    The achievements of Industry 4.0 are penetrating more and more widely and deeply into various spheres of economic activity. The article discusses the directions of using artificial intelligence (AI) in solving the problems of development in mining enterprises. Methods of achieving results in various directions using AI have been determined. Based on the characteristics of neural networks formation components, the model of the integration of neural networks into the information system of the mining enterprise as well as the main components of this model, their connection and dependencies are determined. The architecture of the proposed information system is described, which consists of four zones: the corporate zone, the operational zone, the control zone, and the intermediate zone. It was hightnlined that the functioning of the operating system of this model depends on the sensors that are installed on the mining equipments in the operational area of the enterprise. It is noted that the number of such sensors depends on the amount of data accumulated because of the activity of the enterprise’s equipment and the efficiency of the construction and functioning of neural networks. The factors that determine the effectiveness of the model and the precision of neural networks in the activity of mining enterprises are substantiated. It was established that the main criterion is the amount of information needed to analyze the object’s behavior and the possibility of predicting it in the future. The dependence of the effectiveness of the application of AI technologies on the level of digitization of the enterprise was considered, and it was also proposed to determine the indicators of the accuracy and efficiency of the functioning of neural networks in the information systems of the enterprise

Определена значимость принципов международного партнерства в развитии газовой отрасли, и на основе проведенного оценивания опыта развития партнерских отношений в отрасли выделены направления деятельности, которые сегодня характеризуют результативность международного сотрудничества в ней. Проведенные исследования позволяют обосновать направления укрепления и расширения потенциала международного сотрудничества на основе реализации рассмотренных принципов международного партнерства.У статті досліджено сутність, характеристику та роль міжнародного партнерства у розвитку вітчизняних підприємств в умовах глобалізації, особлива увага приділена формуванню партнерських відносин у газовій галузі. Узагальнено принципи міжнародного партнерства на національному та міжнародному рівнях. Визначено значимість принципів міжнародного підприємства в розвитку газової галузі та на основі проведенного оцінювання досвіду розвитку партнерських відносин у галузі виділено напрями діяльності, які на сьогодні характеризують результативність міжнародного співробітництва у галузі.     The article substantiates the need to find modern mechanisms for resolving the conflicts between private and public interests, individual and managerial approaches, public and state vision on solving the problems of local community development. It is proved that one of the elements of such a mechanism is the project activity of the united territorial communities, which due to purposefulness, focusing on timeliness and quality of project results, as well as opportunities to attract financial resources from various sources, will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the united territorial community activity, improvement the quality of public life and strengthening its competitive potential. The project activities of the united territorial communities of Ivano-Frankivsk region were diagnosed, which allowed to establish that short-term and low-budget projects predominate among local communities’ projects, which insufficiently resolve the systemic problems of territorial development due to financial insolvency of existing territorial communities. The directions of further development of the united territorial communities on the basis of project management are outlined.</jats:p

    In conditions of limited resources for ensuring the development of domestic enterprises, there is the necessity of searching additional reserves of increasing the productivity and efficiency of business activity. This problem pays attention to the research of the phenomenon of synergy which emerges in the process of cooperation and collaboration. Taking into account that synergy is a complex phenomenon which allows to get an additional effect without involving additional resources due to their skillful, professional, competent combination, the attention is paid to revealing and singling out this effect and giving its quantitative estimation. In the article the method of synergy effect determination in the process of management decision making is considered. The calculation of synergy coefficient is fulfilled, that allows to take into account potential possibilities which can be used for more effective management of an enterprise due to such criteria as the level of management cooperation and the potential of management collaboration in the process of mutual decision making. On the basis of the usage of the return on assets index, and taking into account potential possibilities of the enhancement of business activity effectiveness due to synergy effect which is reached through the coordinated management, the quantitative result of the usage of synergy principle in management is determined

    Start-up as an Environment to Promote Innovation Activities

    The article summarizes the relevance and importance of activities in the field of start-ups as a source of modern innovative ideas. It is determined that a successful start-up requires a favourable environment both at the level of the start-up organization and at the level of its implementation. It is substantiated that in the conditions of low innovation activity start-ups can serve as a tool for intensification of innovation activity. Based on the results of the study, the directions of a favourable environment formation for the development of start-ups are proposed. At the macro level, the necessary changes are related to the formation of appropriate culture and regulatory activities, technical development, dissemination of experience and international practice, needs, desires and requirements of consumers, at the micro level — management technologies that create a favourable environment for the formation and implementation of start-ups. Modern organizational forms for attracting the investment resources into the innovative development of organizations and society as a whole on the basis of the allocation of start-ups, project activities and pilot projects are considered. The results of the introduction of start-ups in domestic practice are analysed and their characteristics are presented. Attention is drawn to the importance of considering of potential stakeholders who are interested in creating an innovative product within a start-up or other forms of investment, and create conditions that directly or indirectly affect the implementation of innovative ideas. The differences between start-ups, project management and pilot project are summarized and highlighted. It is substantiated that the implementation of pilot projects is appropriate in the conditions of approbation of the initiative, new concept or process or test for the organization. It is determined that the basis for both pilot projects and start-ups is the project management methodology. Examples of pilot projects for domestic oil and gas companies are considered. The key provisions for the implementation of a new concept of development or innovation in domestic enterprises through various forms of project activities are highlighted.</jats:p
