Investigation of Input Signal Curve Effect on Formed Pulse of Hydraulic-Powered Pulse Machine
Well drilling machines should have as high efficiency factor as it is possible. This work proposes factors that are affected by change of input signal pulse curve. A series of runs are conducted on mathematical model of hydraulic-powered pulse machine. From this experiment, interrelations between input pulse curve and construction parameters are found. Results of conducted experiment are obtained with the help of the mathematical model, which is created in Simulink Matlab

Температурные свойства полупроводниковых резонансных структур с электронным управлением
Розглянуто p-i-n діоди як багатошарові електродинамічні системи. Показано, що в таких системах можливе виникнення електромагнітного резонансу E-типу. На основі цього підходу отримано аналітичні вирази для оцінювання температурних залежностей параметрів таких приладів. Експериментально досліджено температурні властивості резонансних систем на основі p-i-n діодів, виготовлених із кремнію та арсеніду галію, а саме залежність резонансної частоти і власної добротності від температури в міліметровому діапазоні довжин хвиль. Показано доцільність використання p-i-n діодів як керованих резонансних структур у надвисокочастотному діапазоні.The p-i-n diodes as multilayer electromagnetic systems are considered. It is shown that in such systems may experience electromagnetic E-type resonance. Using this approach, analytical expressions for the evaluation of the temperature dependence of the parameters of such devices are obtained. The temperature properties of resonant systems on the base of Si and GaAs p-i-n diodes, namely the dependence of resonant frequency and unloaded Q-factor from temperature at millimeter wavelengths are experimentally studied. The expediency of the use of p-i-n diodes as controlled resonant structures in the UHF range is shown.Рассмотрены p-i-n диоды как многослойные электродинамические системы. Показано, что в таких системах возможно возникновение электромагнитного резонанса E-типа. На основе данного подхода получены аналитические выражения для оценки температурных зависимостей параметров таких приборов. Экспериментально исследованы температурные свойства резонансных систем на основе p-i-n диодов, изготовленных из кремния и арсенида галлия, а именно зависимость резонансной частоты и собственной добротности от температуры в миллиметровом диапазоне длин волн. Показана целесообразность использования p-i-n диодов как управляемых резонансных структур в сверхвысокочастотном диапазоне
IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The article considers the importance of an effective risk management system in the conditions of uncertainty and instability for Russian companies. It concludeis that it is necessary to implement such a system to improve the management efficiency of a modern organization, using the example of PJSC “Geotek Seismo Razvedka”. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing risk management policy are identified. The authors suggest measures to improve the risk management system for this company. The article proposes to develope (define) the key risk indicators, offers to intensify risk management activities in the field of risk monitoring. To do this, the authors recommend to implement the Omnitracker Risk Management software product as a system for automating the company’s risk management processes. The advantages of this product are considered, and a schedule for the implementation of Omnitracker Risk Management in PJSC “Geotek Seismo Razvedka”is developed
Post-transplant malignancies in solid organ recipients: development mechanisms and risk factors
According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer, there were an estimated 19,292,789 new cancer cases in various localizations and 9,958,133 cancer deaths worldwide in 2020. These frightening figures clearly show that malignancies among the population is a pressing matter. The risk of post-transplant malignancy in solid organ recipients is 2–6-times higher than in the general population. Given the steadily increasing number of solid organ transplants worldwide and the gradual increase in life expectancy among organ recipients, studying the issues concerning risk factors and development mechanisms becomes a crucial task
Lung cancer in solid organ transplant recipients
Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide. Solid organ transplant recipients are at risk of developing malignant tumors, including lung cancer, due to long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs. Development of cancer, including lung cancer, in this patient cohort, has a number of peculiarities. Moreover, malignant tumors in these patients are difficult to treat and have a poorer prognosis.
