard to estimate, however, due to ascertainment biases inherent in the available genome annotations. Its complement of recognizable functional protein domains and their combinations convey essentially the same information and at the same time are much more readily accessible, although protein domain models trained for one phylogenetic group frequently fail on distantly related sequences. Pooling related domain models based on their GO-annotation in combination with de novo gene prediction methods provides estimates that seem to be less affected by phylogenetic biases. We show here for 18 diverse representatives from all eukaryotic kingdoms that a pooled analysis of the tendencies for co-occurrence or avoidance of protein domains is indeed feasible. This type of analysis can reveal general large-scale patterns in the domain co-occurrence and helps to identify lineage-specific variations in the evolution of protein domains. Somewhat surprisingly, we do not find strong ubiquitous patterns governing the evolutionary behavior of specific functional classes. Instead, there are strong variations between the major groups of Eukaryotes, pointing at systematic differences in their evolutionary constraints
Rapid and non-labelling detection method in food safety and adulteration
Abstract
One of the goals from The United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is good health and well-being has, directly and indirectly, absolutely has relation with the safety and fraud of food. In the field of food sciences, the availability of analyzing tools for both safety and fraud of food is a must for producing the sustainable of good health and well-being of consumers, as well as a need early detection of contaminants in the food supply that be able to be serious to certify the safe food. Raman spectroscopy is one of the unconventional techniques that can detect and indicate those problems classes rapidly, sensitively, noninvasively, and relatively inexpensive method. The quantitative analysis and modeling of biomaterials based on empirical data are useful for connecting molecular biology to new areas, particularly in Industry 4.0 era, such as computational of food science. Raman spectroscopy is considered one of the possible methods by which we can observe the biological sample in rapid and non- labeling methods. This could improve to check up the quality and safety of food in the field of food science rapidly and safety. Furthermore, it will largely contribute to society in the future. The present article introduces some preliminary techniques based on Raman spectroscopy and evaluates their applications in intact food ingredients, such as lipid and Stingless Bees Honey.</jats:p
The impact of applying liquid organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on the growth and yield of curly red chili in dryland
Cabai merah keriting (Capsicum annum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani Indonesia karena memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi dan memiliki beberapa manfaat kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) pada berbagai konsentrasi dan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai keriting. Penelitian telah dilakukan di Desa Gumantar, Kecamatan Kayangan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia pada ketinggian 60 m dpl yang dimulai dari bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah penerapan konsentrasi POC dan faktor kedua adalah penerapan dosis pupuk anorganik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk anorganik tidak memberikan perbedaan nyata pada diameter batang, jumlah cabang/tanaman, dan total berat buah/tanaman, namun berbeda nyata dengan tinggi tanaman pada umur 42 HST (fase vegetatif maksimum). Buah cabai keriting yang diamati tidak menghasilkan nilai berbeda nyata dengan berbagai kombinasi perlakuan. Namun pupuk tunggal pada POC sangat responsif pada awal pertumbuhan (14 HST) yang terlihat pada tinggi tanaman
