Doel van dit project is het duurzaam organiseren van een innovatieve, internationale, agro-industriële keten voor hernieuwbare grondstoffen met Calendula als praktijkvoorbeeld. Daarnaast beoogt het project om in een samenwerking van technologische en gamma-georiënteerde kennisinstellingen te leren hoe de ontwikkelde kennis kan worden ingezet in nieuwe internationale agrogrondstofketens en hoe daarbij partnerships met het bedrijfsleven kunnen bijdragen aan de financiering van die kennisontwikkeling

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU TAMAN KANAK-KANAK (TK) DI KECAMATAN SEWON BANTUL

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kompetensi profesional guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon, Bantul, (2) mendeskripsikan kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon, Bantul, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon, Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru TK bersertifikat di kecamatan Sewon, Bantul yang berjumlah 50 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket,observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji instrumen yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, dan uji reabilitas, Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan persentase untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru, sedangkan untuk mencari pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon, Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. (1) Kompetensi profesional guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon yang dilihat dari penguasaan standar kompetensi guru, pengembangan materi, pengembangan keprofesionalan, memanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yaitu dengan persentase nilai 84,19%. (2) Kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon yang dilihat dari kualitas kerja, kecepatan/ketepatan kerja, inisiatif dalam kerja, kemampuan dalam kerja, kemampuan dalam mengkomunikasikan pekerjaan, motivasi, dan kehadiran termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yaitu dengan persentase nilai 86,37%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi antara kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon sebesar +0,715 dengan arah positif sedangkan untuk pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sewon sebesar 50,1% dan selebihnya (49,90%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kasus Frozen Shoulder Sinistra Di RST Dr. Soedjono Magelang

Latar belakang masalah: Karya tulis ilmiah penatalaksanan SWD (Short Wave Diatermy) dan terapi latihan pada kasus frozen shoulder sinistra Di RST DR.SOEDJONO Magelang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan informasi, pengetahuan, dan pemahaman tentang kondisi frozen shoulder sinistra yang menyebkan permasalahan fisik berhubungan dengan gangguan gerak dan fungsi sendi bahu, dengan modalitas yang diberikan adalah SWD dan terapi latihan. Tujuan: Karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk mengetahuai manfaat pemberian SWD dan terapi latihan untuk mengurangi nyeri, meningkatlan kemampuan fungsional, meningkatkan LGS sendi bahu, dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot bahu. Hasil: Adanya penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan kemampuan fungsional yang diukur dengan SPADI, jumlah total derajat nyeri yang diukur dengan pain index pada T0/1: 31 dan pada T6 menjadi 22, pengukuran kemampuan fungsional dengan disability index di T0/1: 57 dan pada T6 menjadi 34, dengan jumlah total SPADI di T0/1: 43.8% menjadi 26.1% di T6. Peningkatan LGS aktif dan pasif, di T0/1 LGS aktif: S 350– 00–730, F 680–00–450, dan R (F0) 250–00–400 menjadi S 400 – 00 – 1000, F 850 – 00 – 450, dan R (F0) 400 – 00 – 400 di T6. LGS pasif di awal terapi T0/1 S 400 – 00 – 770, F 750 – 00 – 450, dan R (F0) 300 – 00 – 400 menjadi S 500 – 00 – 1200, F 950 – 00 – 450, danR (F0) 400 – 00 – 400 di terapi terakhir T6. Peningkatan grup otot bahu, yakni diT0/1: Fleksor:4, Ekstensor:4+, Abduktor:4, Adduktor:4+, Endorotator:3+, Eksorotator:3+ menjadi Fleksor:4+, Ekstensor:4+, Abduktor4+, Adduktor4+, Endorotator4, dan Eksorotator3+ di T6. Kesimpulan dan saran: dapat disimpulakan bahwa pemberian SWD dan terapi latihan pada kasus frozen shoulder sinistra diperoleh hasil yang menuju ke arah perbaikan, diperolehnya penurunan derajat nyeri, peningkatan kemampuan fungsional, peningkatatan LGS serta peningkatan kekuatan otot bahu. A study concerning the qualitative analysis of paracetamol in traditional herbs powder for relieving stiff and muscle pain circulating in Purwokerto. This study aimed to identify paracetamol in traditional herbs for relieving stiff and muscle pain. The method used is a thin-layer chromatography (TLC). The mobile phase used in TLC was chloroform: ethyl acetate (6:4) with ferric chloride reagen for spot detection. TLC and the results showed that the traditional herbs powder for relieving stiff and muscle pain does not contain paracetamol. Penetapan Kadar Kloramfenikol Dalam Tetes Mata Pada Sediaan Generik Dan Merk Dengan Metode Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi

Determination of Chloramphenicol in generic and branded eye drop had been carried out by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with UV detector (280 nm). The Shimpack ODS CLC C18 column was used as stationary phase, methanol:water (40:60) v/v as mobile phase, with flow rate 1 mL/minute. Determination of calibration curve linearity showed linear correlation between the peak area and concentration at 10-30 µg/mL with correlation coefficient r=0.990. The equation of regression was y=1.6429x – 5.5758 with LOD and LOQ were 5.2 and 17.3 µg/mL respectively. The precision test showed coefficient variation (CV) was 5.988%. The average chloramphenicol content of generic and branded product were 117.6 and 111.29% respectively. The sample was fulfilled the requirement of Farmakope Indonesia fourth edition. USULAN INDIKATOR EVALUASI PEMASOK DALAM PENETAPAN BIDDER LIST: STUDI KASUS PENGADAAN JASA PT. SEMEN PADANG

Each company will seek to improve performance in order to obtain the optimal results and customer satisfaction. One of the factors that affect the performance of the company is the supplier or vendor, which acts as a supplier of the operational needs of the company consisting of raw materials and spare parts manufacturing equipment. The existence of suppliers is crucial for the production process and the product to be produced. Therefore, it is necessary to a proper selection of suppliers so as to eliminate all risks that would result in losses for the company. PT. Semen Padang is one of the companies involved in the cement industry are one of members of PT. Cement Indonesia as the Holding Company. Until now both PT. Semen Padang and PT. Cement Indonesia does not have yet a standard method in the selection of suppliers for the procurement process of goods and services. This study aims to design the proposed indicator in the evaluation of suppliers to determine the bidders list on a tender for the procurement of services in PT. Semen Padang. Based on the literature study, it obtained six criteria i.e: quality, delivery, performance history, price, technical capability, and procedural compliance, which are divided into 13 indicators of performance evaluation. These indicators will be validated by the cement industry. Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Nilai, Citra, Kepuasan yang Dirasakan, Layanan Konsumen, Jaminan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Kecap ABC di Kota Palembang

This research aimed to 1) reveal how much the effect of value, image, satisfaction, customer services, and warranty on customer loyalty of ABC soya in Palembang, and 2) know dominant variables affecting the customer loyalty of ABC soya in Palembang. The method used in this study was causal method. The number of the samples are 120 respondents. The data collection techniques used are quesionaires, and interviews. And then, analyzed using multiple linier regression with statistical product for special solution (SPSS) for windows version 13,0.This research results indicated that factor of value, image, satisfaction, customer services, and warranty has positive effect on customer loyalty of ABC soya in Palembang that is 34.3%, the rest are caused by the others factor , and partially the factor of satisfaction had a dominant effects on costumer loyalty of ABC soya in Palembang
